Although I didn't really give the 'program' a chance...I found out what a lot of other people are saying about it. I gave him/her/them my $197, read the information and watched the videos...what a pain in the ass this program is. I see your being asked to advertise someone else product only to offer a piece of your commission for helping to sell the product/service. I don't know but that sound ...well, uh...STUPID!! I was able to make contact with AS..they claim they canceled my CC charge and gave me a confirmation number. I just hope it true...otherwise, legal action will be forced to come next. By the way...during my refund request..I did mention I would just like my money back as advertised and didn't want to bring in my lawyers, PayPal's authorities or the FBI into the picture but was ready and able to do so if needed. I think that helped a bit as they did stop asking me to give the program a try and told me I can no longer connect to their system from this point on. I just want my... read more » |

I am sorry that I didn't check further before letting go og my 197.00 which I could really use. I have been trying to get info since 8/22, even a contact. This is horrible. I can't even contact them to get my money back. People like this should be put under the jail. |

That's horrible! She needs to pay! I'm thinking like doing some time in the "big house"! I ran across her site when doing some research, thank god she did not fool me for a second. Our local TV news stations do investigations on businesses like these, I would love to see her be confronted with reporters and the pissed off people that she scammed! |

I just bought this program and for 2 days now I have been trying to reach someone to explain why I did not recieve the training material for Processing Rebates as promised. What I did get was 3 Modules with EXTENSIVE information on how to make money on the internet through other products( all of which I have tried ) Then the promise of a personal email address for Angel Stevens and her staff couldn't be found on this page. I am still waiting for an answer. I feel so foolish for having trusted yet again. |

I'm one of the suckers that got duped actually from "on-line business review site" that claimed this operation was one of three legitimate business ones to look at on the internet. Shame on me for not checking BBB first for a rating. I paid by check card, so I'm sure my chances for a refund are slim to none. I'd like to strangle those assholes!!!! |

I've been getting emails about this company in my email in box. The thought of working from home as an actor sounded very appealing for me but I was VERY skeptical. I have been approached by Scams and MLMs before that were supposed to be "lucrative".
I am glad I googled it first. PEOPLE ALWAYS GOOGLE COMPANIES BEFORE YOU GET INVOLVED! Also check out the Better Business Bureau website. www.bbb.org.
It's saved my butt several times!

I paid my 197 and was planning on giving it a try. they give you a ton of info to read , explain that you need to take notes, listen to the steps all the info you need is here, and do this and that, omg. this is not a one hour a day thing. unreal...i talked to a guy from customer service after holding for about 30 minutes and they are supposidly refunding my money, just that easy. they said within 3 to 5 businness days, well see about it. they made it sound sso easy to refund my money. i hope sot |

I thought it was weird that this "exciting new job offer" was in my JUNK email folder. The email address was eronude952power.com - nude? Interesting. THEN I scrolled down my email and saw that if I want to unsubscribe, I would have to write to Romania. I also researched the address and it came up Paddingtons Tea Room in LA. Um, ok. Can we say RED FLAG?! She sounds very persuasive though. BUT, I'm very "street smart" to fall for her SCAMS. :) Right now, $200 bucks is a lot, and I wanted to make sure I would be spending on something lucrative. Too bad this is an awful scam.
So, people... save your $200 bucks. Not worth it!
BTW - do not sell anything if it's going overseas to Nigeria or something. These scammers are offering "top value" to whatever you're selling. They "say" they will sell you above the asked price and will pay for your shipping. They pay for your shipping all right... and that's it! They want you to send your stuff BEFORE getting paid. Sounds bad, huh? 'Cause it i... read more » |

I answered an ad from my e-mail from Penbrook Productions which is the same cut of cloth as Angel Stevens. I was not able to download the instruction manual or get any help from e-mails or phone calls. I have e-mailed the Police Department in Irvine, CA and found out that this company is under investigation and that the address that is on their website is fradulent(imagine that). Also from what the police could determine this company is operating outside the US. These are all scams. It gets better or in my case, worse. Penbrook sells your information to others. I got a phone call from some very high pressure people from Tafiti Consulting of Provo, UT--also part of Media LLC. Again the website did not work for these conartists either. I have had to cancel credit cards and today, I got an e-mail from Tafiti saying that my credit card is no longer working. I told them to get used to it. I have never dealt with such people and have learned a bitter lesson. I hope everyone repor... read more » |

