RRS123.com or the Real
Results System is a gifting program that
claims its new business model is immune to
failure and impenetrable by law.
Members of the program will tell you that
the strict guidelines of the system
carefully avoid all prosecutable offenses,
and yet will still make you a nice profit.
It's important to know that in
the United States Gifting Clubs are illegal
and if convicted participants can face
penalties ranging from fines to several
years in jail. If it can be shown that
a gifting club has been operating under the
premise of a pyramid scheme it will be shut
down. Basically, if members are
rewarded with "gifts" for recruiting new
members.
So how does RRS123.com
avoid being labeled a pyramid scheme and
getting shutdown. In their program
profits are not passed up and transactions
are handled at an individual level.
Members pay a one time "gift" to their
recruiter and are provided with marketing
leads that they invite to recruit for
themselves. The Real Results System
tells you how to declare this income
properly with the IRS and to only receive
specific amounts which are allowed as gifts.
It appears that for the time
being these modifications to an illegal
business model have worked and the program
has not been shutdown yet. I would
still not recommend this as a legitimate
business opportunity, it's only a matter of
time before the loopholes that RRS123.com
is exploiting are shutdown. Already
there are people complaining that they
aren't able to recoup their initial "gift."

I joined this system in 2005 when the sign up page was wow123t.com. This website changed and I wasn't notified. It changed again to rrs123.com and again I wasn't notified. Because of this I felt that I could no longer use this system. The only contact I had within this system was the person who signed me up.
I would warn any one to stay away from this program. it is BAD news.
