The only way to get a refund and cancel your membership with Home Job Group is to contact Clickbank.com. Their numbers are: 1-800-390-6035 and 208-345-4245. I contacted the second number to avoid any long wait for a customer service representative. I am supposed to be getting my refund in five days. It is less than thirty days since I signed up for my membership so I should be getting it back with no more problem, we will see.

I am currently doing online classes for medical billing and wanted to find a work at home billing job. The HomeJobGroup website listed medical billing in their jobs, so I joined as a Basic Member about 8/9/2010. Immediately after I got my membership confirmed the job page had most of the possible job areas blocked with the statement that I had to upgrade to the premium level to access them. I'm on unemployment. There's no way I could or would be able to 'upgrade' instantly.
<p></p>
I did manage to find an older job page that let me access all of the job possibilities, but either I wasn't qualified (needed 3-4 years of medical billing experience, no entry level jobs shown) or nothing fit me. The several I did check into that I thought I could do were false. HJG had copied and pasted info from the job sites that was totally unrelated to what they actually did as a company, or the link they provided was a dead end. If you supposedly run an honest info web site people rely on for business/jobs then you should police every link you post. I asked for my basic membership fee back on 8/11/2010. This is the answer I got from Jamie Spurlock on 8/13/2010:
<p></p>
"Thank you for your purchase of the program! I would like to recommend you to upgrade to either the premium membership or the placement membership. The premium one gives you FULL AND UNLIMITED access to our database and our placement one gives you everything the premium does, but we also apply to jobs for you.
<p></p>
Sincerely,
<p></p>
Jamie Spurlock

Home Job Group"
<p></p>
I have since sent three other emails requesting my refund. I have heard Nothing from Jamie Spurlock, or anyone else connected to this website, since her one and only email. In the last email on 8/21/2010 to them I gave them till 8pm EST tonight to give me my refund or I would file a complaint with the BBB. I am quite happy to file a complaint against such a disreputable site.[_extra_org]1[/_extra_org]

I signed up for this website based on reviews. I was so wrong. I knew the minute I started looking at the site that it was not for me. So, they have a no question asked refund. I asked for a refund the same day I ordered. Still no refund after being refused a refund every day since. This is a terrible website. I have contact the BBB and will continue to talk out against them![_extra_org]1[/_extra_org]

I have just started Home job group website and it seems to be really helpful probably because I did the premium membership in which they help you find a job.

But I just want to advise everyone of the Group Big Weekly Earnings, now that is a SCAM, you first sign up for 49.95 just to get directed to a page in which you learn how to resell Big Earnings Weekly to new people using twitter and the website review service they recommend which is $147.00, and by the time you are done paying for the pay per click and ad words it is really costing you and i did not make alot of money i only made 100.00 in 1 week and i followed their directions perfectly, and bought all their recommendations. I am trying to now get my money back in which they promised 8 weeks if i did not like it i would get a full refund and i am having trouble now getting that back.

SCAM...SCAM...SCAM

My friend and I signed up for it in October 2009. She's in Georgia, and I am in Florida. We sent out so many applications, made phone calls, etc, and we both got the same result. Nothing. For most of the job, the browser doesn't work, or the phone numbers are disconnected. Just imagine spending 30 minutes filling out an application, then have it being blocked. Since there are no phone numbers for them, we went back and forth with emails. No live person to talk to. What they suggested is to upgrade to the ultimate level...Yea right. We both requested our money back. I requested my money back in November - 4 weeks after, and was told by Clickbank that the $49.95 would be back in my account within 5 business days. I forgot to check on it over the holidays. In January I called, Clickbank informed me that the open ticket was closed by Home Job Group and they did not issue the credit, but they will reopen the ticket. After emailing HJG, they responded with the email below.

We received your request for a refund through ClickBank. Our processing department is investigating to make sure your request was made in the allotted refund time frame.

Please let us know what steps you took with our program to make it successful for you.

Sincerely,
Support Team
Home Job Group

To date I have not received a refund, and neither did my friend. I do not think the jobs they are posting are legit. They must be using an undated database from 2006. I did get a couple of "thank you for submitting your resume response", but I believe those came straight from Home Job Group. Definitely a scam...watch out!
