Profit Masters Academy Reviews – Legit or Scam?

www.ProfitMastersAcademy.com

The Profit Masters Academy is not a new business opportunity; in fact it is simply an updated version of a popular Biz Opp that has been around for quite some time. There are several different versions of this course floating around and all are regularly updated with new names, URLs, and spokespeople.

This current version is found at www.ProfitMastersAcademy.com with Angela Bussio as the featured spokeswoman. The most recent version was simply called Home Profit Masters, as you can clearly see this is just a slight variation on the old course.

There are many different reasons why the owners and marketers of these types of courses frequently rebrand their product and register fresh new sites. In most cases it’s simple economics, given the nature of the aggressive marketing strategies and hype used to promote these products it’s only natural that these make money online courses generate lots of negative feedback.

As more and more customer complaints and reviews are posted online the revenue from selling the course naturally begins to decrease. Hence the constant need for revamping the sites under different names. This process has been repeated dozens of times and many people sign-up for the course completely ignorant of this fact.

So what is the Profit Masters Academy All About?

When you read through the sales page you’ll be inundated with a lot of deceptive sales techniques. Much of what you’ll read on ProfitMastersAcademy.com is a hyped up version of the reality that they are really selling you.

You’ll read about how Angela Bussio taught Katie Smith how to make money online simply posting links online for hundreds of companies. There’s even a neat little table that claims you can make $375 a day just by posting 25 links.

This is simply not the case; no one is paying you to just post links online. This is a very deceptive way of describing internet marketing, the practice of advertising and promoting products online through the use of affiliate links.

This is a burgeoning industry that many people have never heard of, and thus are way more likely to believe the hyped version of what it is versus the truth.

So is Profit Masters Academy a Scam or for Real?

The truth is that nobody pays you just for placing a link; the way to make money in this industry is to learn how to be a middle man between customers and vendors. If you can drive lots of internet traffic directly to offers you can make a commission when someone makes a purchase – usually 20 to 50 percent of the sale price.

So the concept of internet marketing is in itself not a scam and there are many people making a good living doing it. However it is not easy and takes a lot of hard work and learning the ins and outs of eCommerce and online marketing tactics.

Profit Masters Academy will provide with a website and some products to promote, but they don’t tell you upfront the additional costs associated with maintain a website and subsequently marketing it on the web through pay per click advertising.

The bottom line is that while you can make money with some of the methods taught by this course, understand that the reality is not anywhere near to the get rich quick – no experience necessary attitude that they take on their sales page.

I have read all your complaints and comments. I do feel sorry for all the people that got scammed by this. Thank you, you have saved me from making a fool of me to sign in. I,too, was almost to give into this scam. I received a phone call later, and asked to give out my acct.#, I told them that I don’t have an account, that I pay my bills with cash or money orders. I don’t have any kind of credit cards (which is good), to me, is another bill to pay. So,needless to say, they said, if you ever need to earn money, keep us in mind (good luck with that guys).Once again, Thank you. For those that are thinking of doing this, DO NOT DO THIS!!! It will give you more headaches and regrets later on. So, if someone calls and asks your cc or bank acct., tell them, I have neither. Talk about disappointment in their voices.

Mary Stevens has also moved to CA in the Bay Area. I wish I could live in so many places at once like Mary does, don’t you. When I figure that out I will be making the $8.000.00 a month also.

    Total rip off.

Have You Ever Considered Working From Home Online?
Mary Stevens from Concord , CA never thought that she would work online, until curiosity got the best of her and she ordered a course from Millionaire author Angela Bussio called Web Fortune Master Before she knew it, she discovered her secret to beating the recession, and being able to provide for her family while at home with her three children.
I read Mary Stevens blog last month and decided to feature her story in our weekly consumer report. In our phone interview she told me her amazing story. “I actually make a steady $7,000-$8,000 a month working from home online. It’s enough to comfortably replace my old jobs income, especially considering I only work about 15 hours a week from my own home online. It gives me so much time to spend with my family.”

