Process at Home Review

...Is Angel Stevens' Process at Home a Scam?

Process at Home (processathome.com) by Angel Stevens is a relatively new work from opportunity.  She claims that her company can set you up with a job getting paid top dollar to simply process rebates at home.

This program sounds like a real job but unfortunately just like with the majority of data entry programs this one's all smoke and mirrors.  After you sign up for $197 you won't get access to a list of companies in need of home workers.

Process at Home is nothing more than a clever twist on what the data entry programs have been doing for years.  Processathome.com simply tells you to start marketing digital products online and offer a rebate on them.

So for instance, if an eBook is selling for $50 with an affiliate program that pays 50% commission they advise you to offer a rebate in the neighborhood of ten bucks.  So, if you get a sale you make ($25 - $10) with a profit of $15.

However, to attract customers to your rebate proposal you will have to advertise on the major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and MSN.  This advertising is done on a cost per click basis and if you follow the system you should be prepared to invest several hundred dollars into this.

So basically, you're not paying for a job but for a sales strategy that can be applied to affiliate marketing.  It is possible to make money with this method but it requires money to invest as you will be paying close to one dollar every time somebody clicks on your advertisement.  Within one day this can quickly add up to you spending $40 - $60 if you don't know what you're doing.

Note: If you came to this website because you're looking for a way to make money online then I suggest you take a look at my top recommendations. These are the best methods I've found that anyone can use to make money online, Click Here.

Here is a suggestion..... If you were lucky enough to get a refund (I was) close out your credit card. I just had some fraudulent on mine but I was fortunate the bank called to verify. I had not used this card since February. It is my feeling someone with process at home stole my information and just waited for six months. BE CAREFUL. The government need to shut these people down! ! ! !

I tried the rebate processing and found that it is a time consuming waste. The Authority Blog they provided is the only salvaging I could muster. It is a money making affiliate blog. It is through Word Press, which is the way of the future in terms of making money online. Bloggers stick together and communicate amongst each other and this means higher rankings. Angel Stevens is no angel. She is a business woman. She will have her day, but so will we. Thanks to everyone here for their outstanding input.

What is the difference between Process at home and Process Rebates from home? Can anyone help me?

This is a scam, you do not get what you pay for and try and get a refund. They switch you to a different number, then you must wait till someone responds but it's a waste of time they do not help. Even though they continually take your money they lie saying they looked at their records and are not taking any money except the original $197.
It's easy to sigh up but very hard to cancel your account and get your money back!!

Along with all of you I too was scammed, as a matter of fact as I am typing this I am on hold with this stupid company. However when they came at me with all the BS they do, I simply told them I don't want to hear it, there is nothing they can say to me to convince me to continue to try it. I told them that if I didnt receive my money back that I will hit them with a class action law-suite and that I have no doubt that I can find others to join me in this. This program is completely BS and with this recession going on, these individuals should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of those truly looking for an opportunity. Angle Stevens will get what is coming to her because Karma is a b*tch.

Angela Penbrook scammed me for $197., gave me nothing but an ebook, I didn't get a chance even to learn anything and would NOT and refused to refund my money, and pulled out all her data base everyone said. I was going thru bankruptcy and she would not care to talk to me even via email. I have a lot of bad, bad feeling towards her, why would she steal from people like me??? I still really need that money to pay bills and eat.

After being scammed once (but did get a return of my money), you learn a valuable lesson. Always
"google or yahoo" on the internet before signing up. When the site goes on forever with someone's personal "make quick money" tale, you should be suspicious. Judging from the grammar, spelling, & punctuation used in these write-ups, my guess is that educational levels have an impact. Work on improving your communication skills - get a dictionary. Frequent use of "there" instead of their, no apostrophe for won't, can't(contractions, etc. Use of don't instead of doesn't. Even "Too Smart" in N.J. was guilty, but wish he/she had explained how to check the disclosure. Crook, Thief, whatever label will always exist as long there are gullible people.

