ClickIncome
is an all in one source for the startup,
promotion and management of an online
business. A ClickIncome membership is your
key to all Click Income products including
Click Site Builder, Click Club Wholesaler,
and Click Alliance.
The way that ClickIncome operates is
through their website and through their
nationwide seminars. At these seminars is
where most people are enticed into joining.
The problem with the seminars is that just
like on their website they don’t reveal
prices or hidden fees for ClickIncome
products and services.
At these seminars Click Income “Marketing
Experts” lay out a business plan that
includes a custom website, access to a drop
ship wholesales program, and general sales
training. They only reveal the initial
membership cost of $120, once that check is
written they proceed to hound customers into
upgrading to their $3,000 or $7,000 courses.
They make it seem like ClickIncome
is performing you a huge service by
integrating all these services under one
roof, when in reality things like website
development, web hosting, and drop shipping
are all available outside of ClickIncome.com for
much cheaper prices.
In the past I’ve seen plenty of companies
like this come and go, that’s why I did a
thorough background check on ClickIncome. I
found out that they have over 85 complaints
filed against them with the Better Business
Bureau (BBB).
It seems that the only way they pay out
refunds is if you report them to the BBB.
Still, I’ve heard from people that they
delay the process as long as possible and
try to get customers to sign anti defamation
papers, basically a contract stating you
won’t bad mouth Click Income even though they
tried to rip you off.
Companies like ClickIncome.com prey on people
new to the internet and the world of making
money online. To people who don’t know any
better this may seem like a great deal, a
website and products to sell all in one.
Meanwhile they are getting overcharged on
web hosting fees and are pressured into
purchasing more Click Income products at much
higher costs.
I find ClickIncome highly
unethical; anybody that sells a
technological resource such as a website to
a person that is new to working online needs
to be up front about the realities of being
a webmaster. It takes lots of time, trial
and error SEO techniques, and extensive
internet knowledge to run a successful web
site. This won't happen overnight and
it doesn’t happen after sitting through one
ClickIncome seminar.
I've found a program that provides
training in four streams of income including
tracking and hosting for your own network of
websites. Also, it's no where near the
cost of the ClickIncome Scam; tocheck
it out Click Here.
Best of Luck,
Steve Albright

At a recent seminar they had this tall good looking 40's man who told us a sad story about how he was an ex-basketball player but due to injuries he had to quit, he must have practiced his real game through toastmasters as he was quite charming. He talked up the whole ecommerce thing and at the end the total cost was only $20.00 for 4 CD's, Internet tools, Easy 2 auction, Business manager, and Tax and entity guidance, for an additional $30.00 you would receive Michael Symes book and CD valued at $199.00 on eBay, a self made millionaire. Well I bought in but Im also a smart kitten, I only paid cash, no way was I going to give anyone my credit card numbers. So yes I bought the materials and seached for Michael on eBay and guess what, no hits. As for the free seminar with Michael I did not go, but I heard from a friend of mine who did go that it ended up being a high pressure sales pitch, a pitch into the thousands, whatever you do-pay cash and do not give them your credit card info, the ... read more»

We are sending a registered letter to cancel our so called contract with them. We did not give them any money nor card numbers,, BBB- so what.. what are they going to do?

Like some of the other testimonials I found out Clickincome is nothing more than a way to use people. I am an older person and was promised all kinds of things but when I went home and read some of the materials I found they had mislead me on what to expect. I notified them within the 3 days but still have not received a refund. It has been way past the 30 business days and the excuses have been unbelievable. This type of thing should be stopped. What can we do to keep others from falling into this trap?

