ClickIncome
is an all in one source for the startup,
promotion and management of an online
business. A ClickIncome membership is your
key to all Click Income products including
Click Site Builder, Click Club Wholesaler,
and Click Alliance.
The way that ClickIncome operates is
through their website and through their
nationwide seminars. At these seminars is
where most people are enticed into joining.
The problem with the seminars is that just
like on their website they don’t reveal
prices or hidden fees for ClickIncome
products and services.
At these seminars Click Income “Marketing
Experts” lay out a business plan that
includes a custom website, access to a drop
ship wholesales program, and general sales
training. They only reveal the initial
membership cost of $120, once that check is
written they proceed to hound customers into
upgrading to their $3,000 or $7,000 courses.
They make it seem like ClickIncome
is performing you a huge service by
integrating all these services under one
roof, when in reality things like website
development, web hosting, and drop shipping
are all available outside of ClickIncome.com for
much cheaper prices.
In the past I’ve seen plenty of companies
like this come and go, that’s why I did a
thorough background check on ClickIncome. I
found out that they have over 85 complaints
filed against them with the Better Business
Bureau (BBB).
It seems that the only way they pay out
refunds is if you report them to the BBB.
Still, I’ve heard from people that they
delay the process as long as possible and
try to get customers to sign anti defamation
papers, basically a contract stating you
won’t bad mouth Click Income even though they
tried to rip you off.
Companies like ClickIncome.com prey on people
new to the internet and the world of making
money online. To people who don’t know any
better this may seem like a great deal, a
website and products to sell all in one.
Meanwhile they are getting overcharged on
web hosting fees and are pressured into
purchasing more Click Income products at much
higher costs.
I find ClickIncome highly
unethical; anybody that sells a
technological resource such as a website to
a person that is new to working online needs
to be up front about the realities of being
a webmaster. It takes lots of time, trial
and error SEO techniques, and extensive
internet knowledge to run a successful web
site. This won't happen overnight and
it doesn’t happen after sitting through one
ClickIncome seminar.
I work online with a method where you can make a great online income from your home computer whenever you have time. The best part is it's free to join and I won't charge you anything for the information, find out more

Best of Luck,
Steve Albright

I purchased a plan from Clickincome ( May 10/08) with a loan from Aria Financial. I received a call from a Clickincome rep. ( July 9/08), I am ashamed to say that I didn't get his name because the connection was not good and I didn't make a point of getting it before the end of our conversation. He said I could pay off my loan to Aria and then get a Citibank card at a low interest to pay off my other credit card bill. I did that and have paid that debt off. I received an email from Clickincome stating that I had pay the amount of money to Clickincome and that my balance owing was 0. It didn't say that this was to pay off the loan to Aria financial. In Sept. 2008 I got a call from Monterey financial ( who is the real money behind Aria financial I think, because I am now very confused) asking me why I wasn't paying my loan. I explained that I had paid that off. I was told and am still working on this a year later, that because my letter doesn't say that it was to pay off the loan I am s... read more»

Went to seminar, only got cd material for $20 , never signed up for unlimited support service, but clickincome keeps sending a bill, which goes up each time is sent out. At the bottom of bill says if you receive this bill in error please contact billing support at billing@clickincome.com,no help there, and have sent bill back to STOP sending the bill and still they keep coming!! THIS IS A SCAM!! I WILL HAVE PROTEST SIGNS IF THEY COME BACK TO TOWN, TO LET OTHERS KNOW OF THIS SCAM!

to kitty, i was one of the dumb ones who thought they were really going to help me as they promised,as you know they target older people who are not computer smart it's been two years for me and i've lost alot of money you are right about the credit information once they found out i had good credit they hit me hard and convinced me to send more money with the promise they would help me make a six figure income, build me a web site and give me a product to sell after they got my money i could never get any help and since they had me get the cash on my credit card then send it to them it was too late for me to back out when i found out they were really a scam. now i'm paying a 20k debt on my credit card. these people need to be in jail.did they tell you all the same story about a lady who made baskets for her state and was now making a six figure income. wish i knew who she is.

to Frank in Modesto. I am also in Modesto. Do you think we could both stand outside? I could do it Friday. I am one of their victims.
Also to Carol and Louis. I have contacted every consumer group available but no responses. Now I am trying to work with the FBI. One big problem is that no one individual has lost a large enough amount of money. A few thousand here or there doesn't cut it. I think we will have to do a class action.
Also, Frank, can you get local tv coverage? Do we need a permit to pass out flyers or carry signs?

