OnlineSupplier.com
market an auction success starter kit which
includes a drop shipping service and an eBay
success guide. They basically promise
you access to thousands of wholesale priced
goods that you will have to market either
through eBay or your own e-store.
If you do a Google search for
"OnlineSupplier.com" you'll find a whole
bunch of consumer protection websites with
complaints filed against this company.
The reason for this is due to the way they
promote their services.
If you go to OnlineSupplier.com you'll
see that they advertise a $1.95 trial of
their program. The reason for so many
complaints against this company is that as
soon as three days go by they start to auto
bill you $59.95 a month.
The folks complaining failed to read the
fine print and sometimes didn't even realize
that they've been paying for months for a
service they're not even using. It's
not a scam but you need to be careful
anytime you use your credit card online to
pay for something, even if it's a harmless
$1.95.
The other thing I don't like about
OnlineSupplier.com is that they use your
information to sell you additional "trial"
offers, success packages, and extra
services. This will come by way of
telemarketing calls, emails, and pop-ups in
your members area. Furthermore, in
their terms of agreement they state that
they reserve the right to share parts of
your registration information with 3rd
parties, this leads to extra spam offers.
They also use aggressive marketing
tactics like a bogus timer on their
registration page, creating a false sense of
buyer urgency. If you leave and come
back or refresh the page you'll see that the
timer resets itself.
I work online with a method where you can make several
hundred dollars for a couple hours of work,
whenever you have time.
This business is free to join and I won't
charge you anything for the information,
just let me know where to send you the info,

I signed up to get a book of information for $1.95
When I got my Bank statement I was charged 39.95
Never received anything to confirm, or to give material to me. When I got through to Cust. Service they wanted to refund me 19.95. I asked to speak with a manager and, after a brief hold, was told the manager was busy, but that they would refund to my account the 39.95, in 3-5 business days. I will monitor my account closely.

They are absolutely criminals. They do just enough "legit" business to keep the law at bay; but they also steal credit/debit card info and start charging your account is if you "enrolled". If you catch them and call their customer service, and you can keep them from hanging up on you or putting you on hold for long periods, you may convince them to refund the current month's charges, but, if like many who have been scammed, several months have gone by without detection, and they absolutely refuse to refund any prior charges. I cannot beleive they have not been prosecuted!

"Bought" and e-mail "Guide to Successful Selling On E-bay" from these guys. Paid my $2.26, NEVER received anything, e-mailed they said that I had to install the proper software to download their books. (I already had this software!)
Asked them to cancel, they said that they would (NEVER did, but DID increase their take gradually to $60 every two weeks !)
STAY AWAY !

I have never even gone to this company's website and they charged my account for $49.95 how they got my info is unknown.. I tried to contact the company from the number provided with the charge on my account and got hung up on 2 times and a recording stating they were closed the 3rd try. If I ever needed such a service (which i don't use) I would NEVER use this company.

Thieves...I had to cancel my acct to stop this company debiting my account, but that did not stop them they are at it again. I have never received any article from them and do not know what I am supposed to be paying for. Once again I have to contact my bank to stop this. As for rating I give them a 5 for defrauding people.

Very Poor Cancellation Request Service...
I tried to call their cancellation request customer service number but was put on hold for a LONG time and no one ever answered after the initial greeting. I wish to cancel but can't reach anyone so I can process my request! Very unprofessional, and it seems, unethical for them to not answer the phone designated for people to call if they wish to cancel. I would not give them any stars.
