Easy Google Profits Kit Review

Is Easy Google Profit a Scam...?

Easy Google Profit

Easy Google Profit is among a new breed of programs promising easy and quick money from Google.  These programs are quickly taking over the home business niche and tons of people have been asking if these programs are legit or scams.

The first thing you should know about the Easy Google Profits Kit and the other programs promoting money from Google, is that they are in no way associated with Google Inc.

Many people get confused by the use of the name in the title and automatically assume that it is a product produced by the search engine giant. You should know that at this time, Google Inc. does not produce or endorse any work-at-home program, and work-at-home opportunities claiming to be endorsed or affliated with Google Inc. are making false claims.

For example, if you scroll down to the bottom of the home page for Google Treasure Chest, you will see the disclaimer that says, "Google Treasure Chest Kit is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in any way associated with Google. Results vary. Individuals have been remunerated." "Remunerated" simply means that people who are endorsing Google Treasure Chest Kit have been paid to do so.

So What's Inside the Easy Google Profits Kit...?

What these programs are selling is nothing new, and the info they promise you is not only very basic, it's not secret. Anyone who's been around online marketing long enough can tell you that there are two ways to make money using the Google search engine.

The first method is to use the search engine's advertising system to post ads for products that you're an affiliate for.  The second method is to host Google ads on your website or blog.

In the fist method you're not getting paid directly by Google but you make money when customers sign up for your offer or purchase a product. In the second method you make money whenever your visitors click on the ads posted on your site.

Fortunately, this information is readily available to you from many other sources. Easy Google Profit offers their customers nothing they aren't able to find elsewhere.

So is the Easy Google Profits Kit a Scam...?

Easy Google Profit isn't the first company to mislead people into believing their information is somehow newer or better than their competitors, but the main problem with Easy Google Profit and the slew of similar Google cash programs lies with their deceptive billing policies.  They advertise their kit for only $1.97 in shipping and handling fees, but there's much more to it.

Once you submit your billing info you are entered into a contract authorizing Google Treasure Chest to bill you $72.21 each month. They also sign you up for additional programs with monthly billing that you never asked for, or were even aware of.

For example, on top of the $72.21 they also sign you up for a trial of SafeLockID for $19.95 a month and GrantSpring for $14.95 a month.  They've been reported by numerous consumers to the Better Business Bureau and an official complaint has been filed against them by the Texas Attorney General. This is why so many people are warning that this program is a complete scam.

If you've signed up for the Easy Google Profits Kit unknowing of the monthly charges you can call 866-951-1406 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm to cancel.  Obviously, due to their fraudulent and deceptive billing practices, I do not recommend this company, or any other work-at-home schemes that pretend to be associated with Google Inc.

Note: If you are at this website because you're looking for a way to make money online then you should check out my top recommendation. It's the best method I've found that anyone can use to earn an income from home, Click Here.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! Once they get a hold of a credit card or bank account they keep charging you and won't issue refunds! I have had to get my bank involved twice in the last six months even though I have a confirmation of cancellation number!!!!!!!

Has anyone thought about disputing the charge with their bank, or financial institution? That logo on your card (at least in the case of Visa and MasterCard), offers you plenty of protection.

Granted, it will take time...but as long as you dispute it with your bank within 60 days, you can get back every penny spent AND any fees charged if there were any.

It can take time, as I said. The bank will "Investigate" the situation. But they will credit the money usually within 10 days, with a "TEMPORARY CREDIT", that will be made permanent if the dispute is found in your favor, better then wasting time going around in circles until your 60 day window closes. 60 days is the maximum allowed by Visa/MC to reverse charges, so the sooner you report it the better. They get enough of this, then the BANKS will make a FEDERAL case out of it.

Internet Profit Library is a huge joke! Boo Now I'm fighting not to pay 139.95! I can pay a reduced fee of $84 but why would I want to do that to a nonexistent company??

Yes I got scamed as well, I did not check off to order any of the CD's which they gave you a choice. They sent them any way and charged my account. I reported them to the BBB but they couldn't do anything but put them on a list of suspicious companies. BBB called them a number of times and they did not answer their phones. I have always been careful about possible scams but this one mentioned nothing about these additional charges in the fine print so I thought why not. I was fooled.

