Mentors in Motion is a program developed by Val Smyth, an internet marketing expert.  The way this program works is that through mentoring teleconferences you can learn about internet marketing and advertise your business, whatever it may be.

Mentors in Motion is advertised through a contingent of Val Smyth's affiliates.  They all have been a part of these teleconferences before and now contact you to advertise their own products.  The main idea of Mentors in Motion is to teach you various ways to market your business or products and increase your revenue.

Val Smyth's background is in Internet Marketing and he has proven to be successful in that field.  It was from his various IM workshops that the idea for Mentors in Motion came from.

Now Val Smyth's seminars are available to everyone not just companies and he allows people to tape them as well or attend more than once.  These seminars consist of a presentation on a variety of marketing ideas.

Mentors in Motion approach to training through the teleconference has been criticized for several reasons.  Many people find it hard to learn in a group atmosphere in which their personal questions get overlooked.  Overall it's difficult to get the desired attention you want when everyone is focused on their own agendas.

Overall the concept for Mentors in Motion is interesting and Val Smyth has developed a creative program.  However I haven't heard of anyone that has been consistently profitable following this business plan of selling the opportunity of receiving mentoring from famous internet marketers.  Val Smyth and his affiliates do provide useful knowledge but the program does not provide specific ways to turn that knowledge into a cash flow stream.