Yes! It's a bait and switch, I knew it from the beginning fro a friend. He's the one that suggested it to me. And I will do the same. Get into Process at Home and you'll get a call from the Success Team. Sign up with them! It takes an investment but it was the smartest move I could make. Thanks Bill! and Angel!

Angel Stevens doesn't exist. She is an actress and all those people on the site are fake too. 20/20 did a show on it. This is shameful these story they made up to dupe people wanting to make honest money. I did buy it but got my money back.
Thank God, I called and was persistent, told them I would call FBI and report them It did not work and never earned a penny. A complete waste of time. I even had one lady telling me her relative made lots of money when I called. They are trained to lie to get your money.
Shame on these kind of people, How they sleep and live with themselves I do not know. Please non one fall for this. i think the site has been shut down now though. Just be persistent on getting your money.

Boy, don't I feel like and ahole....I too got taken on this "opportunity". I wish I had seen this site before I gave away 197$ I didn't really have. I pretty much knew when I recieved my bullsh*t training via email, with no phone call might I add, that this was not what was represented. I'm sure that there are still some good online businesses.....somewhere. Angel Stevens is probably some fat perverted man, hiding in Cyprus?? I don't even know where that is, but the universe does, Please no one else fall for this crap.

I called in April of 2008 and never got my info. When I called on July 8,2008 and canceled I was given a refund number but never got my money. As of today I am still calling once a week to find out where my refund is. If anyone out there have filed a law suite on this company please let me know I will gladdly join in.

Just read some of the comments and had to post one (I usually don't post). I just spent about 1/2 hr w/guy from Process at Home saying he was my "Success Adviser" to help me get started w/processing rebates. My ? to him was "I thought that was what I pd $197 for, but all I got was a course on writing ads to sell things". He actually told me he didn't know anything about that, that he was calling to help me start processing rebates (he told me this over and over). I asked him "well if you're calling to help, then how do I start processing rebates". He said he would have to set me up as a ""member" because companies "would have to trust me" and would I be willing to invest between $1,000 - $4,000 to become a "member". At this point, I asked him for this kind of money, would I get a guarantee and his reply was "there are no guarantees in life". Thanks, but no thanks! Run don't walk from this scam!!!

After being on unemployment for nearly a year, I realized my benefits were about to end. I decided to research the internet to find a work-at-home opportunity. I found Process-At-Home by Angel Stevens. I checked with the BBB in my area and found nothing to indicate a SCAM. So like a DUMB A__, I convinced a relative to put up the $197 access fee on her credit card (with a promise of me paying the fee back). That was in early November, 2008. I paid back the access fee. I immediately started to build the business; but, found I needed help. So, I called the support line phone #, Everytime I called, I got a lot of BS but no help. I finally decided to write off this SCAM and consider the access fee as a lesson in futility. Two weeks ago, I received a call from a so-called agent in PIM. I listened to his pitch and found out he was associated with Amgel Stevens. I disconnected the call. MY ADVISE ---- DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY ASSOCIATION WITH ANGEL STEVENS ---- IT IS NOT WORTH IT !!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you,All of you for posting your comments.I almost bought into,"This is way too good to be true"scenario. That amount of money was my gas and food money for the month.I guess I would have gone hungry and no sweat off their backs.Plus I asked online operator for info! And I couldn't get one answer other than closing sales techniques for the monies they wanted. Why are they still on line stealing and still in business?I don't get it. Thank you all again.

I was searching thru the internet for a work at home job and had found it for $39.99 but was not sure so continue to search and read this web page so I decided to search business with BBB and thought I attach this (Bureau Summary and Analysis Complaints allege the company misrepresents their offer as an opportunity to work from home processing rebates. Specifically complainants allege, after paying fees of $39.99 to begin work as a rebate processor, respondents are directed to the company’s affiliates web addresses where they are required to pay additional fees to promote their products by writing and placing ads. If the products are purchased as a result of the respondent’s ad they are to receive some sort of compensation; however no rebate work exists. Complainants further express dissatisfaction with the company’s refusal to issue refunds. From what I read on the company that did this to all of you no one has taken action. I was lucky to read before buying and unfortunately the company -rebateprocessor is also fraud you do not process rebates you sell products according to BBB.