Yes, I got took also! Thought I was being careful by ordering the kit. It took forever to get the cd so I went back online and looked it over. I knew right away there was no way I wanted to do this. The cd came and I didn't even look at it. When I pulled my online bank records I found the $99.00 and $44.995 charges off my debit card. I called right away and received a cancellation #, and was told I would receive a refund. I did get the $44.95 but not the $99.00 which was coming from another location. I called again and was told to send back the cd to receave my refund. I sent the cd certified mail, with a request for the refund and the cancellation #. Didn't get the refund again! Called again, and was told went up to corporate (what the next room) and was declined because was over 30 days after I signed up. You can always tell its a bad economy when the thieves come out!

I am like you Sharon from North Carolina. Same charges and no terms or conditions any where in sight and I got the same run around 4 calls each saying that it was being reviewed and then it would be placed back into my account so I could not close the account. I am glad you turned them into BBB. I said I was going to do this and they just laughed. I wish there was a way of getting our money back and them all be locked up.

I wish someone would file a class action suit against these people and throw all of them in jail. I never received the so called "packet". It wasn't until I received my credit card bill that I noticed the charge. I called them and was told that I should have called within 14 days to cancel the order to receive a refund. But how can you cancel something that you never received. I contacted Google and was told they know nothing about the program but have had other calls asking the same questions. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charge and informed them I would not pay any future charges because it was a scam.

i too was scammed by this low dog website! they took my money and the dang kit. It cost me over $200.00 in over draft charges plus $178.45 for the so called kit! I told them i was gonna file a lawsuit also and they laughed. These people need to repay all of us!!! This is ridiculous! I hope someday they get caught and rot in hell!

I thought I was paying $1.97 for a google disc. I never received. Then they charged me $47.50 and $99.00. I called and canceled my card and requested a refund. I got refund confirmation numbers, I waited and waited and the refund never came. I called and everytime I got the "gatekeepers" who say the same thing.. its a bank to bank transaction we have no control over how long it takes. Then I turned it into VISA. Then after they contacted them they said I agreed to terms and conditions. I never agreed to anything! I printed what I was shown all it has is login info. I have turned them into BBB, FTC, and the Iowa Attorney General. Oh yeah and how I got scamed was they hacked my friends Facebook to make it look as if she had been doing this and it was great. My bank provided me with a copy of the terms and conditions and they can do whatever they want with it. It says they are allowed to make changes to the agreement as they please. They have several different names but the same customer service! SEARCH PROFITS IS A SCAM! ONEMILLIONCASHKIT, regardless of the name do not do it!

They to have taken $144.42 as a set up fee from me two months after I signed up. You sign up with the impression that the $1.97 is all you have to pay and hidden in terms page they say all fees are in there but I have yet to see it. I searched everything when I signed up and its information that is free online nothing new. Also the site they told me to look was not the site I had when I signed up. They charge you well after your so called trial period so they will not refund your money when you cancel. They have no problem canceling you but will not give a refund for something that I really did not use after I saw that it was info I already knew. Fraud!!!!

Hello,

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way. Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site.

You can talk to customer support seven days a week. Our U.S.-based help lines are also staffed each and every day of the week to respond to any questions you may have both before and after your order. Simply call us at 866-481-8192 and we will be happy to walk you through the entire cancellation process.

Your satisfaction is our number one concern,

I never received a "packet", and they stole $194 out of my account on one day. Two separate $47.50 charges and another $99.00 charge. I am overdrawn because of this, and was charged fees for that problem. I called the number on my bank statement entry, and they told I would be refunded in 3-5 days, if I call back. I never knowingly authorized this, thought my only charge would be the $1.97. They are thieves and scam artists!!! DON"T DO IT! They will not allow you to talk to anyone but an idiot who keeps repeating the same lines.

