About Vitamin Research Products
Vitamin Research Products, found online at VRP.com, is a company that says they opened their doors in 1979 in order to provide their customers with “the finest nutritional supplements.”
How Does It Work?
According to their website, Vitamin Research Products works hard to deliver quality herbal and nutritional supplements that are so effective customers will never have to wonder if they are working.
All their supplements, like B12, DMSA, and even those with forskolin, have been developed and vetted by a staff of physicians, PhDs, nutritionists and individuals with decades of experience in product formulation.
Ingredients and Side Effects
The Vitamin Research Products website is very emphatic about the high standards they have for the ingredients they use in their vitamins and supplements. They promise that all their raw materials are sourced in a way to ensure quality specifications, with all suppliers going through a qualification and approval process.
In addition all products are manufactured in the United States, and they perform double verifications throughout the manufacturing process. Customers who are interested in knowing the specific ingredients of a particular product can go to their product page and click on their Ingredients & Supplement Facts link.
Because this company sells such a wide variety of products, there is no one single price for the supplements they carry. However, they do offer people that buy multiple bottles a discount on the per bottle price, and if you are interested in signing up for their Autoship Program, where you can choose to have your order automatically shipped to you each month or in another time period of your choosing, you can be eligible for a discount of up to 20% off the regular retail price.
Vitamin Research Products says that they “guarantee” the results of their products, which means that any customer who is “not thrilled” with the product they have purchased is welcome to return the unused portion for a full refund of the product price.
The most impressive part of their Refund Policy is that customers are welcome to take advantage of this guarantee at any time as it is a Lifetime Guarantee. This guarantee only applies to their supplements, however, and not to other products like books or accessories. Customers who want to take advantage of this guarantee will begin by calling their Customer Service team for return instructions.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to contact their Customer Service team with questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 888-362-1699 or by email at CustomerService@VRP.com.
It seems as though this company has a positive reputation in the health product community, and they do appear to provide an excellent Refund Policy, though customers who are concerned about the full details of this policy may want to contact their Customer Service team before they place an order to ensure that they will have everything they need to be compliant and successfully receive their refund.
Competitors and Alternatives?
There are many other vitamin and supplement providers, as well as many different brands and types of health products and supplements which can be found at your local drugstore. Customers who are looking for alternatives to Vitamin Research Products will have many different options to choose from.

1 ‘Vitamin Research Products’ Review
VRP Lechtin Lock
I ordered VRP Lechtin Lock through a company called Institute for Vibrant Living. The product came right away. I had ordered 6 months worth to get the best price. I am gluten free and wanted to have this on hand in case I ate gluten by mistake. However, when I took the product as directed on the bottle, it felt like my intestines were unable to pass the sticky substance created by this product. It felt as if it were working too well and keeping my body from digesting the food. I used it only once and called the company for a refund. I received an RMA number and mailed the product back before the free trial was up. I believe they used a third party billing company because I repeatedly called IVL to see where the refund was. They said a check had been written but had to go to another department for approval before it could be sent. I called again, 2 months later. I demanded that a refund be processed back to my credit card, that it had been six months and that was ridiculous. After about a year, when I had given up expecting to get anything back, a check came in the mail for the full amount! Worst accounting department ever. They were evasive and rude.