This company is a fraud.I made so many appointments to have a coaching session however they never call you. When I call the customer service to speak to a supervisor the customer service reps told me they are in a meeting and they can't be disturbed. However yesterday when I called I spoke to Neil Meyers he told me I will get back my $197.00 back 2 till 5 buisness days. I hope to get it back. |

not what i expected at all. basically, they are asking you to scam others just as they have scammed you by posting ads about products you have no clue about just to get the rebate and beat out anyone else who may have posted the ad.
Not my cup of tea. Don't like scamming people like myself.
All these comments are right on. just sorry i didn't google this before shelling out the $197. lesson learned.
i am currently trrying to get a refund. They said their system is down so to call back in 48 hours, hmmm yeah we'll see what happens. i hope they hold true to the money back gurantee.

I got back my $197.00 after lots of arguments. Customer service is handled by Asians who for some reason think that I do not understand English, eventhough English is my language. You MUST insist on speaking to a (Asian)supervisor and do not hang up in anger. Angel S. is in violation of contract laws and should be jailed. If she feels that we all are wrong, then let her defend her position - don't think thet Dr.A. has the guts. |

Thanks to all who posted,
I was a sucker too and bought this thing at about 3:00 on Aug 3rd. After checking out this site I've put in my request for a refund. I got to reading about the program and thought a lot of the tactics that were being used were pretty sketchy to begin with. But I'm a struggling guy needing to make some extra cash, so thought it might be a good investment.
Thanks again to everyone who posted, and I'll follow to let everyone know how it turns out. |

Just got off the phone with Cust. Support for ProcessAtHome; requested cancellation of my enrollment & after Rep. made more than a few attempts at retention, was given a Cancellation Confirmation Code & assured my credit card will not be charged; I didn't feel quite right re: the program & canceled within 2 hours of enrolling. I will be monitoring my credit card account closely to be sure no charge appears for 197.00. If any charge appears, it will be immediately disputed & I will report back here. The very best to all! |

It should be some indication of the worthiness of this program when it is delivered through the "bulk" email. Two quotes one should remember: (1)-if it sounds too good to be true it must be, and (2)-there is a sucker born everyday. The only reason these sites continue to work is that some people will fall for the easy road. Kudos for everyone who researched this before investing. |

All you have to do is read the "earnings disclaimer" at the bottom of the page to know it's a scam. They basically say you're responsible for finding out if the info they give you is true. Clever way of saying "We're lying through our teeth so we're not responsible". |

So... to those of us who are not from the USA, how on earth do i get my money back? And why did you pay so much more than me? Is there anyway to get this type of sight off the internet? Sorry to hear that so many people were taken advantage of on this scam. Always do a search on any questionable advertisement and a good rule of thumb is that if they go to great lengths to present their offer as legitimate than they probably aren't legit. Also, the so-called pictorial testimonials looked like modeling head shots, I really never trust those anyways. I always check several messageboards before I consider any high priced offer and I am cautious with that because they could have company people posting there to legitimize their product, I was surprised not find one here. |

I want to thank everyone for their input about Processathome. I am so glad I listened to the little voice in my head and made the choice to do the research first. I was about to go ahead and sign up with this and hope like hell that I make some added money to supplement my income. I was at the end of my rope and this was the last resort. After googling Ms Angel Stevens, This site poped up. I just can't believe all the people getting ripped off by this CUNT. Sorry ladies if that word offendes you, but that is what I think of some dead beat chic taking hard earnd cash out of the pockets of hard working American citizins. I am one more deceived person for Angel Stevens, about 5 weeks ago I purchased the program for $197.00, and and let me tell you what a big disappointment and needless to say a waste of time and money it was.
I looked at my purchase receipt and there is a link to request the money back, and I send an e-mail outlining the false claim and misleading program they have, and requested my money back, and in 5 minutes I received an e-mail from PayPal that the money had been refunded.
For those that already purchased the program and used “eSellerate” to paid for it check your receipt and look for the section:
“REFUND SUPPORT” and send them an e-mail requesting a refund, and tell them what you think about it, that is what I did.
Remember to include the following
email address, customer name and order number (the number will start with ST) that was used to place the order.
Stay, stay away from this fraud. Good luck to all. |

Someone with a few hundred dollars to invest and a complete lack of scruples, along with sufficient time to work the business, could probably earn a few bucks.