So i signed up for this joke of a program back in November then i read all the horror stories. so i canceled the next day. I thought every thing was fine until i saw the 99.00 taken out of my account for the bzkit. so i called and they said that was non refundable but they did refund the 1.97 for shipping or something for the cd. so i thought everything was fine. I had nothing taken after that and then voila jan. 29th a charge for 47.50 to my account from the bzkit again oh i am so furious. I seriously do not recommend anyone signing up for this scam... It will be an ongoing nightmare.

sorry I had to break all the addresses up but system would not allow all in one. I paid the 1.97 then canceled immediately. Then they tried to debit my card 99.00 but could get none. I used a card that is cash and if there is no money on it charges are declined. They know they are defrauding everyone. The flyer they sent for Lifelock says to call and enroll for 9.00 a month or 99.00 a year so they know its NOT authorized so they try and grab the whole 99.00 and run.hopefully all they will be running for is prison. power in numbers - File your complaints with the FBI

In Jan 2010 I saw the Google Profit website and it sounded like something I could do to get caught up on some debt on the side. I signed up but on the same day after reading some horror stories I called and canceled my account. I was assured there would be no charges to my account. On Feb 3, 2010 I get a $99.00 charge to my account for a BIZKIT. I never received a BIZKIT. When I try to call I get put on hold forever. This company should shut down. Beware people they are SCAM artists. They have it figured out for now. I understand there is a class action complaint in the works for Google Profits.

Google Profits is a total SCAM!!!! To date it has cost me $421.44 of which I was successful in getting only $146.50 refunded, and that was only because I could provide a prior cancellation number. They will never stop taking your money. You must cancel the credit / debit card you provided in order to stop any future unauthorized charges / withdrawals. I am referring this to the MA Attorney General's office.

Noel   South Carolina

Only way to stop charges is to get a new account number for the credit card you used. Do this as soon as possible, because they will never refund any of the money they take.

What a scam they are! I say that with gritting teeth! So far I have lost $324.00. I have called the home office phone number, got a cancellation number and told no further charges would be charged. They lie! I have called 4 or 5 different states and have told them they were making unauthorized charges. I have gone to the bank and had them change my account number to stop the charges. I would suggest to everyone who have had "UNAUTHORIZED" charges to file with the Federal Trade Comission. If they get enough "FILES" they will investigate them.

A few days after I requested info about this program by clicking on a link in Facebook I got a phone call from someone who wanted to verify my order and then have me sign up for some extra programs. At this point I still believed it was a reputable program because I thought it was associated with Google. Two days after the phone call, my credit card company (Bank of America-gotta love em!) flagged my account for fraudulent activity related to the charges put on there by the google profits people. They promptly removed the bogus charges and changed my account number. Even if your credit card company doesn't catch the charges and flag them as fraudulent, you should still have some recourse with them for disputing these charges. If nothing else, cancel the card and get a new acct number.

I wish i checked this site out before purchasing this. I had similar experiences with the up sale of products to anyone who purchased this or google library profit. They ask you to push your zip code on the phone for "verification." actually this allows them so say that you accepted this upsale. When i confronted them with this they simply stated that i agreed with the authorization of my zip code. This product may work but with the fraudulent upsales after hardly seems worth it. Remember...you can tell them "no". But they will charge you anyway so keep a lookout for those charges after the initial $2 purchase.

The number to Google Profit is 877-861-8581. Don't expect help or a refund from them. I canceled my 1.97 charge with them, I spoke with a guy name Mark. He called my house twice trying to convince to to purchase their product. I told him NO on October 5th and again on October 9th. On October 13th there was a charge for 47.50 taken out of my account.... I called and spoke with Anna Draiz on October 13th and told her about the problem and she said I would have a refund in 3 business days.... I guess you know what happened next... Nope, no refund. I just spoke with Justin and he refused to let me speak with any of their supervisors. He said its not an administrative issue and he can't give me the name of ANY supervisors. He even hung up the phone in my face when I said I would contact the better business bureau...

Hi,
Somebody already said it but lets repeat: Always look for terms and conditions. If available read them first. If not just close the site.

I also got in the scheme. Fortunately I got suspicious in a couple of minutes after giving all the information they were asking for,'googled' the phrase "google profit library", and found about the scheme. Then I went back printed and read the terms and conditions, panicked because was Sunday. Fortunately they give you some time to react (five days the worst in my case) and cancel. Monday I spent combined about five (5) hours waiting on the phone for the next available costumer service and speaking to a live person to cancel all the five (5) subscriptions I had given permission they to subscribe and charge on a monthly basis. As a matter of fact beside the waiting the cancellation was without much of a hassle (some of the representatives tried to persuade me how good is their program for me). I hope the cancellation, the names and the ref # given was real, but as a matter of extra precaution I stopped my CC and requested a new one.