This woman belongs in jail, nothing about her system works. Also beware of the sites that claim to have researched these scams. Site Review rates Process at home as their #1 pick, so i gave it a try, you will then be called by an advisor that will refer you to 1 of his colleagues telling you they can make you tons of money if you're willing to learn. PMI is the name of the next scam you will hear from. Don't walk away... RUN !!!!!!!!

I too have been a victim of this elaborate SCAM!!!. Being totally new to the work at home scene, I took the word of Site Review, best work at home opportunities & enrolled with Angel Stevens process at home bullshit & that's what it is... bullshit!!! After repeated calls to support & having nothing but Hispanic people that were polite, but impossible to understand, i printed the whole system & spent countless hrs trying to understand it, to no avail. Then came the call from the "Success" team to take me to a higher level. Thinking this was all legit, I accepted their offer to have "coaches" help me get started

Last night as I was putting my child to bed I received a phone call from a 1-800 #. The person on the phone asked for my mother who had been using my phone # on the internet to find a job. I asked the man who he was calling with & he said Angel Stevens office. I told the man on the phone to take me off the list. I stated that it was my mother who had used my # but I did not accept these type of calls. He then says to me very rudely that if I hang up on him he will call me right back. So I hung up. He called right back. I said again, take me off your list. He replied, NO. I then said let me talk to your supervisor and he says "I am the supervisor, what are you going to do about it". He then says to me "I know where you live and proceeds to say my address and phone # to me. At this point I am completely dumb founded and little scared. Please stop calling here I say. He says not until I give him my mothers phone #. So I made up a # and hung up. I was absolutely terrified last night after I got off the phone. I left my phone off the hook all night. How dare this company and the people who work there.

I have been trying to get my "money back guarantee" for over a month now. When I tried to call back the person who called me from the "Success Team" it was a number that is never answered. When I told that person I had requested my money back, he said that he would make sure it was processed. So far, nothing. The actual program costs thousands, and you implement it yourself, so I was not interested. They imply that you will be sent materials to process, but that it not true. I wish I had Googled first.

For anyone else who bought into this program and now regrets it here is the number to there support desk. 1-888-421-3595. Dont waste your time leaving a message they wont return your call. Press 3 and go straight to a real person, then call back later in the day to make sure they have actually done what they said they were going to do.

Who Wants to send an Email to the BBB and Good Morning America. This is a disgrace that in an economy like todays that our gov't allows somebody like this to continue to do business. Although look at the banking system and it won't make you feel like the gov't could possibly be on our side "the citizen". Maybe Angel needs a bailout But unfortunately I can't afford to be the financial institution to bail the self proclaimed millionaire out. She is gonna have to postpone the bonuses Because I want my $197.00 I have been chasing it for over a month now and have been given the continual run around. Today after getting a draft of my account statement for the past two months I called them at 1-800-381-7820 which acquiring this number in itself is a journey. Anyway they said they had 14 business daya I said you have already had over a month .They said here is the confirmation # I said confirmation # with who. They said your bank I said with my bank? From who? What institution is doing business with my bank? She said we paid you today I told her I had gotten a statement today with no refund on it. So I will check my account again tomorrow. Oh Yes they are a scam and I hope Angel chokes on an olive in her Martini at this point. But I will get my money back even if it is just in time paid out to the operator and phone company by Process at Home.

I purchased the Process At Home Program by Angel and it was horrible. I just cannot believe that I actually spent that money on that program and then when I asked to get my money back no one would return many of my emails! All I want is to find an affordable if not FREE way to make money on the internet, I know they are out there but where? There must be a way, I have to believe this. Again the Process At Home program by Angel is horrible!

