Dean Graziosi
Dean Graziosi
has been responsible for creating and
marketing two popular products. His
fist was "Motor Millions", an automobile
profit manual, and his latest "Think a
Little Different", a real estate course.
Motor Millions was a very successful
product for Dean Graziosi however it has
generated many complaints from unsatisfied
customers. The idea of the business
was that people would convince car sellers
to post listings on their website and in
turn would receive a commission upon a sale.
However, not many people were able to
make money with this system. This
resulted in many refund requests that were
not honored. Dean Graziosi
responded to the complaints saying that he
had actually sold the Motor Millions company
and was not responsible for the decline in
customer service.
Dean Graziosi said that he was
upset by the direction the company was
headed and recently reacquired it. Now
he is working very hard to rebuild the
ruined reputation. However people
seeking refunds are met with a reply that
says since the company has taken a turn for
the worse there are no funds available for
refunds.
Dean Graziosi's real estate course is a
decent beginner course that touches upon
several topics. It's not the best
course around but for the relatively low
price it is acceptable. The only real
problem being a few solicitation calls from
Dean Graziosi's staff offering additional
programs.

Warren Lindsay Virginia | 10:47am on Thursday, September 24th, 2009 | Why is it that when you order a book and you say NO to a thousand of his other offers, his thugs have to keep calling you and harassing you? Well that's what this company is all about. He's doing that to me and anybody that buys his product. Dean has no secrets in his books that are not already known. I repeat THERE ARE NO SECRETS NOT ALREADY KNOWN !! He is a marketer thats all. |
Crista Perry Georgia | 8:21pm on Monday, September 21st, 2009 | I purchased the books. Three weeks later, though I had not used the internet, I was charged $196.95 for use of a "trial" membership website. I was then charged an additional $29.95 for Foreclosure Prevention Alert newsletter which I never looked at and never used. I sent a "ticket" to the Administrator of customer support. No one can seem to find that ticket. I also searched until I finally found a customer service number.I called requesting a reimbursement I got voice mail and left an message explaining what had happened, once again requesting a refund for the above charges, leaving my name, telephone number and purchase information as indicated. About three days later, I received a call from a customer service representative who seemed to have no clue as to why I had called and requested that I call again to state my problems/issues that needed to be resolved. At this point, I have no alternative but to protest the aforementioned charges with my bank because there is no customer service. |
Shauna Pryor Virginia | 8:49am on Monday, August 31st, 2009 | Mr. Dean Graziosi,
I was excited when I saw your add on TV and used my money to purchase the book your advertised on TV. I paid with my credit card. I have yet to read your books, life just has not allowed enough time, but I will say I am shocked and appalled at the way you have used my personal information for purchase to harass me and my family. My information that I gave to your company was for the use of making that one time purchase with a onetime charge from my credit card to your company for the purchase of a book, not for you to give to some psycho to call into my home and harassed my family and friends. A gentleman from your company called into my house on I believe Friday August 24, 09 around noon, representing your company and asked for me, my friend informed him I was not home and asked to take a message. He, instead of leaving a message proceeded to ask who she was. She was very insulted because not only was it rude to ask, but it was none of his business. She then informed me that she told him he had no right asking who was answering the phone in this house. He then informed her that he did have a right and that I gave him my number. Which was a lie? I gave no one at your company permission to call me or to use any information to contact me. To make a long story short. She ended up asking him to never call that number again and hung up. He then called the number back. Without her knowledge I came home from work to get some lunch and I received this call from him where he just stayed on the line saying nothing. I called him back and was furious that he thought he was going to call into my home and harass anyone that was there. I informed him and I am informing you that I called the Police when it happened and reported the harassment and I work with a Lawyer who will be more than happy to play with an unprofessional company like yours. Your company was not been given permission to use my information for any purpose other than to purchase a book. I will never use your products and will be sure to spread the word that your company is a shame and you have thugs working for you. Very unprofessional and very disappointed that you would have such people handling your viewer’s information like this. By the way, the jerk never said why he called. The transaction should be done. I called, ordered your book, gave my credit card info and don't ever bother me again. Forwarding this info to my attorney in case there is any other harassment. |

Tamara Schlichter Denver | 2:06am on Friday, July 17th, 2009 | I just purchased the course and I haven't yet gone through the whole package yet, but so far, I really like it, and out of all the other programs I've seen, Dean's looks to be the best. |