My spouse and I attended a CI grifter fest at a hotel advertising as a seminar to learn how to make money on E-Bay. It was a joke - a pitiful, obscene joke. We didn't sign up. I'm a retired criminal investigator and realized this was an old-time sting operation, nothing more. They have the first session and then call for a break during which they have people sign up for their monthly training and website production assistance and the drop-ship crap discussed during the first session. If you don't sign up, they don't want you to return for the second session. They tell you this right before they break for the sign-up. This was a dead give-away: they only wanted the people dumb enough to sign up for the first squeeze to return for the second session because that's the high-pressure squeeze where they get the suckers who signed up for the approximately $100 monthly website program/training/drop-ship scams to spring $4k for their merchant account with "Aria Financial" and the "exec... read more»

The only problem with a class action suit is that it takes YEARS to make it through the courts. Perhaps if we all submitted a complaint to such as Dateline at the same time we could get something going.

To Marie in Wa.--How do we get a class action suit started it we don't know who the other people are? I see they got almost the same amount of money from both of us. Mine was $18,330.00. The site reporting on the clicksite builder has been down since the end of Jan. I was told the the reason the SEO part didn't work was because the employee in charge quit and deleted all the files. I am still trying to get some news media attention" I have a completed web site but it is worthless without the search engine optimization so it just sits there dormant. Well, here it goes! I am embarrassed to admit that my husband and I were "taken" for BIG BUCKS also like Petty and NJW. In February 2008 we attended a Seminar put on by "Auction Success INC" at a local hotel. After plenty of hype, we paid our $20 and came back the next night. It seemed like finally a way to get a viable internet business set up and a thriving e-retail company producing an additional income was not just a dream, but could actually be realized.
Mike Syme's video and story was very empowering and motivating. The end results was a large investment that we put on a credit card. We were encouraged to seek a new credit card that had no interest and no transfer fees. (Isn’t it ironic that a site suggested we explore was made by one of ClickIncome's alumni??) We went home with a dandy laptop/brief case bag filled with software and workbooks and a promised digital camera (which we never received).
There were several calls for additional training and programs (at ad... read more»

I'm with the dissatisfied. I bought into Clickincome because of the website building, training, and followup help, not for the quick money, so I'm not frustrated that way, but beyond the first set of training (which is already out of date) it has been a total bust.
SEO - nothing beyond Welcome to the program & here is what we provide, broken links and incomplete promotional websites throughout the Pangaea group and all questions regarding these aspects ignored. Mentoring duh too, as it seems I have no questions that to apply to this area.
The only part of CI I can promote is the tech support, not what they provide, as most often the reply is "programmers are working on that", but the people onboard, kind, courteous, and helpful if they can and if you can reach them. I have a paper trail, but not quite sure what to do with it all.
BTW the complaints at BBB are over 350 since the article was written and Pangaea has a $10,000,000 fine over the refund policy by UT Div. of Consumer Prot... read more»

I sure wish I had seen this a year ago. I signed up with Clickincome a year ago--Spent over $12,000.00 and have nothing to show for it. They keep giving excuses or just ignore me. I too had my $7.95 check cashed immediately for a free camera and now one year later I still do not have it or anything else they promised. Other sites, said that Michael Syme goes by the name Michael James in U.K and elsewhere. I guess these people are not only scamming people in the U.S. They are after Canadians and British too.
So far I only lost 40$ for the dvd and the other upcoming seminar with Michael "Syme/James". Thanks for letting me know about these guys. If it weren't for your messages I would have probably been suckered into this garbage this coming friday.