What a joke, don’t fall for it, folks! I saw this ad about Mary Stevens when I lived in Wadsworth, Ohio and it said she lived in Wadsworth. Then I moved to Kentucky and so did good old Mary! Then I moved to Toledo and I saw the same ad with the same Mary Stevens (exact same picture, baby and all)and now she lives guess where? TOLEDO!She must be following me around, right? THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. They should be able to shut these creeps down, so why don’t they? I am thinking of a new business. Why don’t we compile a list of scams like this and endeavor to contact people who have been scammed, by posting a website. If we get enough response, we will secure a legal team and file class action suits against all of them to get money back for people who have been scammed. We will make a profit, and be helping people out who have been duped. WE MUST FIGHT BACK!

Absolutely a SCAM. DO NOT sign up for this.
This company needs be reported for fraud.
They make money by tricking people to sign up for their program and then charge a monthly fee that they do not tell you about.
    Completely unethical.

This is a SCAM!!! When I came across this page, across the top in bold letters, it states, “EXPOSED: Dubois Mom Makes $8,000/Month And You Won’t Believe How She Does It!”. SO being that I am from the small town of Dubois, I continued reading when I came across this,

“Mary Stevens from Dubois, ID never thought that she would work online, until curiosity got the best of her and she ordered a course from Millionaire author Angela Bussio called Profit Web System Before she knew it, she discovered her secret to beating the recession, and being able to provide for her family while at home with her three children.

It gives me so much time to spend with my family.”…..and so on…

It’s all a scam people! There is no Mary Stevens that lives in Dubois, Idaho. PLUS if you haven’t noticed, they only replace the name of the person and the location but the rest of the story is the same. I’m telling you this is a joke! I graduated with a total of 13 people in my senior class from DUBOIS, ID- I would know a Mary Stevens. If you don’t believe me, grab the white pages, search Mary Stevens from Dubois, Idaho and you will see for yourself. “No listings available”. Even the address that was blurred out on the FAKE check is way to long to read Dubois, Idaho and besides that 99% of the town has PO BOX’s anyways. SO, be aware that this is all a scam. Don’t waste your time or money!

Who is this Angela Bussio chic who, apparently, has touted her TV and author status all over the website.

Don’t waste your time on these vultures!!

Good Lord, how long will these people be allowed to continue stealing from the vulnerable among us? I paid the $97, and consider that a stupidity tax. When “Jake Hansen” and his “fiancé” got me on the phone, however, and asked me to pay an additional $11,000, I did some research, and discovered their affiliation with Ken Sonnenberg, and his brother Steve, who have been ghosting around this industry for quite a few years. Steve Sonnenberg was caught up in the whole Ivy Capital enforcement action some years ago. Ken Sonnenberg now runs Apply Knowledge Institute, which is billed as the “Coaching Department” for the scam being run by Hansen out of Idaho.

I hope that all of you have done just a little research before handing over money to these vultures. Hansen is very slick, and will press you to sign his contract before you get off the phone. If, like me, you were lucky enough to defer, and do your due diligence, then you’ve probably discovered that this whole thing is a complete scam. If you were not so lucky, and have given these thieves your money, then file a complaint with the FTC immediately, and contact the Attorney General in your state, and in Idaho. It will take legal action to chase these dirt bags out of business.

