2Breathe.com is the online home of 2Breathe, a company that says their goal is to help people “fall asleep effortlessly” and wake up refreshed by using their smart device mobile application.
How Does It Work?
According to their website, the technology behind 2Breathe came from RESPeRATE, which was the world’s only FDA-cleared, non-invasive hypertension treatment device. This device was used by hundreds of thousands of patients, and when 90% of these patients reported that this device not only improved their hypertension but also the quality of their sleep, the creators of 2Breate became inspired to bring this technology to everyone.
2Breathe uses the smart technology of modern day phones and tablets in combination with an abdominal sensor to guide people through sleep-inducing breathing exercises that have been used for hundreds of years. Your breathing will be monitored by the sensor and all the information will be sent back to your phone.
The app will then bring you through exercises designed to transform your breathing, in real time, into prolonged exhalation and slow breathing. Changing your breathing reduces your neural sympathetic activity, allowing the user to turn off their external and internal stimuli within just minutes, giving their mind and body what they need to fully relax into sleep.
The app will then generate a report that shows your personal process of falling asleep, breath-by-breath, and offers users a sleep diary, additional tips for sleeping, and further breathing tutorials.
This device and mobile application will work with the iPhone 4s or newer, iPad mini, iPad 3 or newer, and any Android device that uses iOS 8.4 or newer.
The website says that the 2Breathe is priced at $179.95. This includes your abdominal sensor and the mobile application necessary to use the sensor to its fullest capacity.
The 2Breathe website says that they are passionate about helping their customers sleep better, and that customers who are dissatisfied with this product are welcome to return it within 60 days from the date of delivery.
Customers will need to make sure that their product is in new, undamaged condition, with no scratches, tears, nicks, dents or wear in its original packaging, and then they must first contact Customer Service to get an RMA number before returning their item. Customers who follow this policy will be given a full refund, less the cost of Shipping and Handling.

This product is still new enough that there are not many customer reviews of it, but that being said there are many different people and resources that would tell you about the difference that breathing exercises can make to your nightly routine. In fact, customers who are concerned about the cost of this device may benefit from trying some breathing exercises on their own before investing in this device by searching for Yoga Breathing or even the 4-7-8 Breathing Technique online.
This company does appear to have a solid and beneficial Refund Policy, however, so if you do decide to try this device for yourself you should be able to successfully return it if you are unhappy with your results.
