Book Your Award says they have helped people redeem more than 1.3 billion miles for international Business and First Class awards. In fact, they say that they book more awards in a single month than most other companies book in one year.
With this experience, their website says that they are able to find award space for more than 98.5% of client requests because they know the non-intuitive routes, the under-the-radar partners, strategic alternate airports, and how to mix and match different programs. In addition, their company principals know the best strategies to leverage your Amex, Chase, and other credit card points to partner airline programs.
Their website also says that they are one of the only companies that employs a five point security protocol to ensure that all your account information stays protected.
Their website is very clear that there is no obligation to customers who ask this company to research an itinerary for them. Instead customers will submit their request, have the request consulted by experts, and then you will be provided with your itinerary. Only after you approve your award and give them permission to book your travel arrangements will you be required to pay your $165 fee.
Because this company does not charge their customers any fees until after they have seen and approved of the itinerary, it appears as though they do not actually offer their customers a standard Refund Policy. Once you have actually booked your travel plans, you will need to speak to a representative of the airline in order to discuss changing trip itineraries or cancelling any arrangements you’ve made.

However, they do only work with people looking to book Business Class or First Class tickets, so customers looking to book economy flights will need to find another award booking service.
