Donald Trump Biography
Donald J. Trump is a name synonymous with
wealth, business, and real estate. In
his lifetime Donald Trump managed to build
an empire around his name that includes sky
rises, casinos and TV shows. Most
recently he has delved into authoring books
and teaching folks the methods behind his
success.
Donald Trump was born June 14, 1946 in
Queens, New York. His father Fred
Trump was a successful real estate investor
who owned his own company. After
Donald Trump completed his degree at Wharton
School in economics he went to work at his
fathers business.
Donald Trump quickly developed a high
profile career with his renovation of the
Commodore Hotel into the Grand Hyatt.
A move that some thought was unwise at the
time but would later prove to be very
profitable.
The early years of Donald Trump's career
were highly successful. His projects
were yielding profits and he established a
relationship with New York's heads of state.
He achieved this and a media profile by
offering to take over struggling city
projects at low or no costs.
Despite the success that Donald Trump
attained the 90's were ripe with personal
and financial disaster. In addition to
his highly publicized divorce many of his
holdings spiraled into astonishing debt.
Donald Trump had to declare business
bankruptcy in several cases.
His casinos and towers were not
generating enough profit to cover the debts
and loans that investors were calling in.
As a result Donald Trump spent the next
several years bartering his way out of debt.
In many cases he had to trade property
ownership in exchange for extensions and
withholding of interest on his loans.
In other cases his level of debt was so
extreme that banks and venture capitalists
had no choice but to lend him more money.
There was so much money involved that giving
him a second chance was the only reasonable
option.
Over time Donald Trump was able to climb
out of bankruptcy at the cost of sacrificing
active control in many of his holdings.
Critics of Donald Trump say that it was the
sale of his father's company that provided
him with the necessary funds to finance his
comeback.
Donald Trump was also able to take his
empire into a different direction by
capitalizing on his popularity. His
television show The Apprentice rapidly grew
in ratings and Trump became one of the
highest paid television stars.
Furthermore, Donald Trump virtually
turned his name into a commodity.
There are products ranging from bottled
water to fragrance carrying his name.
In the real estate arena developers often
take on Donald Trump as a figure head for
various projects. To this day his name
carries enough weight to increase the value
of a property.
Most recently Donald Trump has launched
Trump University, an online real estate
and wealth building website. There members can
register for online courses on various real
estate topics or purchase home study
courses. Note: If you came to this website because you're looking for a way to make money online then I suggest you take a look at my top recommendations. These are the best methods I've found that anyone can use to make money online, Click Here.

They try to get you sign up for next 3day seminar,
that costs around 25,000 dollars, with high pressure
tactics.
They signed up a friend of mine, who really could not afford it. They have no ethics.
I can't believe the BBB has not closed this scam.
Please someone tack action to expose this rip off. |
Angel edmonton, alberta | 10:40am on Tuesday, July 21st, 2009 | They tell you about dream killers but they are the dream killers.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't stop. After you register, they sell your contact information to a telemarketing company and try to call and sell you their mentoring classes. They will ask you about your situation and use this as a tactic to you to buy the course.
These people are scammers. I can't believe they can actually sleep at night with this type of work they do.............. |