Good luck,

Armen

I signed up for the Google Profits Kit to find out how to make some extra cash. What a scam. This was done in May. My credit card was billed the $1.97 fee but I never received "the kit". I found an 800 # to call back and they have no record of me. Immediately after that various charges started showing up on my credit card. Over 600.00 from companies I have never heard of.
I had to cancel the card and be issued a new one. This is a horrible scam and I think it is very wrong to have the Google name associated with it when it is not supposedly affiliated with Google (although I don't truly believe that either). It showed people from my home town who made so much money on this. It looks for your zip and gives you that info. What a crock! I strongly recommend avoiding any of these.

I too was caught by the very small fine print about the monthly charge. So small I haven't been able to find it on their website. Anyway, it cost me $47.50 instead of just the $1.97 shipping charge. Don't be fooled, it is a scam!

To answer the questions from the law student. I work for a credit card company in the billing disputes department. Since the business did disclose the information on the website regardless of how small the print may have been, you as the consumer are obligated to follow the cancellation policy and the terms of the agreement. Once you cancel they can no longer bill you from that date on. Your credit card company will ask you for the date of cancellation, the merchant’s response to your cancellation and if the merchant stated a credit would be issued. Unfortunately if they have already billed you then you are most likely not going to get that money back.

Hi, I too fell for this scam and have been charged $47.50, and an additional $2 charge, which the company claims is not theirs. I called my bank to cancel my card and dispute the claim. I have a question for anyone else who has also disputed the charges - have there been any adverse consequences to doing this, i.e. anything happening to your credit score? Has the company tried to contact you about it? Also, have you won your dispute claims? Thank you so much! I'm a law student and should have known better. If it seems to good to be true, it usually is.

I just now signed up found out about charges through researching because I was skeptical about making that much with ten hours a week. I think uncle Sam will not put a stop to it because they are reporting there whole amount to taxes and the government makes money that way so sam is like screw you claim it as a gambling loss or try to. Obviously that has to be what it is that the government thinks more about money than loyalty from individuals. I am disappointed.

DO NOT DO GOOGLE PROFITS!! I purchased the CD for $2.50 and thought, well this isn't really for me and never thought about it again until I saw my bank statement. They had charged me $47.50 which I found out is a monthly fee. I called to find out what the charge was about and that's when they explained that since I didn't cancel my trial membership in the first 14 days, this would be monthly charge. I tried to get a refund but they said no and that they fully disclosed this to me when I first signed up. DO NOT DO THIS PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently saw their ad on MSN and started to fill out the application until I thought better of it. I deleted my information and exited their site. I received a call from them, they explained the program and said that they needed $5,500! I said they were nuts, they said they had my CC #, they lie, and I hung up! This has to be a scam!

My wife fell for the white teeth scam - same thing, same MO. ACAI, Google Profits, weight loss, colon cleansers, and there are probably hundreds more.

We had a bit of a time getting them to cancel - took an irate, yelling, furious guy (me) telling them that I am an attorney (which I am not), that I know how to deal with this cr_p, that I have already notified the BBB, that I will NOT put up with this (that's after I got the supervisor on the line)... and it worked, so far.

READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!! BETTER YET... NEVER, EVER, GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IT'S A REPUTABLE COMPANY (AND THESE DAYS YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT THAT TOO!!

I was suckered like many into committing what I thought was only $1,97. I just got a call from Mardell Lacy at ISPEEDWAY threatening legal action to recover the money I have on my account with them. I canceled my CC as soon as I heard about the scam and only got charged $1,97, but now they are hounding me for payment. I did not click on the confirmation email link and when called at the start told them to cancel my sub. and give me the $1,97 back. They said OK but still carried on!!!

it took an army to cancel this membership.....their customer service is the worst i have ever seen. when u say cancel they will tell you well at least try the trial period and on the last day if u want to cancel than i will do it then for you. lol what the hell is that ive never heard that i had to pull out the terms and conditions to them *(b) Termination by Customer. You may terminate your subscription to iSpeedway for any reason at any time in accordance with the applicable termination procedure which is currently located at www.support.ispeedway.com. You will remain responsible for the full charges applicable to the billing period during which you terminated, including all subscription-based fees through the end of such period, and you will also remain responsible for any other obligations incurred by you prior to termination and any obligations incurred by you after termination.* once i did this they obeyed a little better but still they were barking back.....just keep being annoying they will want to get rid of you.

