American Cash Flow Corporation is a
company that provides nationwide seminar
training in the cash note business.
The company was founded by Larry Pino in the
early 90's since has branched out under
different names.
The company goes by: American Cash Flow
corporation, American Cash Flow Association,
American Cash Flow Institute, National
Mortgage Investor's Institute, and
Diversified Cash Flow Institute.
The prices charged for American Cash
Flow Corporation seminars is in the
$6,000 range and the home course is around
$3,000. These prices are fairly high
and don't come with any profit guarantees.
Years ago the advertisements for American
Cash Flow Corporation caught the eyes of a
Newsweek reporter. The reporter was
sent to a live seminar event and kept in
touch with people from her group to document
their results.
Her conclusions were very revealing, in
her entire group only one person completed a
deal over the next 18 months. The
profit made was several hundred dollars and
not the advertised thousands.
Considering the cost of the event she was
still in the hole several thousand.
This doesn't show that the education
provided by American Cash Flow
Corporation is poor but that the note
brokering business is not as simple as they
make it seem. It involves a lot of
research, many negotiations, and dealing with
well funded competition.