About seven months ago I was online and received an email stating I could make around $4000-5000 working from home. So I went on the website and looked at it. It seemed alright to me. I wanted to have my own home based business and thought it was a good time to jump on the opportunity to do so.
I received a call shortly after I inputted my information from Power Seller College, also known as Profit Masters Academy, Daeus Financial and YourEntitySolution(YES).Promising the whole kit and caboodle. They were going to setup a custom personalized website for me and provide all the software I would need to start earning money. I would also receive “coaching” sessions from one of their “HIGHLY” experienced staff that make thousands DAILY. He threw out the bait and ignorantly I bit. I paid Power Seller College $8,600 for Option A, which was supposed to give me the maximum potential to earn business. However, when I looked at my account they charged online, it said another name completely….Members Learning Source. Why would it come up as another name if they were a legitimate company?? So, who exactly are they? Power Seller College? Daeus Financial? YourEntitySolution(YES)?
I have never received and “ACTUAL” coaching. I have been given the run around when I call them to try and speak to my coach personally. I am directed to a website that doesn’t tell me anything that I didn’t already know.
I tried contacting them to get my money back since they never provided me with anything they said they were going to. I again was given the run around. Finally, I had had enough and called to speak to a supervisor. When they answered the phone he again promised me that things would be taken care of and that I would just need to stick it out a little bit more. They had been having some difficulties on the server and they were busy correcting it. So I did. Still to this day nothing has been done to setup my business. I WAS SCAMMED BY THESE NO GOOD THIEVES!!!
I have contacted them so many times and have gotten nowhere. So I decided to contact a law firm to help me get my money. I AM ENTITLED TO MY MONEY AS THEY NEVER PROVIDED ANYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD!!! I spoke to Edgar(678-828-2596) and he informed me of my rights as a consumer and that he will open a case for me. I did not have to pay anything to retain his services upfront, which was great and made me feel a little more secure in all this. Everything has gone smooth and I’m happy I called him up.
If you’re thinking about getting in bed with Power Seller College, Members Learning Source, Deaus Financial, YES or VIP…..DON’T!!! They’ll steal your money!!!

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! I signed up for the $97. They said I could get that money back w/in 30 days if I decided to cancel.. not true. I canceled it, took the loss. Charges started coming out of my bank. I had to call the bank and change my accounts, which in turn led to me having to call and reset all my automatic billing, including direct deposit with my company. Now, I receive 2-3 phone calls a day from other companies trying to sell me their products. Profit Masters Academy gave out my phone number, which I now have to change, to who knows how many companies out there. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. IT IS A FULL BLOWN SCAM. I spoke with 3 separate men who all ranted at me and were totally verbally abusive. I have been trying to get them to refund my money for a week now and all they do is give me a run-around. THEY SURE TOOK MY MONEY WITHIN MINUTES FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I wrote them 3 letters and they continue to tell me that they’re probably sitting on “someone’s desk”. Just a stall tactic hoping I will give up. They have almost $400 of my money. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they deserved it.

Well i have had to learn the hard way… The words if it sounds too good to be true.. It is too good to be true!!! I like everyone else have been scammed & i intend to go into my bank branch tomorrow morn & they are willing to work with me to dispute the transaction because i have made several attempts to contact them about my refund due to the intense complications with the whole process in itself & i have gotten no response so my bank is going to work with me to get my money back… Love the way everytime you go to the profit masters site.. Even if you are a member already you go to leave the page & the price offer gets lower & lower each time.. I paid 77.00 & the next day it was like 29.00!!! All i can say is it is a shame that so many scammers out there with so many desp people looking for ways to earn $$. Its just a pathetic scam!!!

Tried to log-on the next day after ordering and they ask you to set-up up a merchant account and provide them with your credit card info. Was not going to do that. Then I keep being charged this monthly fee even after cancellation. Stated I could not get a refund; it is over 30 days. Now being informed that I canceled too late for the billing to go out. I just closed my credit card a few moments ago. Have to go to the extreme. CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. Was on hold for 30 minutes trying to get through and then want to put you on hold again and refused to put a supervisor on the phone.

I wish I had read these posts before trying this company. They are 100% fraud. I had to pay 34.95 to start the program and was guaranteed a refund within 30 days if you tried the program and was not successful. I called to get a refund and was told that 1st I had to wait until 7 days before my 30 days were up. At that point I waited and called back. I then spoke to Lindsay and was told that I had to wait until the 7 days after the 30 days were up and that I needed to know my refund policy and it was my responsibilty to know it. Well I called back today and was told that I could not have a refund due to being after 30 days. So who do you think needs to know their policies. I then called back to someone else and supposedly my refund will now be placed in the next 3-5 days. We shall see.

