Traffic Wave
Traffic Wave
is a membership based program that is used
to drive traffic to websites. For a
monthly charge of about $19 Traffic Wave
provides you with a tracking system, an
auto-responder, banner ads, and lead
generation.
Traffic Wave offers decent services and
customer support, however whether the entire
package works is questionable. The
banner service that Traffic Wave provides
does not produce effective results.
Its also very time consuming and after I set
the whole thing up it still yielded low
results.
Traffic Wave's lead generation system is
based on an FFA bulletin board system.
What this means is that Traffic Wave
will be emailing you anywhere between 30 and
50 email addresses. There are a few
conditions that you have to abide by in
order to advertise your site using these
emails. For instance you can only send
your ad once and include gratitude for using
the FFA board.
It may seem like working with Traffic
Wave would be very beneficial but there are
several downsides to the lead generating
system. The quality of the email
addresses that you receive are very poor.
Most of the time they are emails to peoples
junk addresses that they created
specifically to receive emails they will
never read. Usually it is other
internet marketers that sign up with Traffic
Wave and they know how to avoid receiving
emails that they don't need.
Use Traffic Wave if you have enough free
time to mess around with it while you're
working on generating organic traffic.
Also the Traffic Wave tracking system works
fairly well but the lead generation system
falls far short of its promises.
Overall Traffic Wave is used primarily by
internet novices and not experts due to
their mediocre services.
