MyProfitSite.com Reviews – Is Jeff Jackson Legit or a Scam?
MyProfitSite.com is the latest uninspired work at home program bombarding hundreds of thousands of email boxes. From the moment you land on the site you are assaulted with promotional nonsense that should send you running for the hills.
“If you wana work from home and make more than $175,000 this year just working an hour a day from a home computer then this is probably the most important page you’re ever gona see…” – This is “Jeff Jackson’s” greeting when you arrive at his site.
The next thing that you find out about Jeff is that he’s a former Walmart employee who’s now making more money than the CEO, all plausible because – as you can tell by the crudely photo-shopped picture – Jeff is in a Walmart work shirt.
Next comes the expected series of checks proving his income; however in this case the blurry checks seem to be from Google yet the opportunity Jeff is describing is Affiliate Marketing. This doesn’t make sense since the only way you can get checks from Google is by hosting ads on your site through their AdSense platform.
If you keep scrolling past more marketing hype you’ll get to a countdown for how many of these profit sites Jeff Jackson has left to give away. Here’s a hint: it’s always seven… Typical make money at home marketing strategies used to create a false sense of urgency, mainly to get you to stop thinking and start buying. Overall the whole thing seems very familiar to an already existing work at home program called Underground Cash Secret.
My Profit Site for Half Off?
The way companies that run sites like MyProfitSite make money is not actually from the product they sell but it’s from the slew of up-sells that they bombard you with after purchase. You’ll see that if you try to leave myprofitsite.com you’ll get a pop-up offering you the program at a discounted rate of $19.95. They do this because, as I said, this is not really where they make their money.
Once you get the affiliate marketing website from them, they will try to sell you hosting, traffic, and business consulting at an absurdly high mark up. The additional services they sell rarely yield results and most people never make money with these gimmicky affiliate sites. You’re basically signing up for a time sink that you get to throw your money at. Other home business review sites have posted disparaging info about MyProfitSite.com as well.
Finally, the address Jeff Jackson lists on the web site is fake, and it appears that the company who runs MyProfitSite.com also operates a series of home business “review” sites that all laud MyProfitSite as “the best opportunity out there for making money.”
So is My Profit Site a Scam?
I’ve seen opportunities like this come and go hundreds of times before and it’s always the same story. It’s not a scam in the legal sense of the word; you get what you pay for, unfortunately that is not enough to run a successful online business. It takes a lot of hard work, serious study, and some know how to run a successful website – you can’t just buy your way into it. That’s not to say that a novice can’t succeed, you just need to focus on getting high quality training from places that offer a lot of support and resources.
If you want to run a successful online business, ultimately you need to learn how to accomplish all the aspects of marketing online that MyProfitSite wants to sell you on your own. You need to learn how to drive traffic, rank well in the search engines, and other online business features in order to actually succeed.

This is a big scam. After I gave them my Account number then I didn’t see anything after that. They gave me a phone number which is not working. I’ve been emails them more than 5 times but without any response back. Either that or let me wait on the phone more than 2 hours. What kind of business is this???? Government need to do something to these guys, otherwise more people will be trap into their site.
They did this to me and others, they think they can get away but I think God will punish them soon….
For me now just sit and see how they end up in JAIL….

Like others on here I got taken, except I paid 49.95 and 29.95. There is no way to get a hold of the company, no email address, no phone number. An expensive lesson, always verify before spending any money online! Flint Mi.

well if you put the charge on your credit card you can dispute it as soon as it goes through and refuse to pay it –I just spoke to my card company and they say I can have it disputed and not pay it — I will not pay it as far as that goes– he will go to hell-for all his lies anyway and someone will catch him soon– they are looking for him now as we speak and his real name is not Jeff — are you surprised yet???????

Today I went to Jeff Jackson’s so called office at 200 Broadhallow Rd. Melville, NY suite 308.I found an empty office. I looked through the crack in the locked door. I saw a brown counter and lot’s of emptiness. I asked a lady coming out of the office next door, if she knew how to get in touch with the people in suite #308 and she told me. that a lady comes by to get the mail once in a while otherwise to her knowledge no one besides this lady comes here. Well my educated guess is, this is yet another internet scam… Pastor Tony Tumbiolo, Babylon, NY .

i was only taken for 9.95 but that was 9.95 that i could have used to buy the paper to look for a real job or gas and go to an interview. it really a sham that these kinds of scams are not more monitored to help protect us.

I purchased this online and I can not get access to this product, if there is a way that you can assist me I would appreciate it. Before I state that I have fallen into a scam I want to try all avenues to access before I say it is a fraud, so if you have any contact with Jeff please forward this email to him so I can attempt to see if I can do this. March 1st, 2010 at 8:52 pm
I’m so disappointed that I fell into that trap. And he did get me for $19.95 and I would really like to get it back or hear that he has been arrested for fraud. Boy what some people won’t do for the almighty dollar and feel good about it.I will pray only good thoughts for him and his family. What comes around goes around.

Screening process is bogus.Everything leads up to what does it cost. After giving up my life story and goals it would only cost $7000 and some change. This is the least amount I was offered to spend. After I hung up in disgust, they called back and left me a sarcastic message and how I will never get ahead. At least I can sleep at night.