Heather Cullum, St. Louis::: We must have went through the same seminar - I'll never forget it because it was right before our anniversary (our anniv. is may 12) of this year..
We got our $ back - never charged another dime - in fact OUR CC company was the ones at fault for our untimely return of our $! !!
We did ship our packet back WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION - and I'm keeping my DC recipts for a couple years or so - just to be on the safe side.
I was HONEST with Brock (wasn't that his name? ) when I called to cancel -told him I felt it was a scam.
I felt uneasy when we left the seminar with the packet - a lot of things we were told did NOT ADD UP - they said things that were NOT TRUE -told us we'd get Mike's personal phone # and his email address "ucanbgr8@aol.com" I can't tell if it's his real email addy to begin with AND Mike Syme I doubt that's his real name I looked it up all over the place online & can't find a michael syme anywhere, in Utah or anywhere in any o... read more»

I can’t imagine this company can operate in the United States of America!
I attended the so called “seminar” on how to sell on eBay in Duluth, MN on 7/19/2008 and paid the $20 fee. Their ad was deceptive and misleading to say the least. It was about teaching strategies to boast sales on eBay and that’s why I showed up and paid the fee. However, the “workshop” was entirely about selling their $5000 program (which I realize now is a huge scam). It had nothing to do with eBay (expect phishing on eBay members and luring them out – which is very fishy and unethical).
I was clearly told that there are no hidden extra fees or charges unless I’d like to enroll in different programs for $4000 or $5000! I didn’t sign any contract or provide any banking information. But I filled out a form at the beginning of the “seminar”, which I now feel was a setup as they send folks monthly bills anyway. I called them to cancel what is called “click membership”. I read that they send those who attended ... read more»

I bought the Executative package for 3995 USD and canciled within 3 days. Its been over five months and I still do not have my money back.
I think the CEO is well adversed in bankruptcy
procedures and he is figuring out when to go
bankrupt based on how much money he can pull out of the business. I bet he makes a pretty good salary and probably got a raise recently.

I have been receiving unlimited support service fee for the past three months. I was told to send a written statement to cancel my support service fee, which I did. I still receive statements saying I owe them $9.95 per Month for the past three Months. Buy the way I never signed up for this support service. I truly beleive this is a scam from the start.

My partner and I attended a seminar yesterday. Getting home late that night and reading some of the material we went to bed. I started trying out some of the software and found that none of them worked. It got me thinking and I started to really research this company. I've yet to find one positive remark about this company. I checked the BBB in Utah and they have many complains with this company. Thanks to all of you, I've made my decision and plan to cancel this contract Monday and send all this worthless shit back to them. My partner and I paid $3995.00/each. I'm also contacting my credit card company to cancel this. I just hope I'm not too late.
I would suggest that whoever reads this is warned and do you homework.

Paid $4995.US by credit card, at end of first trainning session I knew I was in trouble. Was advised that session would begin in 1 week ( already past the due date to cancell )Im going to ask for a refund , and contact BBB to lodge a formal complaint. I signed up for their program in Feb 2008 after checking out their seminar in Vancouver. It was their last seminar, so I had to make a decision, I made the wrong one...
That night, I did research and found all of their complaints on the BBB, and of course, this site, and some others, so I overnight mailed all of the stuff back (to make sure I beat the refund period).
I had to write a letter and correspond with a general manager there. I kept all of the e-mails (recommended), and also set up a dispute file with my credit card company, who said I had to wait until the company "failed" to issue a refund. Naturally, they did. Refunds take 30 days (why so dang long!!) I was on a trip and returned, it was about 40 days and they didn't issue a refund so I asked why, they looked into it and replied that they couldn't give me a time frame.
I called by card company and faxed all the details to them. Click Income verified that they received my product and they would accept a credit from ... read more»

Just wanted to let everyone know that I actually received my refund on my credit card! I had to threaten them with contacting the attorney general of Utah, class action suite, etc. They told me that there are several people in line to get their refund so be patient and persistent. Don't let up on contacting them.... call, write, fax, email constantly and they will finally respond with your refund.
I promise myself I will never get involved in a scam like that again and I can't understand why it was so widely advertised in the Miami Herald .... I would think the editor should investigate some of these seminars being held in the cities where people are scammed all the time. This is so unjust and should be stopped .... there may be legitimate businesses, I suppose, but I learned a lesson here. Click Income is such a rip off and should be stopped immediately.

READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!
Yes, I went to the meetings and paid $3995.00. I called Monday to cancel and Brock took $1000 off and added alot of free CRAP! Tuesday after learning about the bad rating from the BBB I called to cancel, no answer. Wednesday I called and called finally some guy gave me permission to send back the package for a full refund. Then Brock called me back and told me after I got the $1000 off I also signed a new contract!! TOTAL LIE- there was no new contract. I told him I was going to call an attorney and my credit card company. He then, gave me my return auth. number and I shipped it back.
I DID GET MY $3995 back but it takes more than calling and shipping it back. Here are the VITAL Steps to ensure a refund in a timely manner:
1. First and most importantly the package must be postmarked (shipped) by the 3rd business day. Anything after 3 days the law doesn't protect you.
2. File a dispute with your credit card company or stop paym... read more»

I also went to seminar and was so taken by their sales pitch that I paid the $3995. Later tried to download software and get into web sites that was promised...nothing worked which made me realize that I was totally scammed. How many of you ever got your credit card receipt from them?? Have been in dispute for the charge billed to my credit card..I did cancel within 3 days as stated on the contract. Two months later, after sending a letter to the Utah Better Business Bureau who got a reply from Clickincome on 5/28/08 saying they would credit my account...as of this date 6/12/08 the $3995 charge is still on. Employees are really helpful when you call them, however, when you need to cancel their whole tone changes and you are than directed to other people who seem to be out of the office. Whenever something seems too good to be true... they generally are. Clickincome has all it takes to suck you in!!! Beware.

My boyfriend attended a seminar and has bought into their "deal". I read the fine print on the paper you sign for the $20.00 "Auction Success Business Builder Workshop". This paper is acutally an agreement and one of the items inidiviudals agree to is a $9/95 Monthy Service Fee for the Easy2Auction management software that you receive "free" at the workshop. Of course the "Your total" line shows as $20.00 (it doesn't show the monthly fee. Has anyone had a positivie experience with this company?

It hurts to admit it,but I to attended a Clickincome seminar and was taken in by their sales pitch. Stupid!, Stupid me.
I have received nothing!!! in return for my money.
I do not have a working web site that I can generate money from as they stated at the seminar, but I am getting charged monthly charges for them to maintain a web site that they claim I do have.I have tried numerous times to contact someone for assistance and never have received the help promised. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Well I guess the money that they scam from people helps ease their mind. I wish everyday that I had never heard of the term "CLICKINCOME". My sister and I attended a seminar in January 08. I was severely injured at my previous employment and can no longer work. Most jobs cannot meet my restrictions. I am only in my forties and was looking for some type of work I could do at home. We invested the 5995.00, they gave us the briefcase full of material and sent on our way. We did the 4 classes over the phone and that has been the end of any communication with click income. We both have very little knowledge of the internet and need some guidance. Every time we call, no matter what number we get a voice mail to leave a message, which we do and we never recieve a reply. At this point we want our money back but have no idea what steps to take. I called ClickIncome yesterday (5/1/08) and again, I was not able to talk to the person who handles this return/refund area. Her name is Stefanie. Well, Stefanie is eternally "out to lunch". Everytime I have called she is having lunch. My, she must be huge by now.
Well, a kind young man did tell me that my name is on a list of refundees and that I would get my money back, but he was not exactly sure when since there is a long list...(I'm sure).
On the message I left for Stefanie, I hinted of notifying the attorney general of Utah. I'm not sure that would work but I, and several others, are totally tired of waiting and hoping to get our money returned. They are totally breaching their own contract by not adhering to it and it seems that this is unlawful. A class action suit would shake them but that's difficult to initiate, I'm sure.
Good luck to all you other Clickers!

This may be way to get Clickincome refund. Cer-tain conditions must be in place. First,be honest.
Seek a Refund Authorization number. Send package back with tracking. Revealed to officials the 3 day limit may be according to Federal guidelines, but it becomes fishy when instructions (2,145,000 bites long) don't arrive until the 3rd day. Making it impossible to analyze the program.
That's a big No! No! Still waiting for results.