I have been contemplating joining for a while but something kept nagging at me to research some more. Thank god I did. I bought the program, never got a follow up email, had to search the web for the company again, called the customer service number everyone I spoke to had a middle east accent, they tried to hook me up with a coach, told me if i were to stay on the line for the supervisor it would be a 15 minute wait, i held for over an hour, they hung up on me, i called back again, a female, same accent tried to do the same thing, told me the system was down, call back in 3 min. I called, no matter what they said i just kept demanding my refund. it was in the bank a few days later, but now they're calling me, don't know what that's about.... |

I want to say thank you for this site as well. As someone else mentioned financial times are hard as he** right now and those of us that have kids or disabilities, limited time or whatever reason we need or want to work at home should not have to endure greedy, heartless people trying to take our money and run. I believe Angel even says in her little virtual talk that she was poor or homeless or some crap at one time then she founded her business. I hope she gets what she deserves in the long run!!!! and I dont mean anything pleasant. I am furious with deceiving people like her. Im glad I did my research first.
P.S. i paid 29.77 for a survey filling out site that took you around in circles once you paid and got access to the site never getting to fill out one da*n survey.I waited for 2 weeks and was luckily able to get my money back so staer clear of that price for survey101 i believe its called. |

The number is 1-800-381- 7820. The business address is 8721 St Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90069. Complain to the Better Business Bureau. She had no complaints and a clean 3 month record on BBB. I was on a website that had recommened Angel, and somthing just didn't feel right. If your looking for a job, why would you spend more money that you don't know when you would get back? that's why online scams scare me...but i didn't know what else to do. I was in a car accident and lost my job, and with todays economy, nobody's hiring. the world is tough and people like angel are sick to take advantage of that! |

And now for the scariest news of all. I found the Processfromhome.com link on CareerBuilder.com!!
You'd think CB would check these businesses out before adding a link to them. I almost signed up, but listened to the sceptic in me and searched the web at the last moment.
And just so you know....she can make a lot of money by selling your name to other home based businesses and by making interest on the hundreds of thousands of to-be-refunded dollars in her account on a daily basis. Her business is real, and on some level... even legit. It's just very misleading and therefore marginally fraudulent. Good luck in getting her.

Thank you all for your comments. You saved me from another deadend where I lost money. Like someone said, those of us who are willing to work are out here, but we shouldn't have to pay for the opportunity to work. That was the first red flag I saw! Yes, it is sad, even disgusting that there are those who prey on those of us who need the income and are honestly looking for a legitimate opportunity that doesn't take money out of the pockets that don't have it to start with. I was considering this "job" when my research brought me here. These thieves need to be put out of business pronto! To prey on good honest people, who are only trying to improve their financial situation, is disgraceful and despicable.
My two cents worth:
Throughly research any company or so-called oppurtunity you may be interested in prior to breaking out the rectangular piece of plastic. Life will be a whole lot less stressful. |

I wrote a little while ago. Thanks to Charles in Tx for the 800# as the one that I had been provided didn't work (disconnected). I called his 800-381-7820 and talked to a Ryan. He was polite but was trying to get me to talk to a coach, after me telling him that I can't be on the Internet too long or else my computer tends to blank out, therefore, can't do this job. I told him firmly "I don't want to talk to a coach, I want a refund!" He said he would "forward my claim to the request dept." I had to badger it out of him when I might expect a refund and he said "3-4 business days." I'm anxious to find out. I don't know why I didn't listen to my inner voice when I thought that the virtual reality video of Angel Stevens pitching her product looked phony--kind of like the more modern pictures Betty Crocker as opposed to the old ones or Carolyn Davis for Reader's Digest--just a mascot. Thank God for this site. People need to know about these scams. All your looking for is a way to make extra money to help yourself with the bills and you get crooks trying to steal your hard earned money.I suggest anyone trying to start a business at home to check out any company at BBB. Something in my gut told me to check them out and I did. Too bad I thought of it after I had purchase the program. BBB gave them an F rating and advise not to send any money. I immediately called my bank and told them to stop the payment, but it was too late the bank couldn't do that because process at home had a hold on my money on my credit card. I had to call process at home and do a 3 way call with my bank to get them to release my money. They ask me to use the 90 days free trial period. I said no because they have a bad rating with BBB and they advise consumers not to send any money to process at home because it was misleading by offering you to work from home. When actually you're spending money ad... read more » |

