BookIt.com is an online travel company that not only helps their customers plan and book their vacations completely online, but also works hard to provide helpful guides and travel tips.
Their website allows you to book every aspect of your upcoming vacation. Their main feature is airfare booking, where their site works as an aggregate collecting the airfares of all airlines to your desired destination so you can compare and then book.
But in addition to airfare, they also have features that allow you to compare and choose a hotel, a rental car, activities on your vacation, cruises, or even full vacation packages depending on your chosen destination.
Unlike other similar aggregate travel booking websites, BookIt.com currently has options for you to book special Spring Break trips as well as Group Trips.
BookIt.com also has a special feature for their members who book hotels through their website, called the Rest Assured promise. This guarantees that the rate you are booking is the lowest possible rate for this hotel. If you happen to find the same lodging you booked through BookIt.com on another website for cheaper, BookIt.com will match that rate.
If you make flight arrangements through BookIt.com and then need to make changes or even cancelations to your flight, you must contact the airline directly to speak to them about their policies regarding these changes.
BookIt.com also provides a page exclusively for their current deals, promotions, and coupons that you can apply to your travel arrangements, such as a special code to receive $10 off your joint booking of a flight and hotel.
If you have any concerns, questions, or complaints, BookIt.com asks that you address them to their Guest Support at 888-782-9722.

BookIt: "Just Live With It"
When we asked to speak to a manager, this is what we were told.
Long story short, we booked a honeymoon vacation, a rental car, and airline flights through this website. Over the course of the past five months we learned that there had been a mistake in booking all of these. We had to pay out of pocket to fix the airline mistakes. The company refused to refund the mistake made in booking the rental car. And then honeymoon vacation was a bust.
Just today, we spoke with a representative regarding why the honeymoon vacation was a bust. The quote above comes directly from that conversation. Through a miscommunication with the hotel and the "company", my fiancee and I will not be experiencing the honeymoon package that we paid for. The manager we spoke to chocked it up to a "mistake in advertising." Oh well, that is all good and fine. The company owned up to their mistake and will be fixing in accordingly, right? Wrong! Through a dance of legally correct jargon, the manager informed me that they would be doing nothing to fix the "mistake" made.
Will they be refunding us the extra money we dished out for the package? No.
Will they be working with the hotel to ensure that we get the package we paid for? No.
Will there be any concessions whatsoever for the mistake made? No.
We were literally told by the representative we spoke to before that the manager that we "need to live with it."
That's what you get with BookIt, just "live with it".
Recommendation to avoid bookit.com
Do not be fooled by any travel deal you find on bookit.com. Their customer service is a complete joke and you'll end up paying more in the long run if you make the mistake of booking anything with them. I booked a hotel in Anaheim, with travel insurance, and closely checked the hotel cancellation policy before booking. There was a change in my plans that forced me to cancel the booking (well within the hotel's accepted "cancellation with refund" time period). On bookit.com, I went to cancel my reservation and there was no notice anywhere that I might not be refunded for the price. I emailed their customer service on March 21 and again a few days later. It took them 16 days to respond. On April 6 they finally sent a response, flatly stating "you will not be receiving a refund for your cancelled booking." Many of the positive reviews they've received online seem fishy. Go with a more trusted travel site.
BCS Halftime sale
This website is the biggest JOKE that tries to call it self a travel site. I tried to get in on this sale and the website goes down and so I called and was on the Phone for over 90 mins to be told sorry nothing can be done as the sale is over. I spoke to a manager who said there is nothing that can be done.
They did not even have the foresight to think about the added volume to their servers and also did not even add ANY staff to answer calls they just had the normal night shift trying to take all the calls. The best she could say is they are trying to think up a way to offer a second chance!!!!!!!!!
What a bunch of crap. She even said there was no way for a Manager to look up how much the sale would have been and that she does not have any way of over riding the system. I told her I would be posting this response to every site I can find because if this is the type of service they offer who would want to use them because most of the sales they have are still more than FunJet and Cheapcaribbean's regular prices.
The worst part is they have great site that is easy to use but with the way their customer service is and with their prices it is better to go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JEREMY
