ThriveHive, found online at ThriveHive.com, describes themselves as “the guided marketing solution that empowers small business owners to grow their business through better marketing.”
How Does It Work?
The ThriveHive website says that their goal is to help small, local businesses connect with their communities and customers to offer their goods and services, and that they understand every local business is unique as their owners, and each business has unique marketing needs, which is why ThriveHive works with guided marketing solutions.
They describe guided marketing as a data-driven approach to marketing which ensures that companies are “getting the most bang for the buck.” Their guided marketing combines marketing recommendations which have been personally designed for your specific company and its needs with powerful software which will make it easy to carry out their recommendations.
To get started, customers will answer a series of questions that will help your representative generate a marketing plan for your specific needs. This plan will then be broken down into action-oriented tasks which will be monitored and measured by their platform.
ThriveHive.com says that this approach to marketing saves their clients time because there is a single place where their entire marketing plan is managed and executed, and it minimizes mistakes because you have a professional marketing company helping realize what marketing efforts are worth your time and which ones are not.
ThriveHive offers their clients multiple different Solution Plans, including their Online Plan, which offers customers a marketing optimized website for $29 per month, a Solo Plan which provides a website and a marketing platform for $99 per month, and their Tandem Plan is described as an "all-in-one" solution with included coaching for $199 per month. All these solutions come with additional features, as well as a free demo of what this plan offers to your business.
They also offer a Full Plan, which is designed to manage and operate all your paid advertising campaigns and is estimated at $699 per month, but you must call them directly to get an understanding of what the full service option can offer your company for their specific needs.
ThriveHive does not provide any information regarding refunds, because they offer their customers services on a subscription basis. Their services are designed to be long term and can adapt according to your specific needs. If you purchased an extended subscription and decide you no longer need their services, you can cancel your subscription, but if you paid for your contract for a pre-arranged contract time period, all your cancellation is likely to do is stop a contract renewal while allowing you to receive services until the end of the contract.
However, this is a standard set of circumstances for companies that operate similarly to ThriveHive. For rules and policies specific to their company you will need to speak with their representative directly.

Technology and business publications are excited about this startup and the marketing solutions it can offer to small businesses who need them to really get ahead and be successful in today’s business environment.
Unfortunately this company is still new enough that there are not really many company or user reviews available for their services at this time, but their pricing does seem reasonable for the services they offer if companies are considering using them for their marketing needs.
Competitors and Alternatives?
There are many other companies that offer marketing solutions for small businesses, so if you feel that this company does not meet your needs you should be able to find another company that will.

1 ‘ThriveHive’ Review
I started trial. had lots of support during first few days. Then nothing.
I keep deleting their notices after I read them, but they keep coming back-- like an email you delete, but keeps getting resurrected-- very frustrating and annoying. the site doesn't automatically load up the current month date range. so you always have to make sure you are looking at current month... very dissapointing...
I have asked for help to discontinue my plan... and no one responds...
