Airtable Reviews

About Airtable

Airtable, found online at Airtable.com, is a company that says they have given people access to “the spreadsheet reimagined” which gives you the chance to organize anything you wish while collaborating with a team.

How Does It Work?

Airtable describes themselves as a modern database that has been created for everyone regardless of what your needs may be. It has been designed to look like a classic but flexible spreadsheet, when in reality it is a “relational database” where information of all kinds can be stored and shared.

This database has been designed to sync across all devices where you keep your data so that it can be updated wherever you go, and it has been built for convenient collaboration, meaning that you can share data, chat with teammates, and see any changes as they are being made. In addition, Airtable maintains a history of who made what change and when.

Users are also able to easily integrate this service with existing services like Dropbox, Box, Evernote, and Google Drive so that you can easily attach existing files. It also provides you with the ability to connect related data by linking records together, or linking items and vendors, people and businesses – really whatever you need and how you want it organized.

Mobile Options

At this time it appears that the Airtable mobile application is available on the iOS and Android platforms.

Cost/Price Plans

Currently Airtable.com offers their customers a choice of four different pricing plans. The first is their Free Plan, which provides customers with unlimited bases, 1,200 rows per base, 2GB of attachment space per base, and public forms.

Their second option is the Plus Plan, which is priced at $12.00 per user per month, and offers all the features of the Free Plan plus 5,000 rows per base and 5GB of attachment space per base.

For users that need more, they offer the Pro Plan, which is priced at $24.00 per user per month and includes all the features of the Plus Plan, as well as 50,000 rows per base, 20GB of attachment space per base, and priority support.

Finally, they will soon offer the Enterprise Plan, which is a package that is completely customized to meet the needs of you and your company or organization. You will need to contact them in regard to the type of services you will need in order to get an idea of their pricing.

Refund Policy

Because this is a professional service that is offered on a month-to-month basis for however long they choose to use it, with no need for long term contracts, Airtable doesn’t really provide their customers with a Refund Policy.

The website is clear that customers are welcome to add as many collaborators and bases as you would like to, as long as you are within your plan limits, and you will not be charged for any read-only users and guests, so it is unlikely you’ll have need for a refund.