I would just like to add that the Angel Stevens Scam is not just the process rebates at home, but much more. The Rich Jerk is another scam that I believe to be directly related to this monstrosity in some shape or form. The Rich Jerk Networks sent out the email with details of the account. I reviewed the scam myself and they use MidPhase as a hosting service. I started a live chat with the MidPhase tech support they told me it was a legitimate business and they are….. …. Yes that’s right boys and girls “Affiliates”, MidPhase should cut business ties with people that lie to cheat others out of large sums of cash. Tech Support gave me an email address to a/the/someone manager to voice any concerns. Underground Cash Secret also conveniently uses this same hosting service. (I found this one out by looking at scam.com) Is this a coincidence???? MidPhase is good about refunding money to those who cancel.

I signed up for the Angel Stevens process at home after reading the information on her website. The 2 month risk free guarantee suckered me in. After I started the program, I realized it was not what was present. I called to cancel 4 days later. At first my 197,00 was refunded and then removed again from my bank. I have called many times. First, it was pending corporate decision, then it was my account was already cancelled and I would receive a confirmation email refunding my money which never showed up. Today I call and am told my account is still active. I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney General's office. These people are unbelievable. All she could say was she was only following instruction.

Luckily I just got my refund after numerous calls and writing down all information and the persons name and Id numbers I talked to I finally contacted the BBB and got my refund. Now I am starting to work on the $39.95 monthly fees they keep taking out. Also Do NOT buy into the ACAI BERRY weight loss another SCAM. Working on getting them to refund that money also. NEVER again will I give my CC information to anyone on the internet way to many scam artists out there.

Thanks to ALL of you who have protected us, the hard working AMERICAN, from bogus low life losers like this!! I almost purchased too and decided to take 5 minutes to research - because as the saying goes, "If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is NOT true." Angel Stevens does NOT EVEN EXIST - it is not a HER or HIM - no one knows! The company is overseas, that's where your money goes and they think they can operate under the laws of that country and continue to scam people. In addition, other people who've researched have found this "angel stevens" has other online scams running as well, for acai berry extreme, and some others. MY QUESTION IS THIS: WHY HAVEN'T THESE WEBSITES JUST BEEN COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN FROM OPERATING???? Where are all the hackers we hate? Hackers - HACK THESE SITES AND SHUT THEM DOWN IF OUR OWN people are going to sit around watching thousands more get scammed before someone does something about it. I wish I knew how to destroy websites - - sorry - a little angry to see honest, hard working people get JIPPED AGAIN.

Hi Unfortunately I got conned wish I would have researched this more but of course I needed money and thought it sounded good. I have joined the process at home program for 197 the of course had to pay for a domain name more money and so far no one has bothered to help me like they say I have had 2 times that they were to call me but they never did and now they are suppose to ring me on the 11th and I imagine they wont. Angel Stevens sounds like a fraud to me and what she is doing to people is wrong and she should be stopped ASAP I have learned my lesson well all I wanted to do was to make a bit of money and was willing to work hard for it.

The "Warranties, Disclaimers & Legal Rights" link at the bottom of their page states refunds will only be given w/i 30 days, and "The seller is located in Nicosia, Cyprus and by doing business with us you agree that this offering is made from Nicosia, Cyprus, and shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus. By electing to participate in this offer, you are entering into a contract."

I have been looking for months to find an honest way to make a living on the internet.Angel Stevens is a crook and so is John Paul and yet they are allowed to have tv advertising and scam poor people out of their savings.I am retired living off of SS and a small retirement check.Their are so many scams on the internet I am grateful that someone is doing the police work to check these programs out but still more needs to be done. These people should be in jail and not allowed to advertise on TV or the internet.I also would like to ad another crooked company to the list.SMC which also is on TV late at night is crooked. They run a wholesale business with cheap stuff made in China and use high stress tactics to try and get you to spend hundreds to join their business. They claim they have been around for 60 years. They are all crooks.Again Thank You for doing the research on some of these companies. Its a whole lot better to know about a scam before you plunk down your hard earned savings on a program than fighting to get it back later. The internet needs to have a better police program to throw these people off.We are living in terrble times with millions out of work.We are all just trying to find an honest company not to make a million dollars but just an honest income.Keep up your good work.I look forward to seeing future reports as I continue my search for an honest job in the world of the internet.