This worked immediately:
This is the 3rd documented email requesting a refund, along with a dispute through paypal which has been met with opposition and automated replies, this will be my final request for my refund as guaranteed by your website. I have contacted an attorney to file suit for this matter and have been advised to no longer contact this organization. please do not reply to this email unless it is to refund my purchase price of $---.--!

I received an email from this company and it sounded just like what i was looking for. So I decided before i send a dime to anyone I had better look the company up on the better business bureau. The company was flat out rated an F. So to all of you who are just like me do yourself a favor and go straight to the BBB for any online business your not sure of. |

STUPID! Just call me Stupid! I too had some dream of working from home. To Start off maybe making an extra $50.00 bucks a week as my side cash. I did purchase this Now I will be asking for a refund. I should of researched further. It is all true -- Anyone who is considering purchasing this product. If you have been reading these comments from others this program isn't at all about Rebates as it lets on it's more about selling ads. The e-book instructions are not clear and unless you understand computer info/lingo it is hard to follow. You just go deeper in the hole. Legitimate/honest/real and Not a scam are words that programs like this use to prey on sensitive people like "us"/me. "STUPID" Just call me stupid! |

I knew it was a scam when I read "Are you almost homeless?" How can an almost homeless person afford $197 to invest in this crap? And if a person were almost homeless, I doubt they'd have internet access anyhow. STAY AWAY! I really hope no homeless people get their hopes up. Very sad.
There are real, FREE businesses to do from home. You just gotta research. |

This company is a RIPOFF!!! I signed up, they took my money and gave me a refund. The problem is they charged me TWICE and only gave me ONE refund. I also am reporting them to the BBB. You can never get the same person on the phone, and when I asked to speak to the person I spoke with the last time, they just said there are too many people and my chances of speaking with the same one again is very little. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. |

Program was misrepresented, and had nothing at all to do will rebating people(in the true sense of the word). But in all fairness, I received my money back in 3-4 days by simply sending them an e-mail and putting in a dispute with my bank. |

Luckily, I also thought this was too good to be true, so I attempted to look her up with the BBB, and was unable to find her. Then, when I tried to leave the site, a message box popped up and along with their auto-type answers, they avoided every question about why they weren't registered with the BBB. All they kept saying was, check out our website. Come on, let's get real, once that happened, it was over. |

They got me too! Some guy named Charles from Angel Process-at-Home called me randomly 2 times, as I was busy both times he called me I could not chat with him to allegedly begin the set-up process, so we made an appointment time for him to call me later both times. Needless to say I waited patiently for over an hour at both of those pre-arranged appointment times (both last week) and never got a call back from the guy so now I'm going to start the Refund Process, which according to what I'm reading here will be a Major Hassle. I'll add my experience with this Business Opportunity scam as time goes on. I advise keeping a good log of calls, with names, dates, times, and comments exchanged. Thanks all! |

I received an email informing me the details of how to cancel this order. It asks to email a specific address including your name, email address and your order ID#.
I have not contacted them yet, but I high suggest for those who do request a refund to email them using your email - as a supporting written document that can be presented that a request has been made.
Based on the reviews I have read so far, it sounds like this program is not organized, and I gaurantee that if you make a call, there will be no supporting documents showing that you made a cancellation. Worst case scenario - if you need to go to court - you have the document of cancellation in writing.
Below is a automatic response by email once an REFUND REQUEST has been made.
Thank you for your email. Your refund request has been received. You will receive an email confirming the refund for your order when the request has been processed.
Please keep in mind that once we have processed your refund the... read more » |

Oh I wish I had seen this website before I became just another victim. This place is a scam. DO NOT SIGN UP!! I signed up like a big dummy. The process is completely different than what they want to think it is before you cough up $197. I signed up this afternoon and called this evening to stop payment on my credit card and they are telling me they can't process a refund until the payment goes through. The representative was very rude and hung up on me when I was still asking her questions. I guess I'll be filing a fraud with the credit card company so I can get my money back. |