I too attended ClickIncome's seminar in August of 2008 at Elk Grove, CA. My friend and I were totally underwhelmed by their sales talk. It sounded too good to be true. I had used my credit card to pay the $20 fee, and tacitly agreed to pay their $9.95 monthly service fee. After they tried to talk us into buying their executive business program for $4495.00 I quickly realized it was a scam. I went back home, and called up my credit card co to cancel my existing account with them and asked to be issued with a new card. I also wrote to ClickIncome immediately to terminate my agreement with them as per the agreement signed.
I did send in for the free digital camera they promised every seminar attendee, together with a $7.95 check. The check was promptly cashed by them. This was in August of 2008. Despite repeated phone calls to their Customer Service representatives, I still have not received the camera. This is now March of 2009.

Strategic Financial did my friends' corporation set up and that went really smoothly. Theirs is in Wyoming as well. So did our eBay classes, those were a hoot and we all learned a lot. It's the site promotion and finding products that really was the hard part! Plus if you do what Mike Symes tell you to do, you'll get kicked off of eBay! He's a lying snake of a man! He's traveling the country again after he and another man by the name of Troy Stevens made a new company called Thrive Learning. They have been here in Florida and looks like they are in Oregon or Washington this week. Stay away from them!

We also went to a seminar this spring for Ebay/online auctions. We only registered for the seminar. We paid cash $20 for a dvd. We didnt get any camera, cheap or not. Also a few weeks later a "salesman" called and spoke to my husband. He was rude and unprofessional. He told my husband that if he doesn't sign up with them, we wouldn't make anything of ourselves. haha What a sales pitch, huh? We continue to get billed for $59.70 for unlimited support service, that we are supposedly signed up with and getting? I wrote them tonight and threatened the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. People, they are ruining our credit! All of us. They have to be stopped.

We have been receiving billing statements monthly and we didn't sign up for anything but the seminar itself.I didn't even have a computer until february 1,09 but they manage to send a bill for $49.95 for unlimited support service.
Yes this is a gimmick they have you believing that their product can work. You sign up for a seminar they send you a free camera why didn't they hand out the camera's at the seminar, why it's a piece of junk and doesn't work is this one of their products that they sell on ebay. Is that how they make their money. Then they wnt you to purchase the KIT $240 aprox and it would of ended up to be about $5000.00 by time you get through and went to the other 3 seminars that they were offering. Why could they be honest and up front from the beginning.

Mike Syme is out there on the road trying to steal people's money, he's going to Oregon now. I started talking with some people that we met and partnered with for a website and he's advertising about being in the Portland and Bend area next week. Head our warnings about Mike Symes and Thrive. They are dishonest crooks. Mike Syme and his partner Troy Stevens are bad men that lie to people and never do what they say they will. They tell you that their company they represent will do things that they can't. Then the company is left holding the bag. Don't fall for these snake oil salesmen and their slick approach.

My friends and I attended one of Clickincome's seminars a couple years ago. It's taken them a long time and a lot of work to break even. But we saw an ad in our local papers last week for a seminar they were putting on. But when we called they said they weren't Clickincome. But they had Mike Syme speak. When we called Clickincome and asked them if they were having a show in Florida, they said they haven't been doing seminars since late last year. After doing some digging it looks like Troy Stevens the old Clickincome VP and Mike Syme have made this new Thrive Company and are up to their old tricks. Stay away from them! Mike Syme will lie to you and tell you they can do things that they can't. I feel bad for the girls there at Clickincome that have to answer the phones and take the blame and grief for what Mike Syme tells people.

For those who have lost money; keep trying to get it back and for others; DON'T DO IT!!!

They do not live up to their promises even after you spend $18,000.00. I have been duly ripped off.

It seems that the only thing I can do at this point is to warn others about ClickIncome. The promise of free service in certain areas is only a lie. They have hidden charges, and when I tried to get them to explain it to me, they just ignored my emails.
Please, people, don't get taken by this scam! I'm really just trying to save people from the disappointment I've felt after investing lots of money.

Contact your state Consumer Protection Agency. They may be able to help You can also try the federal Attorneys General. They couldn't help me, though.

does anyone know their schedule?i'd love to find out when they will be in texas again. i'd like to go and tape everything they say.i lost alot of money to this scam, and would like to get proof of what they promise just in case a lawyer would take them on, we would have more proof of their lies. that's why they tell you not to tape anything they say.they know they are lying.anyone that attends take a recorder and record it all.