Yea, I did the 'Process at Home' crap, I tried it for 2 months, my so called earnings was up to $45,278.14 and I NEVER received a penny of it. I worked apx 6 hours a day, 6 days a week. I then tried to get a refund and got a run around, they said after the confirmation, I would get my refund in apx 14 days, NOPE NEVER Happened. I disputed my Credit Card payment to them, my bank refunded my money in 24 hours, said that company is on a Fraud Hot List! So I got my money back that way, but still never receive a penny of my so called earnings, they tried to withdraw ad fees from my Pay Pal account which I stopped FAST.
I would not recommend this SCAM to anyone.
Have a Great Day

if you are looking for a job online, don't go to process at home, it is totally a scam and you are the looser. They do not stand behind their product but love to take every penny you have AND they feel really good about it. I followed what they said I had to do, in the middle of the process I had to change my email address and process at home could not change my email, can you imagine any program made that the email address could not be changed to another one! Email addresses are changed everyday.........they did take my money though and felt just fine with not providing me with the full service that I paid for. Don't do this process at home. You will loose also

Angel Steven who ever you are, God is watching you. May all the money you took from the people send you to hell. I'm a single mom and a college student who is trying very hard to make ends meet. I recently ordered this process at home program because like some of you, i was led to believe that I would simply process rebates for companies. I had no idea that i was going to have to sell other scams and offer a rebate on the ones that i sell....Needless to say, i began the epic journey of getting my money back. When i talked to customer service regarding the order and said that i wanted my money back, the lady on the other end said okay, I am going to forward your request and you should get a confirmation email within 3 days. Well, 3 days come and go....i even allowed 5 just in case..No email... I called back and asked about the refund and confirmation email and there was no record of my request. So i made the request again to get the same results. When i called back the third time, i was told that i have to talk to the program counselor that is supposed to call and help you set up the program and answer questions first. Then i can call customer service back and get the refund. So the nice lady on the other end of the phone sets up a time and day for the counselor to call. Well, as luck would have it, he called that night....He inquired as to why there was no activity on my account and i told him about the refund for the program that i had requested. He was no longer interested in conversation and was very short with his goodbye. I called customer service the next day to tell them that i did speak with him and guess what, there was no record of him calling me so it must have been someone else......curious.....!! SO the lady on the phone says that i will have to wait for the call that should be coming in right now.....I am waiting patiently for this man to call back or....the real counselor to call me....call it a hunch though, i doubt if i will receive the call and more so think that even if i did, it wouldn't get documented. At this point i doubt i will see any refund. Further more, after doing heavy searching, found out that websites like about.com will more typically explain a lot of these ways of making money on the Internet.....for absolutely nothing......
I am very disgusted with this program and more so disgusted with that woman that's making her money scamming people.
I would like to know some of legal ways to handle this issue. should the BBB be contacted?

I was recently laid-off from a full-time, office position for an organization I once thought was a trustworthy, stable company. Today, I was reading a local job opening on careerbuilder.com and to the right of it was an add for Angel Stevens' work-at-home program. I read it and started to believe her claims, but reluctant with having to pay $197.00 to start working in a job over the internet. Thankfully, I decided to investigate, and came across this web-site. Thank you very much to everyone, who have shared their feelings and feedback, warning others not to sign up and waste their money on internet scams and/or work-at-home programs. I sincerely appreciate reading your reviews on here.

I was ready to purchase the Rebate Processor program, after looking into so many work at home opportunities, I felt this was the one that was the most " legitimate " for many of the same reasons that I've read here. Except that I happen to get a junk email from a company selling acai berry supplements. And there she was ! Angel Stevens dressed in a white doctors coat with a stethoscope around her neck trying to sell ACAI BERRY EXTREME and warning people about the scams that are out there from fake acai berry supplements! I didn't see anything in her rags to riches bio on her site that says she attended medical school did you guys? Not to mention that there are also 2 other programs out there, one to become an affiliate Auction Processor and the other an Affiliate Data Entry Processor with 2 different women selling them but both of those sites are identical to Angel Stevens' site.
I'm lucky to have not ordered and lost my money, I hope this helps anyone before they do.

