The hair is very wavy verses curly (as shown in the pic) but it is beautiful either way. The money would have been well spent on a lace front vs the full lace. I did have to contact the company a couple of times inquiring about shipping, but after the 2nd contact they shipped my unit as promised. Overall, it will take a little getting used to, but I am happy and will most likely purchase another unit using sourcewill.