Mario, Joe, FYI The Utah Consumer Protection Agency can only help if you contracted in Utah. You must go to your own state. So far I have worked with the BBB, Federal an state attorneys general, and my state protection agency. Also, Micah Blauvelt who is nice enough but seems unable to help either.
clickincome just lies and they are accepted.
Mario is correct; unfortunately I believed them and now I (a senior citizen) am out $4,000!!
I wish I could get or give some insight also!!

ClickIncome promised tech support one on one training for the premium package. Their material is a joke you can find all the stuff you buy on youtube and google on how to do it and it's free.
They tried a new tactic with their agreement that you cannot cancel. I could sure use some insight on how to deal with this.
I do have people across the globe and I have passed the word to completely boycot this dispicable company.

The Utah Division of Consumer Protection is definitely doing something because Clickincome, Auction Success Inc., their CEO Brian McAdam and COO Deric Gurley got served on 30 counts of deceptive business practices recently!
You can search for that at Google or Yahoo. (the form here won't let me paste in the link to the charges.)
And you can always follow up with Utah Consumer Protection at 1-800-721-SAFE like I did if you haven't heard back from them yet. With so many complaints on these guys, the division is probably swamped.

Scam,Scam,Scam ! Unethical Company. They prey on people new to the net and online businesses. I worked the program and did everything I was told. Awful customer service.Tech support did have a few good people. They Lie,lie, lie. They do nothing they promise. Most of the online businesses you see by Clickincome are employees,or they also have a store front.Their dropshipping program never has anything and if they do it is not in stock. When you are trained each mentor tells you different and you dont know what to do. They can say what ever they like. They are cowards and wont return your calls or help you after they get your money. I can go on and on-just BEWARE and save your money!

Joe; I have nothing against the Mormon Church. What I was trying to point out was that if there are a lot of powerful members in the organization they could influence outcomes. If the Utah Consumer Protection folks "threw the book" at them a few weeks ago; I wonder why I have received no response from the agency. I submitted a complaint one month ago. Something is fishy somewhere!!

Molly, Clickincome and their sister companies, Auction Success Inc. and Empwronline have nothing to do with the Mormon church. Don't be closed minded disrespecting my Mormon friends.
Speaking of action -- Clickincome and Auction Success had criminal charges served against them a few weeks ago -- 30 counts of deceptive business practices. The Utah Division of Consumer Protection busted them. It was some good Mormons in the division there that threw the book at them.
Do a search for -- Clickincome deception -- to find the articles about it.

Clickincome posted a message on 11/10/08 pointing out that a "handful" of people have complained about Clickincome. A HANDFUL? Who are they kidding? This handful is only the tip of the iceberg.
How many have called or emailed Mich and gotten any action? If Clickincome is so community minded; why don't they act that way? The crap about freedom of speech and our American heritage smacks of the Mormon church. hmmn Wonder if there is some influence in the BBB and government entities.
The trouble with a class action lawsuit is that ir would take years to go thru the courts. By then Clickincome would be long gone along with our money. We could all harass them by phone and email on a daily basis. What say you all out there?

Hi, I must have been at the same free seminar as debbie at brighton I feel they deceived people because they did not mention about a trial period of 30 days and after that £10 subscription every month indefinitely when you pay £20 with a signature for the next seminar, not just a talk {actually it is a workshop. They also mentioned with your own website you would have a billboard promoting free websites and for every person that upgrades their website you get £450, so how much do empwroline make? that would make the upgraded website really expensive. They make it sound like you will make more money by getting paid £450 regulary than what you will make with your own business. You can get websites cheaply,it sounds like you and empwroline would be conning people out of more money than they would need to spend for a decent website and to get your website seen on google near the front of a search by someone. When something sounds to good to be true ,it probably is.

