Like any other online retailer, Cupshe.com customers can go to their website and can choose to look through their current inventory by category, including New Arrivals, Best Sellers, and Collections, which includes Bikinis, Rompers, Dresses, Matching Sets, Accessories, Pants, and Tops, and a Clearance section, or they can use their search feature to find something specific you are hoping they may have.
Since this is an online retailer which offers many different types of clothing, prices will always vary based on what you choose to order. They do offer a clearance section for most of their categories, as well as the ability to arrange their clothing by price so that you can more easily find clothing within your budget.
The website does provide a Return Policy for their customers, which states that any customer who is hoping to return their product for either an exchange or a refund can do so as long as they complete their return within seven days of the day they received their order, and the website is very clear that any order returned in more than seven days will not be accepted.
In addition, the website states that you must contact their Customer Service team to receive specific return instructions before you complete the return or exchange process, and that all items you are returning should be in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
If you are able to successfully return your product for a refund within the seven day window, there is still no guarantee that you will be provided with a full refund. The website promises a refund of between 60% and 100% of the purchase price, with the final refund amount being at their discretion.

Pinterest should not be accepting advertising dollars from this company as it customer service and fulfillmment are horrific. Pinterest will erode its brand value and impact other advertisers. PayPal should also reaxmine its affiliation. If will suffer loses.
Buyers Beware.....Scam or very poorly run company
This company should be avoided. It does not deserve your online trust. Complaint boards and its Facebook pages are covered with buyers with similar negative experiences to my own. Very poor communications with customers, access to customer service purposefully difficulty, emails filled with vague and useless information, and protracts the process to retain customer funds. Luckily I used PayPal and they are helping me. I wished I had read online reviews before I tried them. I have sent a letter to Pinterest reporting them and asking why they accept business from a company with such a reputation. Same letter sent to Oaypal and VISA. It will just hurt their brands to accept CupShe as a customer
I ordered a dress I fell in love with on Pinterest over a month ago. The payment was authorized right away but I have yet to receive a tracking number or any additional information.
After reaching out 3 separate times to just get a respinse in regards I have yet to hear back. I will be contacting pay pal and Pinterest and any web site that promotes this "CUPSHE" company. I am determined to put this company to rest because I don't want anyone else a victim of this scam.
I Received My Cupshe order!

I requested a chargeback on this purchase from my credit card company. They said they would try to resolve the dispute with the company & tried to contact cupshe, but were unable to reach anyone by phone.
On Oct. 8th, I received the following email from 'Libra': at cupshe: "We do apologize for your long waiting. Your parcel has not been sent out as the items are out of stock now. We do apologize for that. If you do not want to wait, please tell us. We will refund to you. So could you please remove the chargeback first? We ensure we will solve your trouble at once when you cancel it.
As many actions can not be easily taken in the state of chargeback. I hope you can understand it. Thanks for your cooperation. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Have a nice day."
I ignored the email, hoping my credit card company would work it out.
Lo and behold, I received my blanket order today! I couldn't believe it and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, too! I'm actually happy with my purchase and felt it was only fair to update this review.
Having said that, though I will remove the chargeback on my credit card, I do not plan to order from this company again - too unpredictable & inconsistent - and have unsubscribed from their emails.
"I ordered an item but never received a confirmation email (inbox or spam folder). After several days I emailed the customer service email on their website. They emailed me back telling me that if I did not receive an email it is probably because the item is out of stock (it should say that on the item's page on their website) and that at some point they will restock it. No idea of how long that would take. In order to request a refund (yes, they did bill my credit card) I needed my order number. I did not have that number because I never received an email. I emailed them back, demanding a refund. It has been 48 hours with no return contact. I have just emailed them again demanding a response in the next 24 hours and a refund in the next 2-3 business days or I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. Do not get involved with this company!"
