According to their website, the couple that created this company did so after they hired their own nanny and discovered how difficult it was to handle all the forms, deadlines, and legal nuances that were necessary in order to take care of themselves and their nanny.
When they looked for a firm that had the experience to manage the necessary payroll management, tax filing, and employment law, they couldn’t find what they needed, so they decided to build it themselves.
Since they established their company, the website says that they have served “almost tens of thousands of families in all 50 states, processed billions of dollars in household payroll, and become the go-to experts in this highly-specialized, exceedingly-nuanced segment of tax and labor law.”
The website insists that they have gotten so well known for their services, that CPAs, financial managers, trust managers, and others have begun referring clients to them for all their homecare worker questions and advice.
Since this company provides a wide scope of financial services, there are different fees depending on what services you choose to take advantage of. First, all customers will have to pay a one-time registration fee of $100. After that, you can choose to pay for a full comprehensive set of services at $200 per quarter, or $800 per year, or you can choose to upgrade certain services at additional cost to you, but also at additional convenience. This company doesn’t provide a traditional Refund Policy, instead saying that because they handle all the payroll, tax, and paperwork issues for their customers they can feel confident that everything will be handled, and handled on time, so you never need to worry about penalties or late fees. Unfortunately, they don’t explain what guarantees they have in place for customers on the small chance they do experience one of these inconveniences, so it’s not much of a “guarantee.”