Once I paid for the membership, began reading the material and found that to be “successful” you need to purchase more add-ons . . . I KNEW at that point I’d been scammed. I contacted the company, spoke to a representative named Sandra Lopez and plead my case about how I’d been scammed and wanted a full refund immediately. I was lectured about how I needed to try the program for 30 days – which I said I would NOT do because of the misrepresentation of the product. After 15 minutes of arguing, she relented and stated I would have my refund within 30 days.
It’s now been more than 45 days, I made a second call and spoke to a “floor supervisor” who again stated I should have read the refund policy because I need to try the product for 30 days. I told her the same story about misrepresentation and she would not budge. I then said I was being further scammed and they better make good on their initial promise of a full refund. Now she is pulling the recording from my first complaint and will call me back today . . . I have a feeling I will be calling a third time.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – WHAT A RIP-OFF!!! My complaint is going straight to the Attorney General, the BBB and anyone else I can think of!

I responded to Profit Masters Academy because it supposedly was about getting paid for posting links on the internet. After I paid my money I learned it was about internet marketing. There are all sorts of other costs associated with setting up and maintaining a website, not to mention it is not easy to make money selling online. Wish I would have come to this site first! Tried to get a refund and was told it was past the 30-day deadline. Still trying!

I just read all of the negative reviews for this company and decided against going any further with this online company. I called my credit card company before getting my money back and they said that only one charge had gone through. My credit card company gave the following number to contact them. 1-855-629-7870. I called and she said that she would refund my $97. Will see if that happens. Just wanted to post the number in case anyone needs it.

We just started the program a few weeks ago, after I lost my job. The coaching has been good, but the fees that they keep piling on are ridiculous. If we had known about all the fees up front, we never would have agreed to the program. We have since researched the costs and could have set up an LLC alot cheaper. I placed a call to a local financial company and they are checking into the fees and going to call me back. The Daeus Financial Group that is used has a BBB rating of C- and is not accredited. So if you decide to do the program, just do the program and get the financial advice elsewhere.

There is a fee to start your LLC ($1815 to $5610), CPA fee to do your taxes ($1990 to $2990) and the latest fee (we just found out about) is the Corporate Credit Building fee ($3500). None of this includes insurance, which I’m sure is coming next.

I had paid the $97 to start, and had to call someone so they could send me an email on how to post links onto the websites. It sounds easy, but there are so many steps to do to actually start posting links to sites. After trying this for a few hours I gave up and had to call customer service 4 times for them to finally refund my money back to me. I will never try anything like this again. Anything like this online is too good to be true.

Also, after signing up I was getting 6 calls a day from companys wanting me to go back to school or buy into other things. I really got suspicious when they started asking personal questions regarding my financial status (Money that I owe, mortgage, etc). I kept asking what does it have to do with anything? Even millionaires are trying to make more money, what’s the big deal about my financial status? They simply want to know if you are worth their time and can further scam you! Different people calling, hanging up on you when you ask them a “smart” question or challenge them about the questions they ask. Please DON’T fall for it. Trying to dispute this with my credit card co. Hope it works out for me. Not even going to waist my time calling them to dispute it with them.

When he called he set up another appointment a week away for the training. I told him I needed to start the training right away not a week away. He said they had so many reps to train it would take a week for them to start my training. Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment for the training the day before because of a family emergency. Bad move! I called and left a message asking to be rescheduled for the training. Its been over three weeks and I keep calling everyday leaving messages asking someone to please call me so I can get started with my training. No one has called me back yet. Then I see this site. See the webpage:

By commercial law, they breach the contract. You can show this to your credit card company and dispute the charge, or you can go to a small-claim court, you will win the law suit for sure.

I believe you saw the “Refund Policy” after you made payment, but it doesn’t matter.
By commercial contract law, they offer:100% money back guaranteed, and you accepted their offer, so that a contract established. Now, they breach the contract. You can sue them.

They merely loop you into spending an enormous amount of time; becoming frustrated and confused; and calling customer service for clarification.

Upon calling customer service, they continue to mislead you with information that eventually leads to their mentoring program and an enormous investment. I requested a “money back guarantee” on October 22, 2012. After being spoken to rudely and insulted, I will see if and when I get my $97 investment returned to me.

So I called on my credit card and the lady there told me that its pending right now and they cant do anything about it until after it has been charged in about 5 days. I dont know if I should keep fighting this or if I should just wait it out and then talk to someone for my credit card to see if they will take it off. I guess this is what I get for trying to do something different.

