SuccessPath, found online at SuccessPathEvents.com, is a new seminar based educational program intended to teach people basic real estate strategies and principals brought to you by the stars of HGTV's "Flip or Flop."
How Does It Work?
According to their website, Tarek El Moussa and his wife Christina have become famous from their HGTV show, Flip or Flop, which was inspired by their real life, successful house flipping business.
But now, SuccessPath says that their goal is to take the successful strategies and knowledge of the real estate market to teach people how they can also start their own real estate flipping business.
Interested people need only to find when this seminar series will be in a metropolitan city near them, and then they can register for any available seats.
Unfortunately the website does not list their pricing for the introductory training workshop at this time, nor do they indicate any pricing for the full training program. Instead, they simply say that each seminar offers 50 free seats for the first registrants, so you are always encouraged to try and register early.
This website does not offer any information regarding a Refund Policy at all, and this is likely because they are promoting the free seats they provide to new seminar attendees. However, once people are discussing signing up for the full training program, you may want to discuss potential Refund Policies at that time.

133 ‘SuccessPath’ Reviews
I have read NUMEROUS reviews about this company and my response is simple, nothing in life is FREE, as literally every negative post expected. We have another business which is doing extremely well, however, it cost us $200k out of pocket PLUS $535k loan and a full year and more of ZERO income. The informational seminar was enough to entrigue me to go to the next step. That 3 day workshop was indeed very informative. Even as a 17 year licensed real estate agent, I received tons of information that I hadn't even considered. I did sign up for the advanced course and yes, it's expensive thus thhe only 4 star rating, but again I say, nothing worth having is free or easy. So far, the support is full and efficient. With help ready and willingly available. And yes, you can probably get much of the info online, with a great deal of time and research and only the hope that what you're reading is true and with no human to validate your questions. For US, our time is worth far more than doing weeks or months of research. So, to the negatives out there, you get what you pay for.
Before coming to the seminar, I had read both negative and positive reviews. I tried to keep an open mind, and I'm glad I did. I learned a ton of information and even purchased the next set of classes. I didn't plan on it, but because of what I saw, I am confident that I made the right decision.
Success Path Ended At The Front Door
My husband and I were very excited to attend the Flipping Spokane Event on 7/26/17 at noon. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency occur in the morning so we were late to the event by 45 minutes. Still, even after all the reviews I had read about what we would encounter and the fact that I knew Tarek and Christina would not be at the event, we raced to the venue, through the halls, and up the elevator as fast as we could. When we got to the registration table out side the event, a very flippant man told us we would not be able to be admitted because we were late. He said we would need to come back for the evening event. We explained out situation but he said it would be like only attending the last year of med school. We joked with him saying can we still get the MP3 player and CD-ROM if he wouldn't let us in and he stomped off saying "I'll get you your MP3 Players if that is all you are here for and don't bother coming back tonight." We were stunned by his unprofessional, arrogant, rude behavior.
Although my research had shown that this first event would try to sell us on the next several thousand dollar event and that one would try to sell us on the next several thousand dollar training, we still wanted to see what we could learn from "Tarek and Christina" as we have enjoyed watching their show together very much.
The experience outside the event turned a skeptic for this program into a person who is now disgusted by the whole "deal".
I tried my hand at flipping houses back in 2007, but I didn't really have any success. I decided I would give it another try, but this time and I wanted to learn before, so I took a Success Path course. I learned so much! If only I could have taken this class back in 2007. I realize now that I was so clueless and I spent way too much money. I am now motivated to try again, this time with the right tools.
Our Success Path coach was awesome!! He was energetic, and had tons of great information. The environment was relaxed and the speed of the class was great. Not too fast, not too slow. My experience with Success Path has been awesome!