Thanks everyone for your honesty. I was looking into this as well; wanted a little extra money to pay off a credit card. I thought I would do some research before I dropped $197. Like Lauren from WI said - the name should have been the first sign this was a scam. I appreciate the good people that are still out there. Continue to dream big. Good luck to all. |

I fall into the scammed was also charged by the Geru internet program. I was provided a listed of company, which was false listed. The only three company was I able to contact told me that their company should have not been on the listed. I email angel at process at home regarding the listed and never heard from them again. I'm still trying to find them and try to get my money back. The Geru internet program would not give me my money back-it cost me $1995. I starting this since the beginning of 2008 and today is June 23, 2008. I got nothing from them. Still trying to get my money back. If anyone has any information..please help. |

Thank you very much for spending your money and time to creat a review like this to help so many "smarts" or fools. Before reading yours, I have just purchased Angel Stevens "Process At Home program". The misleading is the exact word to describe it,because it sells its program by cheating. Nobody but Angel Stevens group has win-win for themselves, I suspect that they are not only making money by charging $175 from each buyer, but receiving a portion from Google for each click. This is why she offers three month free try, if you don't make any money, you could get your refund. She makes money either way. Unfortunately, some people in this world do not know what is a shame? |

My Dad always said, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." His words were all I could hear while reading this joke of an e-mail from Angel (the name should've been my first clue; it just screams IRONY!) Stevens, so I went to my trusty and faithful partner, "Mr. Google", and all was clarified. Thanks to my Father, and Google, I still have $197 in my possession. To those of you who bought into this scam, I am truly sorry that something like this has to happen to people like us. The thing that angers me most of all is that we're most likely all good, decent people, who just want to work hard, just less hours, and yet, make more money so that we can give our family a great life.... who wouldn't want to do that. I pray that all of you find your dreams, and that pot of gold at the end of that rainbow. It's waiting for you.... and don't worry about little Ms. Angel Stevens - God IS watching, and she WILL get hers!!!
PS - Why can't we have the option to give this a rating o... read more » |

I dislike to admit this, but my fiancee and I are also victims of this program. I am a business owner already, but as my father always taught me, it never hurts to have more than one source of income. I bought this program mainly for my fiancee so she could have a little side business of her own to do.
I thought I had completely checked them out, but I was sadly mistaken. I also called the 800 number once I was introduced into the "7 week" training program. I simply told them that was the stupidest thing I had ever heard. I told them that anybody period could do this business, even my 10 year old nephew.
They tried as with all of you to convince me to keep at it for the 7 weeks. I informed them that I had already spoken to my bank and if they did not refund me my money immediately, then my bank had my authorization to launch a criminal fraud investigation towards them, and that I would be contacting the BBB.
Tomorrow will make day 3 since I was told about the refun... read more » |

My wife fell for this. Within 24 hours i called to get my money back. I got hung up on several times. Then two people tried to convince me to give it a try. They state that they will refund my money in 5-7 days. I called my CC company and reported it as fraud. They removed it right away. To all of you who can not get your money back you must report it to your credit card and if they are good they will credit your card back. Angel is the biggest scam. And all must report it to the BBB. Thanks to this website I got lucky. There is no good work from home ideas that will not cost you alot of money. Buyer beware. |

Oh for HELL SAKE! I can not believe I fell for this B.S. This Angel Stevens is by far not an Angel. Hopefully she will go down in hell for luring people into all this crap so she can simply make a fortune. I will get my $197.00 back within 3 to 5 business days, hopefully. If I do not, I will definitely take this up with the attorney general and whom ever else it takes to stop this praying mantis! |

I now thank that little voice for helping me make the decision NOT to sign on. This is as far of a search as i wish to read. If anyone has found a true work at home progam please list it. |

Does anyone want to - or has anyone - start a class action suit.
This is a total fraud. The first red flag went up when they asked how much i had on my credit cards - private information wouldn't you say. I immediately said I was not interested in their company. I got my money back - but hounded them constantly to receive it.
NOW - as I'm certain you are, too - getting all kinds of calls from related companies related to Angel Stevens - wanting me to do business with them. |