I cant believe I almost fell for this Scam!! I think from now on I will just stay away from these making money from home, there all just to good to be true.. Has anyone found a site that actually works. The only sites I have made money on are filling out online surveys, but you dont make very much, some give you point, some pay you $5.00 a survey..I really dont think you can make money on the internet..

Steps to prevent scammers from keeping your money.

1. Always purchase with a credit card. At least then you can dispute the charge and credit card companies most often find for the consumer. I have found that American Express is the best for fairly resolving disputes.
2. Never use a bank account to purchase on-line. It is much more difficult to get money back and the only one in control of your money should be you.
3. Always make copies of the ad, especially the "money back" guarantee.
4. Keep a record of all correspondence, with the name of the person you dealt with, the date of the communication and what was said or written.
5. Always ask for a confirmation number for any promise of a refund. A legitimate company will have a confirmation number or a representative's ID number or send a confirmation email for a transaction.
6. Immediately contact your credit card company and start the dispute process. The credit card company will put the charge on hold (remove it from your balance) until the issue is resolved so that while you are trying to resolve the issue with the merchant, the charge and accruing interest are on hold. Your credit card company will ask if you tried to resolve the issue with the merchant. If you cannot reach the merchant or the "refund" is taking forever, tell your credit card company that you have been unable to resolve the issue.

Hi I was also excited to read about the Process at Home. I told my husband about it and he said he would check it out. For some reason I decided to get on the Internet tonight and look at Scams and found this site. Thank God I did, and Thank You to everyone who has posted there info it also has save me money which I don't have to spend. I hope everyone gets there money back somehow. And know this the people that Angel Stevens have hurt, he or she will stand before God and answer, I would hate to be in there shoes. I prayer for everyone on this web site that doors of opportunity open for jobs and extra money. May God Bless All of You!!! :)

I too thought this program was going to work for me. After starting the "process" I realized that this really had nothing to do with rebates but more like advertising. I had my girlfriend call the 1-800 number to get my money back (it was her card I used in the first place) and they told me to call back later cuz their system was "down". After calling back she was on the phone for an hour getting no where just to get hung up on. She called back for a third time and after being on the phone for another 45 minutes they finally processed the refund and yet getting hung up on again. THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT DO THIS!!! They have "refunded" my money back but I am still waiting to see if I am actually going to get it. I too agree with the woman who said that if everyone were to band together and do a complaint with a broadcast company, this company will be exposed for what they are doing and maybe held accountable.

I told them, after having to keep cutting them off, that my visa was going to dispute the 197.00 They put me on hold for about 1 min. and came back with a cancellation code for the money and the VIP support. I hope that it worked. My bank said they haven't taken the money out. thanks for the help everybody

Thanks so much for this site. I got April's site off of CareerBuilders.com. Thinking that they are so ligit and would never have thought they would advertise a scam i was so ready to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. On the site you can see they have a clock running and the bit about you have to sign up before time runs out or else there will be additional monthly charges ect. That is what made me a little leary and I decided to look into the company and found this site. I am so glad I did.
Thanks again.

I, like many of you, have been searching online for a way to compliment my families income. In these tough economic times, every little bit helps. I am thankful to all of you that are taking a few minutes to warn others about this company. So many of us are just thankful to have a job at all! My husband and I go to work every day worrying that we'll be the next ones told we're no longer needed. It's scary.

For the ones of you that signed up for Process at Home and lost your money, I am sorry for you. I am also curious as to why everyone isn't contacting a news broadcast? I believe that if all of you that have been scammed began e-mailing your concerns to "Good Morning America" or a show similar, some investigation would be done and so many others could be warned! I will be e-mailing "Good Morning America" myself when I finish this! Something has to be done, your voices are all important! What this company is doing is disgusting and shameful.