YES -- SOONER THAN YOU THINK.
As Published on the Metro on 6th of November 2008
They are coming back!! (And it is one and the same company Clickincome/Empwronline)
The venues are:
10 Nov -- Sofitel Gatwick, RH6 0PH
11 Nov -- Ramada - Brighton, BN1 2PP
18 Nov -- The Woodlands Popular Suite, Swanley, BR8 7BT
19 Nov -- County Hotel, Woodford Green, IG8 9NY
20 Nov -- Hilton - Docklands, SE16 5HW
Times are 10AM, 1PM AND 6.30PM -- Of course they are starting with the 2 hour free seminars. I sincerely hope that people will do a search on them before they go and pay any monies to them. This time of course there is enough on the Internet to warn them.
I am hoping that all the people who have been scammed already will go to one of these venues to confront them. Obviously, considering the reports coming out about their scam, they have to get in there quickly and do as many scams as possible before their true colours show up and everyone in the UK knows.
I sent them a letter three weeks ago telling them I wanted a refund and have not received an answer. Thr reasons I gave were my health, my age, and time restrictions.

Recently there have been a handful of individuals that have been dissatisfied with our services. We do want to state, as always, Clickincome is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and continues to work towards improving its services and systems. We acknowledge that we are not a perfect company and have had some growing pains over the last 8 years. We like many companies have experienced periods of amazing growth and admittedly we weren’t always prepared for the increase in customer service demands. For that we can only apologize and strive to do better in the future.
We remain committed to our clients and reasonably resolving all issues. Clickincome prides itself on it continual growth and a focus on providing the best possible tools and educational experience for your online business investment. As of November 2, 2008, we have begun to migrate our current customers over to a new website building system. To that end we want to make you aware that a total migration wit... read more»

I urge everyone who has been (scammed as I have been) to submit comp[laints to the Utah Better Business Bureau, Utah Division of Consumer Protection, the FBI and any other agency you can think of Maybe if they are inundated something good will happen. I've read 71 negative reviews on line which tells me this is just the tip of the iceberg. You can request a "Reliability Report" on Clickincome from the Utah BBB. Very interesting.

Yes, Empwronline/Clickincome have come to the U.K. Probably because there is nowhere for them to keep scamming people in the States. I made the mistake of buying their programme and it has been a nightmare since then. Can't get hold of them, they are not interested anymore as i refused to give them few more thousand £££, on top of the one I have already given them...People, they are coming back in February 2009, beware!!!!!!!!! If you receive an email, a letter inviting to an event to learn about how to sell better on Ebay...just think twice. keep googling them to keep posted as more and more reports are being written about them.

Yikes! Don't do business with this outfit. It seems to be a total scam. We got suckered into the deal for almost $5,000 and are now fighting hard for a refund. All materials were returned per the Product Remittance letter we received but still no action on their part. A guy named Brandon did call to gather some info and said he would call back later in the day but that was several weeks ago. Now, all phone calls to any of their numbers go thru an endless loop of recordings. I was #4 or #1 in line repeatedly per the recording for 45 minutes before I had to hang up and do real work. I guess a letter to the Attorney Generals office in Utah and make sure they know what Clickincome is up to.

clickincome is in severe trouble financially and has recenty laid off up to 20 people with another 10-15 quitting throughout the week. even there h.r director is looking for a new job and there v.p troy stevens has recently started his own seminar company based out of draper utah and will be leaving shortly along with speaker mike syme. they are currently only doing seminars in canada and the u.k and are operating under emprwr or empower online as the clickincome name is so tarnished now. it will be suprprising if they do not file for bankruptcy soon or if there c.e.o bryan mcadams or there c.f.o derick gurley dont shut down the company for good

I want $20,424 back or I want Click Income to work with my website so that it consistently appears in the first five sites shown on the Google search engine- as stated in their sales pitch. I also want the latest update of Auction Analysis Pro. This software was to be included with our executive package but never worked.
If Click Income checked, my website has been published since December, 2007. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of hours getting the web site up. I am not a stupid person – I hold two masters degrees and I understood and trusted them to assist me with a site that would generate business and money. I understand how to create a multiple page website, but the only people that see it are my family and friends that I give business cards too. The fact is they are deceptive when trying to make sales. These conmen from Clickincome have just been in London UK, masquarading under the name of Empwronline. I attended a seminar but was sceptical and thankfully didnt part with any money apart from £20 to attend a second seminar. But unfortunately several people did pay £3000(they said it was normally £6000 and they were offering a 50% discount) to sign up. I have since received several calls from their salesmen in Utah trying to get me to sign up,(I am now ignoring their calls) and advised me to look on another website called whythrive.com. Obviously another alias scam website they have set up to detract from clickincome.

