How Does It Work?
To begin with, customers choose what length of subscription service they are interested in, and the size of their dog, so the monthly boxes can best be catered toward your pet's personal needs.
Each month you will receive a box that includes 5 to 7 items that are a selection of treats, toys, care items, healthy supplements, accessories and more. Each item is described as being made in the United States, high quality, hand picked, and well reviewed, to best ensure you and your dog's satisfaction.
Bugsy's Box offers 3 different plans. The monthly plan costs $29 and is billed every month, as long as you choose to stay a member. The 3-month plan is $69, or $23 a month, and is billed every 90 days, and the 6-month plan is $114, or $19 a month, and is billed every 6 months. All plans include free shipping.
Unfortunately the Bugsy's Box website does not detail any Refund Policy for customers who are unhappy with their products, likely since customers are able to choose a month-to-month subscription that they can cancel at any time.

Possible Scam? Out of business? Ripped off!
I paid for a 6-month subscription, and so far, I've only received two boxes. To be honest, I was happy with both of them, and I was excited for future boxes. It is now August 29th, and I still have not received my August box, even though the site claims they ship out boxes on the 15th of every month. I have tried contacting them twice. The first email, I simply asked how long shipping usually takes since it seemed to be taking longer than usual. The second email, I asked for a tracking number in case something had gotten lost in the mail. I still have not heard a word from them, and I have noticed that their online chat feature is always offline. I've already paid for my boxes! This is getting a little ridiculous. I'll be filing a report with the BBB if I don't hear from them shortly...
No response from Bugsy Box and no boxes
I paid for a 6 month subscription. The first month I had to harass them to send the box. it arrived with only 3 items and no cute orange tissue paper and card like the advertisements. This is the second month, and I still have not received the box. No emails, no responses to my multiple emails or Facebook posts. I don't know if it's a scam, but it is definitely an awful service. Stick with petbox or barkbox. Don't waste your money on bugsy's box.
