Mazu is an
internet based home business review site run
by a marketing guru named
Matt Gagnon. The Mazu team has also produced home business
products of their own like the Mazu Business
Pack that they aggressively market and sell
through their website and throughout the
internet.
My experience tells me that you probably
already know this and what you really want
to find out is if Mazu is legit or not. I know how you feel, it’s really hard to
get the truth out of anyone these days, but
I’m gona share my story with you and then
you can decide for your self about the
integrity of Mazu and Matt Gagnon.
Before I knew how to make a living of
online home business ventures I was eager to
try them all, in my naivety I tried as many
as I could, which ultimately led to a few
maxed out credit cards but a lot of
experience.
When I first heard about Mazu and their
e-currency training course I was eager to
try it and hope that Mazu and Matt Gagnon
was the real thing. Luckily before I shelled out the $300 I
came across some information that even my
ignorance could not let me ignore about Mazu
and Matt Gagnon.
I found out that Mazu and Matt
Gagnon were defendants in a class action
lawsuit for false advertising. Even as a
rookie I knew that this was a major red
flag. I want to give you the chance to see the
piece of information that saved me my hard
earned money from Mazu and Matt Gagnon.
Matt Gagnon and Mazu Publishing Company
are currently defendants awaiting trial for
false advertising under the Lanham Act, 25
U.S.C. §1125(a), libel per se, interference
with contract false advertising under
California Business & Professions Code
sections 17200 et seq. and section 17500 not
to mention false statements of fact and
misrepresentations of fact in their
solicitation and advertising in internet
commerce.
The defendants Gagnon and Mazu Publishing
Company have acted with knowledge of the
falsity of their statements and with the
express intent of causing competitive injury
to the innocent victims involved.
The acts of Mr. Gagnon and Mazu
Publishing Company, by making false and
defamatory statements have misled the public
concerning services and products.
Mr. Gagnon, the defendant awaits his time
to stand before a federal judge for his
actions of malice, fraud, and oppression
which will be proved at his trial. They are
as follows: For punitive and exemplary and
treble damages pursuant to Civil Code
section 25 U.S.C.§1117, in an amount of at
least $1,000,000.00 and $500,000.00 for
actual damages.
Mr. Gagnon had his first hearing in March
of 2005.

With this knowledge I don’t see how
anyone can trust Mazu and Matt
Gagnon. I personally know that they are
involved in other illegitimate activities
like stiffing people on the guaranteed
refunds for all their products…But like I
said before I’ll let you be the judge of
Mazu and Matt Gagnon I just want you to have
all the facts.

Mazu is now being included in the lawsuit with Legisi.

I bought the package from Mazu (that's where I got into sports arbitrage). Once I got all of the materials from Mazu, I went through everything and was a little dissappointed. So I called and asked for a refund which I was told I could not get for whatever reason. One of the pograms they directed me to was Legisi, which is/was a provate company in which you loan money to and in return, they pay you back with good interest. Actually this was doing well (I had loaned a fair amount to them) but as with most things, it came to sudden stop. Legisi is now out of business and being investigated by the SEC. Needless to say, my money is in limbo. I believe Legisi is trying make arrangements to pay it's members back as much as they can, but odds are that I am going to be out the money I loaned along with the Mazu investment. So... in my opinion, save yourself the time and money and look somewhere else.
