The fashions sold at are inspired by those that come directly off the runway or those that can be seen on different celebrity fashion inspirations. Their website says that they have hundreds of new products they add to their website each day. 

Unfortunately, they do warn their customers that their most popular items do sell out very quickly and can often go Out of Stock. If you have seen an item that was previously Out of Stock and are curious if they were able to restock that item, they recommend looking at their “Back in Stock” category. 

Customers who are interested in looking through their current inventory can go to their website and search by category, including New In, Clothing, Dresses, Shoes, Accessories, Beauty, and Sale.

Cost/Price Plans

Because this company sells such a wide variety of products at this time, there is no way to quote a single or static price range for the items you may find here, especially with the rate they add new products to their website, or when you consider sales and promotions they may have throughout the year.  

Refund Policy

This website does provide their customers with a Return Policy at this time, but they are very clear that they unfortunately do not offer exchanges. Customers who are hoping to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color will simply need to process the return of their original purchase and then purchase the new product they want, separately.

In order to process your return, you must still be within the first 28 calendar days of the date of delivery, your items must be unworn and unwashed, items must have all tags attached, and any shoes must have been tried on indoors and not worn outside. All return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Unfortunately grooming products, pierced jewelry, swimwear with the hygiene seal removed, beauty products, and other accessories are not eligible for return at this time. 

If customers receive an item that is faulty or defective, they ask that you contact their Customer Service team within 30 days of the date of delivery so that they can assist you with the proper method of return.

Unfortunately there appears to be one very serious and very common complaint with this company, and that is that they fail to give their customers refunds.

Many customers online provided reviews where they all had their own specific circumstances for returning their order and all described having difficulty working with Customer Service. Even after their return was processed and they were told they could expect their refund, it appears that refunds took weeks and weeks to be processed, and were only processed after multiple phone calls by the customer.

This is obviously a serious concern that customers will want to consider before purchasing from this company.

Certainly there are many different online clothing boutiques available for women that promise to sell high quality, affordable, and trendy clothing, so customers who are unable to find what they want or need on will have many other options.