I just did the same thing and got the same answer from my credit card company. Should have done more research, but was too trusting. Since my husband lost his job and has taken another job which is out of state, I was trying to find something online that he could work from home and we would be back together. I will continue to try to get this cancelled from my credit card. Is pending and will have to wait up to 5 days. I feel so stupid for letting myself get caught up in this.

Well like anyone out there looking for a legit at home job, I was so scammed by these people. I thought for $47. I’d give it a try, only $47 right, with a money back guarantee how awesome is that? If I don’t like it I simply call for a refund. Well I was not even able to try due to the link provided being broken and I could not get online to the “members page” to get started. Guess that was a good thing, because not only did the broken link bring me to this review page it allowed me to see how ignorant I was to the fact that for once I did not research it more before I proceeded! UUUGGGHHH (mad at myself) Ok I get on the phone hoping this number too is not a fake. I talked with a guy whom I explained the broken link page thing, he kinda laughed and said that was an easy fix I can fix this in like 30 seconds. I said you know I’d settle for a full refund now… at that time explaining the reviews. He argues so that’s why you really want a refund, I said no it was actually the initial reason why I called and I would like refund because of that too. Once again he proceeds to laugh and tells me you can’t have one till after the trial period… which I then explain that would work if I could have used the link to get on to the site to begin with and since I have not I want a refund now. He tell me I can’t have one… in which I explain I will call me credit card company and have it reversed, once again he laughs and says it will take a month. I said so be it but, I will get my money back! I hung up and called my card company and explained the situation and that I would like to have that pending charge cancelled… well guess what, it already had been by the company and I had an email in my inbox stating the same. Put your foot down people, be firm and don’t take bull from no one. Yes they still have original info provided but I will deal with those issues as they come… I have already placed my number on a do not call list and any unsubscribed to emails will be spammed so good luck to you guys!

I thought, wow that do-able!! 20 dollars off!!!, Then I pressed the < key to go to the previous page, and a another message pops down, "last chance, we'll give you a better deal, $47! Its hysterical, sorry for all the people that got ripped off. I would contact your States Attorney. Explain everything and they will be able to help.

Hi I just purchased it yesterday so far I havnt had any problems. the guy I talked to last Night was very nice and helped me get started and prompted me to call the next # to talk to my specialist which I did. I got some lady from her accent I could tell she was Indian or whatever we all know its hard to understand their broken English. so as she began walking me through the steps and she came to a pause after step 2 and told me ok watch these videos all of them on how to post links on these sites and then call back to begin step 3. I didn’t even get to say ok or thanks she hung up right away. then today I go and try to find the website and couldn’t log in so I call back and find out how to and it was another person with an accent. I don’t know if i’ve made a mistake by doing this but she told me where to go and I found it but after reading everyone’s comments I’m scared that I have thrown away 97$ :( even though there was that money back guarantee!! So is that corpus mom who makes 7,00-8,000 every paycheck a fake?? Can someone tell me what I should do???

Everyone should know that you have 3 days to get a refund(they don’t tell you that). Watch out for all of the affiliated company links when you first get to the profit masters website you are told to call an 800 number to talk to specialists. These so called specialists will try and talk you into spending $8900.00 for an online ecommerce course were they don’t neccessarily promise you upwards of $8000 per month income increase within 3-6 months but strongly suggest you will.

They will also give your information out to other affiliated companies to try to get more money from you.

They received my money and now they will not call me back or email me. I feel like I was taken. Please everyone do your part of research before saying yes. This world is lacking integrity, pride and GOD.

Watch out for Doba a dropshipping company. An Account Manager named Shane will try to sell you yearly subsribtions to their warehouse. When I called to cancel my subscription(within the 3 days of signing up) he would not call me back and then he had other reps from Doba call me and my wife and then hangup. Very immature people.

This opportunity was reported on all of the major news stations like Fox, CNN, ABC and etc… and they reported it was it was a good thing. Maybe they should do another story and expose them!

If anyone out there can get this to a news agency please do. I will be glad to tell our story.