Google Profits is ridiculous!!!! I m soooo mad..Ive canceled and canceled again and they continue to take money from my checking account. I have lost nearly $300 in last 2 months because of all the other services they enrolled me into. Theres no way this can be legal and they have incredibly horrible customer service. They are sooo stupid and act like theyre doing me a favor or something. Im so outraged and hope no one gets involved with this company.

I am feeling so stupid. i signed up for this membership today. Then I google for reviews of this service. After reading this all comments, i realized this service is spam. Immediately i canceled my credit card and I also called google profit customer service but they can't able to find me on their system. But they call me and they also charge me 2 dollars, then howz it possible my contact detail and membership is not in their system, they are trying to fool us. I hope they don't charge me further. some people said if you cancel your credit card, they start taking money from your account. I am also thinking to change my account numbers. I will do it tomorrow if I can't able to cancel my membership. I talked to their supervisor, she said it is not fake, lot of people make money through it. anyways, now I just want to get rid of this stupid membership.

Do not do it!!! I tried the google profit and when i registered, i did not receive any approval code, i knew something was wrong! i immediately contacted my CC company to see if the charge had gone through, and what a surprise, $1.88 had been charged to my account. i waited for e-mail confirmation with an approval code, none, what a surprise. I contacted my CC company and informed them about what happened, they said it happens all the time and that they would be happy to issue me a new card with all new account numbers and the same terms and conditions as my current one. Boy do i feel like an idiot! to make matters worse, i attempted to call the numbers provided for cust. support, that was joke, too. they have no record of me even subscribing to their program. That article on MSN was a lie!! I wish i would have come to this site first before ever attempting anything like that, I'm usally able to smell a scam, but that one had me fooled!!!

Boy do I feel stupid for doing this. Normally I'm over cautious and NEVER buy into stuff like this. They ran one over on me though with their "fake" news story and "fake" user comments. I thought that for a 1.97$ it was worth a look.

10 minutes later I googled exactly what this program was, because after signing up it doesn't even tell you what you bought. Took me no more than 5 seconds to realize this is a scam, no doubt about it. I then spent the next hour trying to contact the numbers in the fine print to cancel all this crap before I get slammed with charges on my CC that is already almost maxed. All of them directed me to an Indian call center where I would spend 10 minutes just trying to get them to understand my name. Finally when they got all my info they would tell me that I wasn't in their system. Utter BS.

Having gone through that, it was a breath of fresh air to talk to a representative of my credit card company who spoke perfect English and was somewhat reassuring. I had my credit card frozen and am having the account number changed. She told me that because I've never had dealings with these people before that the charges would never hold on the account if they some how managed to appear on the new credit card number.

This seems like the best bet to feel secure again. You can call fifty different numbers telling them to cancel you from their program, but you never know when some random company they sold the number to will decide to randomly bill you. Just cancel/change your card ASAP.

So, these comments just saved me a lot of money. Thank you everyone! My story: I lost my job and was looking for some ideas on internet. I saw a link referring google profit program on Facebook on the wall of my friend. I'm like, that has to be real. When I clicked on this link, there was a website about single mom form Jackson (the same town where I am from) telling how much google has changed her life, making over $5000/month. I went for it, I was about to put mu CC info on the site called Internet wealth builder when I had this feeling that I should check some other reviews first. Thank GOD I found this!!! So did anybody who fell for it ever made any money? Once I tried cashcrate and made some pocket money and you do not have to put any cc info there.

