Lenny Dykstra Reviews
Can a Former MLB Player Really Show You
How to Pick Winners...?
Lenny Dykstra,
nicknamed Nails, is an unlikely name to pop up
along side Jim Cramer and the other experts
at financial advisory site thestreet.com.
Despite having no formal education in
finance Lenny has earned an outstanding
recommendation from Cramer and has steadily
grown his own reputation as a trading guru.
Lenny’s rise from professional baseball All-Star to Options trading success story is
an interesting tale. When his baseball career came to an end after 12 seasons
Lenny applied his aggressive playing style to his personal finances.
After realizing that his 1 million dollar mutual funds had dropped to
$400,000 he quickly pulled them out into a savings account. He then proceeded to
zealously learn everything he could about trading in order to take full control
over his own investments.
His major league fame helped him score the services of some of the best
traders around and his natural grasp of finance made learning speedy and smooth.
With the help of Richard Suttmeier, chief market strategist for Joseph Stevens &
Co, Lenny Dykstra developed his own trading strategy, which focuses on
deep-in the-money calls.
With this new risk minimizing strategy Lenny went back to that $400k sitting
in his savings account and began an impressive investing run. He claims he was
able to turn that $400k into 5 million dollars.
This may seem like an unbelievable Cinderella story but Lenny Dykstra is no
average Joe. In addition to his investment goals Lenny is a busy entrepreneur,
heading a successful chain of car washes, a property development company, and a
landscaping business.
Throughout his time on TheStreet Lenny has claimed that over 90% of his tips
have made money. He also claims that the combination of his businesses and
investments give him a net worth of near $50 million.
Lenny Dykstra's current project is the Player’s Club, an investment fund
tailored to professional athletes. His goal is to help athletes maintain their
income after ending their athletic careers, a time where they find themselves
middle aged and out of work.
Despite Lenny's impressive trading run any professional analyst will tell you
that even the best traders in the world can't sustain a winning average for an
extended period of time. When you examine their track records over time
most trade at or below 50%.
This is why it's important to realize that there's
no one guru out there with all
the answers. It's up to you to learn
as much as you can through a variety of
resources in order to understand the big
picture of trading. I would recommend using
Lenny's tips in
conjunction with additional trading
resources in an
ongoing educational process.
One great tool that I personally recommend is Free INO TV where you can view educational training videos from some the world's top analysts.
This is the type of information you'll get at seminars where a seat could cost thousands of dollars.
It's surprising that most people don't know about such a great resource that
thousands of traders are using every day to improve their trading skills. Click Here For More Info.

Richard Montogomery, Tx | 12:27pm on Thursday, July 9th, 2009 | Didn't he just files for bankruptcy today. He can't be doing all that great. I can't believe Cramer backed this guy. Makes you question Jim's integrity. |

CJ Los Angeles | 9:06pm on Sunday, March 29th, 2009 | Dykstra is a fraud along with James Cramer who touted Dykstra on his website. They sold membership into "Nails on the Number" which never made a profit on options. |
Jet Charter California | 5:44pm on Wednesday, March 18th, 2009 | Lenny Dykstra is a scam artist and crook. He has defrauded numerous private jet charter companies and continues to try to to steal services from private jet owners in support of his false claims to be a successful businessman. There are numerous judgements against him and his "The Player's Club" magazine. |
Concernerd Mid-West | 11:19am on Tuesday, March 17th, 2009 | Lenny Dykstra no longer has any of the businesses that you listed above. He slowly liquidated the car washes because he couldn't pay his bills, with the last of them being sold at the end of 2007, so I am told. His landscape business was just a couple of guys with a lawnmower and a minivan, which has also gone by the wayside. He sold the only development project that he had going because he didn't have the funds to finish it in early 2008 and he failed to close on any of the other developments that he was trying to work in the last couple of years. I'm sure that if you do some homework, besides asking Mr. Dykstra, you will find that everything stated is true and his debit is actually very close to outweighing his assets. Just thought that your readers should know the truth about people that you place on pedistals. I beleive that, in this economic climate nobody can afford to put their trust in the advice of anybody that can't even keep their own finances straight. |