Thanks to all of you again. You have saved my family a financial loss that we right now could not afford.

For all of you poor people that have been scammed like me.....I have been dealing with this company Since May 6, 2008.....I have sent well over 100 e-mails to every person from that company that responded to my e-mails....

I do NOT recommend dealing with this company....I am one of the most cautious people, and I fell for this too....

I finally resorted to the Better Business Bureau, after almost 8 months of NO ACTION....Their response was for me to call them...AGAIN!!!!...at 1-800-381-7820 and "we'll gladly put a refund for you".....I called today, and the girl gave me a confirmation number for my refund, and said it would take up to 14 business days to be processed!

So.....we'll see if it happens.....I'll fill you in if it works!!

DO NOT GIVE UP in your efforts to get your refund!
It's YOUR money! They WANT you to give up!!
DON'T let them get away with this!

They have up to 14 business days to process the refund....WE'LL see! They have been totally unreliable up till now! But, for you out there who think you'll never get a refund....try out the Better Business Bureau....that got the ball rolling for me.....FINALLY!!!

I got suckered in to this by reading Process At Home's wonderful review on the SiteReviewAuthority.org website. They're in cahoots together! Boy was I completely suckered! I usually don't fall for this type of thing!

No one called me in 1-3 days as promised, I repeatedly asked when the consultation would occur and got the run around for 8 days! I created 25 affiliate sites and have 11 ads and now have to figure out how to cancel this stuff! Angel's "24/7" support staff would often have too high call volume to answer, or could barely speak english, or the connection was bad. They could NEVER answer questions either.
WHAT A SCAM!!!! I called today for my refund and simply explained that they did not follow through on their portion of the deal. I told them that I tried their stinkin procedures and advise and hadn't made a cent and Angel says if you aren't making the money you expected you will receive a full refund within 90 days. So they didn't argue about the refund, but they did try to sell me some vacation voucher. Screw them! Liars and cheats who take advantage and prey on single mothers and sahms!!!

Like everybody else I thought this was the real deal. Online help? OH NO. Great customer service? Not only no but hell no. They were always upgrady there system when I called then I would call back somebody would get on and say they were not upgrading then we would some how get disconnected. (Upgrading system WHAT EVER)Tried to get money refunded what a joke. There excuse was the manager was on the other line. Finally I had to tell them I will wait for the manager and I will get my financial institute on the line. Haven't received money back yet take 3-5 days.

As with others, I also bit the sale pitch, unfortunately. However, I was able to get my money back through the company that handles their transactions (Exsellerate). I have to say, what sealed the deal for me was the official logos and corporate identities of the GAP, Home Depot, Netflix, etc., that Process-At-Home included on their sales page. This made me feel that it was a legitimate deal; thinking no one would be so blatant as to use corp. images of well known companies. I got so pissed off I contacted the proper authorities of each and every company who's logo was on PAH's site. I told them what happened to me and that their logo's was what caused me to trust this false opportunity. I received a reply from one company saying they were going to look into it. Since then PAH has removed all of the logos and have drastically scaled down their sales pages. Now, I cannot confirm that I am the cause for this change. But it makes me feels good to think that I did. My advice: Open a true legitimate business/franchise. A lot of us got scammed because we wanted something for nothing. Go to business school. Get your degree and work hard. That's the way of true lasting success.

Angel Stevens process at home is definitley a SCAM! How can these people take advantage of other people's trust. I, just a few days ago tried to do this process at home. No success, couldn't even get anywhere with it. Very disappointed! I made a phone call to her "so called" support phone number, didn't get anywhere with that either. So to put your face on a name that your not is so lame....Anyways I signed up for this program on December 26 or something like that so I guess due to the holiday they haven't written the receipt to take the money out of my account, so hopefully that won't do it after midnite tonight and early in the morning tomorrow I will be going to the bank if they took and funds and file a dispute. I also will be closing my account and getting a new one. I was wanting to be able to make some extra money. I didn't care if I made a lot of money I just wanted enough to be able to pay some bills off. I have been doing what they tell me for 2 weeks now and I have seen a dime. I have called the support center several times they do not help at all, they act like the don't know anything. I'm just hoping now I will get my money back because I didn't have $197 to flush down the toliet.