Heads up everyone - Looks like Google Treasure Chest may be at it again - look for charges labeled Auction Support, Grants R Us, Web Training Group, or Grant Finder - all with different 888 and 877 phone numbers - but for $68.46 or $24.87. They all lead to MySellersGuide.com. These charges started appearing after the FTC shut down Google Treasure Chest, Google Money Tree and et. al. in June 2009. File a complaint at FTC.gov or call (877) FTC-HELP if you have any of these charges.

Be ware! This is a scam. the "official" google site has a trade mark registration behind the "e", also the font is different than the real Google page. If you have questions about companies like this always look for the "real" companies name and trade mark and compare it to the other. This will save you a lot of headaches and over draft charges. Glad I didn't fall for this one!

I jumped on the bandwagon way too soon. I canceled google profit within the same day, then found out there was another Ebay money resource center I had to cancel, they assured me that was the only two things I needed to cancel. Then the 99.95 hit my bank from "I speedway internet" now who the heck are they and why won't they honor the cancellation?, I have tried for 3 weeks to contact GOOGLE and I Speedway for refund, they keep giving me the run around, and hanging up on me, half the time you get an operator you can't even understand!!!! I lost a lot of money through Google Revolution, it is a scam. I was also signed up to other online companies that I was unaware of until I got my visa statements. I even called and canceled with google revolution, but was still billed through websites. I just ended up canceling my visa. I am a broke student, and really thought this could help me through college, but I ended up going more into debt. I am very angry about the way they advertised, it's very deceiving.

I believed the article read because the woman who made a lot of money was from the same town as me, however, I do not know her. I began the order process but was curious about the charge for the disk itself because nothing was mentioned except for shipping. Before I submitted it I opened another window and found this thread (THANK GOD). Needless to say I immediately wiped my credit info and canceled the order. The reason why many of you got caught was their clever false advertising mentioning how inexpensive the shipping was. And the trick was risk FREE leading everyone to focus on the free part. sorry to those who were hassled.

I found out about this via a link one of my friends posted on your Facebook account - saying it changed her life. She actually posted the comment on a mutual friends wall....well turns out she DIDN'T post it! Her account was hacked. I signed up for the Google part for the $1.97. Thank goodness I emailed that friend and she said she didn't post the link. I also googled it and found this showing it is a scam. I immediately called my bank and canceled the card I put the $1.97 on. Glad I did....saved me a ton of money and a huge hassle it seems. Thanks for all the posts. I was given a error that said insufficient funds. LOL. How is that possible, if I only was being charged $2.00?

Thankfully, I decided to check into this and landed on this site.

Thank God. I was saved money and the aggravation.

Well, obviously we were not the only people who got duped. Same as above $1.97 charge then 2 weeks later a $47.50 charge and now today $99.00 charge. I called the 877-479-9817 number on my bank statement, sat on ignore for 20 min, then a recorded message "due to high volume calls please leave a message and we will get back to you at our convenience". Well that did not sit well. I called my bank. They are handling for me and will not allow for anymore to be taken out.

Yes, I was another victim of this despicable scam. It seemed legitimate not only because of the Google name but also because I read about it
in a news article on MSNBC.com. An unemployed couple were writing ads for Google. So I feel as if I not only was duped by the fake Google Profit also by MSNBC.com for some pretty sloppy journalism. I called my credit card company (1) to dispute the charges and (2) to cancel that card number and have a new one sent out. If you've also been hoodwinked by these guys, that is my strong suggestion to you. Because you can't reach anybody at the scam shop to cancel the blasted membership.

I signed up for this and then saw that it charged you $49 a month for something i didnt need and also $99 at the end of the 30 days. So right after i noticed all of this i called them to cancel. I talked to someone who couldn't find any of my information. not even my credit card, which was already charged. then someone called me the very next day and i told them that i talked to someone about canceling, she told me that she was the person who sends them out so she was confirming.. i told her that i didn't want it and canceled it. She then called back about an hour later, saying the same thing! i again informed her that i just talked to her and CANCELED it! yesterday i got a call from someone and they were wondering how i was doing with the program. i AGAIN told him that i canceled.. he said that i shouldn't be getting my kit then.. GUESS WHAT? i got it in today! again... i called and canceled.. this time they gave me a confirmation number and i canceled my credit card! i don't trust these people they are idiots and reading all of these comments i feared i would still be charged. don't order this product!