I'm right in there too. I was fool enough to attend the E-Bay seminar then enticed to the Click-Income disaster. I have called them twice in the past week and each time the person they transferred me to was conveniently at lunch. Now it was 5 PM in Florida so I think Utah is about 2 to 3 hrs later than Florida so her lunch would be around 2 to 3 Pm. Could be but I think not. Yes, I agree this clickincome is a total SCAM. I'm trying to get my $3,995.00 refund, but since I'm way past the 3 business day deadline, they are refusing my request. I advise people not to get pulled in by their seminars. We were contacted again about their advanced program, which would have cost us an additional $12,300!!! I finally got on the internet and contacted the BBB of Utah and they had had many complaints filed against them. I'm still fighting to get my original $3995.00 back, but I can't file in WA with the Small Claims Court, as they are not registered in WA. If anyone has had any success in getting their money refunded, please contact me at lornadoones@comcast.net or my phone # is 360-413-9729. At our seminar there were older people and young ones too. I enrolled in Clickincome's Website/Merchant account about a year ago. I paid a total of about $4500 for that program and accessories. As some of your reviewers have indicated, they do not tell you about all the subsequent monthly fees for the website and the merchant account. So while you think you have paid in total initially, you soon find out there are monthly fees that total $70-$90/month. Then a few months later I was contacted regarding what they call their Advanced Internet Marketing Program--cost $8,580. It was to include materials, one-on-one marketing expert/guru mentoring via phone once a week for a half hour for 12 sessions, followed by months of expert guidance, everything totaling a year of special mentoring. This was supposed to really put you on the inside of breaking internet marketing techniques by this "expert". I must say as a regretful client of ClickIncome and bound by contracts, I am experiencing the drawbacks of ClickIncome. I would love to get out of the three year finance contract and ClickIncome as a whole. My ClickIncome web site was inoperable for several months and after many months not one sale or interest has been generated. Then to top it all off. The ClickIncome suggestion is to send another sum of money so the site does generate sales or interest. So I must agree to stay clear of this site. I will personally attest to the fact that if you do get involved you will be bound by contracts that demand money or be subject to the demise of your credit and generate not one sale or interest from any potential buyers.

While trying to find out more about ClickIncome I came across several companies all doing the exact same business scam and all out of the state of Utah. Beware: ClickIncome, E profits Made Simple, Online Profits Academy, Premier Education Inc., Auction PhD. Do Google searches on all of them and see the pattern and read the posts. The young men who present these seminars all look so wholesome, so clean cut, just like the Mormon missionaries one encounters around town, except here their mission is to rip off the vulnerable. For $12,000 and more you get once a week half an hour with a guy who tells you how to set up a website. Often he fails to even call you. Beyond setting up the web page they teach nothing about being visible on the internet. Even though it is supposed to be a 12 month program, they tell you after 3 that they are too busy with other clients, you are now on your own, you have 'graduated.' Warning: Do NOT give them any money.

My first call from ClickIncome was all about making money, but then----you have to put in more money, in my case 8 grand, I'm ashamed to say, in order to make more money. After they have your money, you're on your own baby. You can ask questions until you're blue in the face and never get a straight answer. They don't return your calls regarding billing information, and if you want to close your account permanently, they totally ignore you. And talk about their "mentoring" --- what a joke. I never received any good support from ClickIncome. So why would I even stick with them and pay for that monthly payment. But no, they don't let you out that easy. Not only were they taking a payment from my checking account monthly, after dealing with them for about 5 months, they decided that since they had my account info, they'd start taking an equal amount out using a second account number. I stopped payment, and am still getting threatening letters from ClickIncome collections. Long story short... read more»

I was ripped off $3000.00 and still they want another $29.95. I was stupid enough to sign up. I paid for service I would never get. They will promise you anything, just as long as they get your money.

Their seminar didn’t give me much more answers than what I had already researched but they promised me the team of experts I was looking for to help me start my eBay business. Their website seemed perfectly integrated for eBay to make it a simple process to sell products. No hassle. All I needed to do was give them my down payment and a canceled check. That's scary now that I think about it. They didn't deliver on their promises. Now I wonder if I should close my checking account. Actually eBay has all the online workshops I need to get started.

I am dissatisfied with ClickIncome.com. Read the small print in the contract, plus maybe you should get a lawyer to check out the contract. The wording is funny I read that you have request the web site before they started to charge you for it. But that not the case, you get charged right off the bat. The other thing is that they sold me a CD on doing META on a web site for $20 and this was free on the internet. And don't get the camera its not worth the $7 plus bucks for shipping.