These calls come from GA, FL, Cali, Dist of Columbia. I have asked then to take me off the list and stop calling me. Nope still madness this a.m. I got a call at 7:45 from Cali. I live in Oregon we are in the same time zone for crying out loud. Today a guy asked me why did I want them to stop calling. I lost it. Wish I could escape this nightmare. Immediately I noticed this was fishy because after signing up all I received was more pay offers to get better access AND what they don’t tell you is you only make money if people buy products from the links you post, you also have to create a website and manage it all while also gaining traffic to your site! Really??? Who has that kind of time? They sell you this “easy” perspective but truth is you would need to quit your full time job just to maintain this job and your only working on commission! So I called and the rep I spoke to acted like I was bothering her and wasting her time. When I asked for a supervisor she told me was the supervisor and said she didn’t have a amanger after I asked for one she then preceeded to give me a false name and hung up on me. When I called back I immediately asked for a manager and was told the mangager left due to an emergency, really??? I then asked for the managers name and the rep advised they were not allowed to disclose their name. What legitimate company does not disclose the managers name???? Who then do you escalate an issue to if there is a dispute and are not getting it resolved with the customer service rep??? This company is not reputable by any means and I willmake sure to write bad reviews so others don’t get scammed!!!!!!

The first guy asked me my limit on my credit card and then the second person said the help was going to have a cost of 5 dollars less than the limit on my card. At that time I was thinking scam, when I told him I had 1,500.00 coming off my card every month and it would put me over my limit he then said the company would use their own money to put up the 1,500.oo and I would only have to pay 3,995.00… now I knew for sure it is a scam and I told him no way! it is too fishy for me. Unfortunately I purchased their product for $45+/- and also the VIP membership info for $27. After speaking with my “advisor” they wanted me to confirm that I had additional funds to invest. At that point is when I became suspicious but they insisted on talking to both me and my husband about the program because it was a “family investment.” We did speak to them again and the second call made no sense and they were trying to get me to set up a “Go Daddy” page. I was switched between 3-4 people on the phone without my authorization and each person had a different offer. I also was given 3 different company names which were Profit Masters Academy, Home Income Cash Machine and Premiere Mentors. Still don’t understand where the “Go Daddy” page came in to play. Nothing made sense. Finally my husband told them we were not interested and we hung up. They continued to call our house over the next 10-15 minutes and finally my husband had to get very nasty with them to stop calling us. They finally stopped. Working with credit card company to get a refund. Definitely a scam.

Whatever you do, don’t sign up with this company!! It is a total scam. I requested a refund and was told I would get it back in 3-5 business days. It has been 2 weeks. I have spoken with numerous people, all who have a foreign accent. They claim to be working in Las Vegas, NV. I don’t believe them. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and there in never anyone available.

Some agents refuse to give their name. Some tell me that it will take 30 days to get my money back. At any rate, I don’t believe this is a legitimate business. I am 70 years old, retired on a fixed income and was only looking into this because family members’ names were emailed to me as a link. Family members knew nothing about it. I think their email address and names were sold.

Time is of the essence! Make sure you call your bank as soon as possible. Report the scam (the banks are on your side and are understanding) and ask them to stop payment immediately. The longer you wait, the more difficult it is to get your money back.

I noticed last night if you go to the billing page (without entering any payment info) and you try to go back to the previous page you will get a popup offering you the program for $77. If you choose to stay on the page and then try to go back again you will be offered an even lower $47 price. Then this morning I got a call from them saying I was a “PREFERRED CUSTOMER” and I could get the program for $34. WOW!!! If that doesn’t scream scam what does?

Its so funny though how I informed they I already know how to build websites, had a merchant account and much of what they were offering me to pay for. They really didn’t have answer for me, because they prey off of people who don’t have the knowledge and skills of these types of things…amazing how they sell you the idea that ordering the the kit will get you started making money, only to try to get you to pay to learn how to do it after that.