these people took me for about 20,000. i'll be paying on my credit card for the rest of my life.they also got me involved with a company named strategic financial, they said i needed them to really make my business take off,all a bunch of bull !!!!they took me for about 2,000.00 they have 61 complaints against them.clickincome has 308 complaints. it may not be to late for some of you, if it's been less than 60 days you can contact your credit card company and tell them you want a charge back on your charges that you were scamed and then it's clickincome that has to prove to your card they are legitimate, that won't do it so chances are your card will be refunded all the charges.i hope this will help some of you,it's too late for me,but maybe it will work for newly scamed people.i hope to get a class action against them.

Clickincome has only contacted me only when they have something to sell other than that not a single call from them not even from my Mentor that they keep telling you about while selling you packages a mentor guy will guide to set up your business and all that bullshit. i didn't even get my classes. they kept telling me problem with emails and crap.
pls explain me from where do i start to get my money back.
and yes CLICKINCOME IS A SCAM.

As I said in a previous post, I did receive my refund but it took several weeks of PERSISTANT badgering of Click Income. They told me that there were several on the list to be refunded and it would take time but my turn finally came and they did refund me ALL of the money on my credit card. I emailed them at ( info@clickincome.com ), and I also called them at least 2 or 3 times each week. I also faxed refund requests to them. I threatened to contact the attorney general of Florida and also Utah. The BBB of Utah is onto them but I'm believing they (BBB) are turning their head the other way. Something should have come from so many complaints about Click Income. They are so talented with their scam techniques and it takes a wise person to see into their tactics..... guess I wasn't too wise the night of the nice dinner and seminar at a nice hotel in Coral Gables. I see Click Income is still up to the same Deceit and Lies with their Typical Smoke and Mirrors seminars. As a consumer looking for an avenue of true an honest marketing processes, Click Income is my worst experience. I already had a thriving business and wanted to expand advertising, product line, (Drop Shipping), and sources for Web Tools. The CRAP they sell is archaic and false in appearance. To date I have never found a web site, business, or eBay person successfully using Click Income as CI Claims. UT has some strange laws which put most folks out of reach (immunity) to pursuing the False Underwritings of their contract. A company that cannot deliver a product or service should be shut down. I cannot believe that CI is allowed to be in business. BBB might be on the take $$$$$ in UT and looking the other way. Look at the recent Bail Out to overcome this type of fraud (Mortgage Scandals) and more. CI is right there with the rest of the RIP OFF. UCanBanIdiot .... Mike Syme ... read more»

After paying a total of $12,500 for a business development package, in which Clickincome's agreement says I'll have full access to their tech support through email and telephone, I've had constant tech problems. They NEVER answer email messages, tech support alawys says "send me the error message." Their online tech support has never been in operation since I've belonged. Their enticement is giving away free websites and my free website link to Clickincome does not work. After 3 weeks of calling them and having them say "send a copy of the error" the link is STILL NOT OPERATING. They have NOT held up to their end of the agreement.

It is amazing people pay so much money for products and services they could acquire for free. It is possible to manage and run an effective ecommerce website for as little as $50.00 a month. The key is learning how to market. These companies promise software, tools, and hosting which are great. If you do not have marketing training you are still going to fail.

I attended a click income back in June of 2008 with my mother. We dropped over $5000 on their program for the online internet business (ie 5 websites, ebay auction analysis, access to dropshippers etc etc) and have tried to get our money back for 2 months now. No one will return our calls after about 20 messages left. Click Income is a complete and total scam. They should all be arrested for what they are doing to people. They had a man by the name of Tiger Birrel come to speak at the seminar claiming how he used to be an auto mechanic but developed a bad back playing softball and was forced to retire and start up a new business. He doesn't work for click income...he is payed by click income to bullshit people. And is quite good at it.