Ordered, and then found this page. Bad move on my part.

Took about 5 minutes for a refund.

The trick is to open a dispute through your financial center if you have online access, which I did. When talking to the operator on the phone, be assertive, cut them off from their advertisement garbage, and tell them you've already started the process for dispute. Either they can make it a quick process, or you can have your financial center run through the process.

It's in their best interest to try and upsell you, or keep you interested. The longer they keep you on the phone, the better their odds are. Just cut them off and stick to the point. Don't be super rude, or even polite, just be assertive to drive the point home.

Remember to tell them that once refund is back into your account, or on your credit card, you will then close out the dispute through the financial center.

It's in the merchants best interest to help you because if they receive a chargeback, they are exposed to a $30-$35 fee on their end. Force the refund, and back it up with a chargeback promise.

And this product is significantly different than advertised. Buyer beware.

I too got juked out of almost 400.00, MidPhase has refunded all but 21.95 of my money, they say they are keeping it for setting up a domain site with them. Which is required to do Angel Stevens program. I have contacted my credit card company and as soon as it posts to my account I have to do the charge back thing. I have sent numerous emails. Each time they want more information to be able to process my refund. I have faith in my credit card company that they are going to get my money back. MidPhase is also having problems the Angels so called company. There have been numerous refunds issured from them because of her. I bought the program and had nothing but problem from the beginning. Paypal won't let you set up in there, you don't have all information to answer the questions they require. And paydotcom won't work without paypal account up and running. I spent 3 hours trying to do the paypal thing to no avail. I immediately cancelled all programs. So to say the least I was only enrolled for 4 hours total. I have been trying to get my money back from this fake person Angel Stevens. I have replied to the email once again with more information they wanted. This is their last chance to make things right. I have called customer support and what do you know they aren't taking calls, saying their system is updating. Everything this company says is a lie and a scam. Hopefully this helps someone else to make and informed choice. I will let you all know if I get my refund. Good Luck to you all and Beware of scams. Look before you leap.

So far I've learned that I still may have to invest more monies. Angel Stevens gave me the access number and all it accessed was another sign in process. The same $197 offer but no Enter Details page for indicating the rebate amount. I took notes on Silverlight Configuration, how to delet, how to turn off app. storage. I'll study these notes tonight. And visit you in the morning. Thanks Steve.

Finally got my stolen monthly payment money back! REMEMBER, if a company takes monthly payments from ypur account, it is fraud! I talked with my personal banker and she filed 3 fraud claims on this company. She also had me cancel my debit card so no other transactions will take place. So remember, IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE....IT IS!!!!!

I ordered this program after reading what the website stated several times. Seemed to be straight forword and "3 easy steps". Im not very computer savey and have spent days trying to figure out what I was suppose to do, called the support #, sounds like a fax. I have been unable to reach a live person at all and had asked my husband to look at this to tell me what "I was doing wrong" After reading all Ive seen here I guess it really isnt me (or any of you) doing anything wrong, but whoever,or whatever, is angel stevens. So, I quess I am just too trusting and really dont expect to get anything back on this. I also got a call from someone from PMI and could not get a straight answer from him, not even if he was conencted with PAH, only that PMI didnt want to Downgrade angel stevens. He made an appt to call me the next day, never did even after I called him, only to tell him I changed my scheldule for his call. I did get a call today from that # (2 days later) decided not to answer the phone. I dont need to be talked into a different program, I really needed to just get what I needed to work this PAH stuff and now Im sure that will not happen. Id love to talk to all the smiling people in the ads makeing lots of money after only one hour of working on the "traning", if only to find out how much they were paid to lie!!!!! Id love to be involved in bringing this person/persons to account for this deception and pain inflicted on those of us who truly want to work and be paid for it.
