Beepi Reviews

About Beepi

Beepi.com is the online home of Beepi, a new website that has created a peer-to-peer marketplace just for people who are looking for a trustworthy and convenient way to buy and sell cars.

How Does It Work?

According to their website, the makers of Beepi saw that they could make the used car buying process more convenient and affordable by foregoing the expenses of operating a large salesroom with a full staff. The truth is that all that’s really necessary to sell good quality used cars is a highly trained and trustworthy mechanical staff that can ensure that the used cars sold through their website are in guaranteed condition.

To do this, they let their sellers register their car on their website by providing the majority of the car information that is needed to make the sale. They will then send an expert inspector to your home to perform the Beepi inspection and ensure that your car is “Beepi Certified.”

As soon as your car passes the inspection process it will be made available to the Beepi community, and the website promises that they will find a buyer for your car in 30 days or less, and if they are unable to do that then at the end of 30 days they will offer to purchase your car.

Beepi promises that they will handle the payment process from beginning to end as well as all the paperwork associated with selling the cars, and they will be completely responsible for picking up cars that have been purchased and delivering them directly to their buyers.

Cost/Price Plans

Using this website is completely free of charge, as their primary goal is to connect buyers and sellers and facilitate car deals. The website does charge a small fee that is covered by the buyers that use the website and will be the difference between the price the website quotes to their sellers and the price that is listed on their website to the buyers.

In addition, they do says that they offer some online Financing Options for buyers, but all rates, down payments and other associated fees are based on your credit history and other factors.

Refund Policy

This company doesn’t really have a Refund Policy as much as they do provide their buyers with a ten-day window after the car has been delivered to them in which to drive their car themselves, up to 1,000 mile, and determine whether or not this car is truly the car for them. If you decide it is not, you can return it no questions asked and have your money returned, as long as the car is able to pass inspection once again, showing that it passes their “Three Ns,” which is: Nothing removed, Nothing added, and Nothing changed.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who are interested in contacting Customer Service with questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 888-542-3374, by email at Hello@Beepi.com, or by submitting them directly to their website through their Contact Us link.

Reputation

Beepi is still a fairly new service so the reviews of their services are still fairly limited. That being said, people are really enthusiastic about what this type of service could mean for people purchasing used cars. The hope is that it will change the experience, making it more pleasant, more trustworthy, and more customer oriented.

That being said, there were a few customers that reported being concerned about the quality of this service as it continues to grow and spread throughout the US, as it was initially just available in California.

Competitors and Alternatives?

This concept of purchasing used cars online is actually growing in popularity and is becoming available through a few different retailers at this time, including Vroom.com and Caravana, for example, so buyers and sellers will have multiple options if it turns out that this company doesn’t have what they need for any reason.

Reviewed By Andrew on February 11, 2017

These guys are shady, support will lie to your face and then their lawyers will attempt to report your car as stolen so they can try to sell it again. BE WARNED, THIS IS NOT A HIGH CHARACTER BUSINESS