I did the same thing, prayed to God about it, did the “scam” search and this is the firstsite I was brought too, (not to mention several otehrs that i have not even checked out yet)so glad i did pray about it.
Was not looking to get rich, just some extra income, with possibilites of working from home. Glad i got all these reviews it saved me from the expense and apparently a ton of trouble. God Bless you all for sharing your “truthfulness” on this matter and giving honest reviews. Its such a shame that this is allowed by our government. Yoya Mo, i go tthe same thing, when you try to go back a page you get several pop-ups offering for a lower price – WOW that was a clue to say the least. Who are these people Angela Bussio and Katie Smith, if these are real people than how can they really “live” with themselves “stealing” from people. What a shame!!
Pray to God before you do anything asking you to spend money on something to “get rich or Mke money from home”, He will always guide you in the “right” direction.

This is definitely a scam! It is so sad that these people play on people’s emotions during this tough economic climate. I made the mistake of not checking out the reviews prior to purchasing. When I found I’d been scammed, I immediately called my bank to stop the payment, report them on fraud, and cancel my credit card. If you’re in the same boat as me, I recommend calling your bank to stop the payment and reporting them for fraud. Then go to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), which is affiliated with the FBI, so that these bad guys can get caught! I’ve been told to cease all communications with these people because they will continue to take you in circles with no intention of giving you your money back, or try and sell you something else.

I was charged for three different things; one for $29.95 (clicks to cash – that I did not authorize), one for $97.00 (profit masters academy), and another for $27.00 (VIP member’s login). According to Kirsten #10202, the customer service lady, the VIP member’s login was non-refundable but the other two amounts would be refunded to my account in 3-5 business days. I made sure to get a cancellation number and a confirmation number of the cancellation. I also asked that an email be sent with the confirmation and cancellation numbers. Looks like I will be out $27.00 but thankfully that is all…….I feel really stupid.

I rate this review with 5 star, I had couple of instances in my life where I lost money for signing up network marketing. First one, I lost around $3000.00. I was again forced by my friend to do the different network business, this time I said no, however because of many promise I joined, I signed up for $150 and earned around $1900. Fact is that you can make money but you will lose friends, relations etc.

This time, this is just posting a link and not a sales Job, I am some what good in computers and Idle at home now, so I thought this would work for me. Home page gives so much of hype as exactly those two network marketing companies gave like “No boss for you, you can take vacations, you can earn lot and spend time with dear ones, bungalow, car etc. Though it warns me, I was so curious in making money. I was telling myself, this is not fake, I was praying to god for past few days to make it happen, today I started to signup and my wife told me to see any review and found this page. This company is definitely a scam. They are run by a company called Essent Media based out of Lehi, UT. Their actual address is 1250 East 200 South Ste 2F Lehi, UT 84043. They have a variety of different products, Profit Masters Academy being the newest. All it is, is a shell for the rest of their other options online. They own Online Profit Masters, Home Profit Masters, Home Income Cash Machine, Income Masters Institute, Click to Cash Membership and a variety of other older ones. Their affiliate company (coaching department that sucks the money out of you) is called Yes International. They are based in the same building but downstairs. Their customer service agents use fake names so that it doesn’t hold them liable. The “Office Manager” or “Escalations” is run by Bettie, but her real name is Mindy Guzman. Every single one of their employees uses a fake name. Ask for Rick, his real name is Ricardo. Lindsey’s real name is Caitlin, and Nia’s real name is Durou. If you did subscribe, use your 30 days to get your money back, otherwise you’re screwed and you have to pay a monthly fee for a bogus website thats seen as a scam on Facebook.

It’s so fortunate that websites like Reviewopedia exist. I’m generally a very cautious and sometimes downright cynical person, and I don’t normally believe stuff that’s hyped like “Profit Masters Academy.” But … when your head is in a bit of a fog because you’re struggling financially, scams like this one can make their way right through that common sense filter that would otherwise be functioning normally.

I took one look at that website and found it to be dubious, but I slowly started getting sucked in by its testimonials and stats …

And then, thank goodness, I had the good sense to check out its rep on Reviewopedia. What’s the saying? If it sounds too good to be true …

    Keep up the good work.

I mean, I was able to work with the experts and found that their success stories were actually achievable. I think people are quick to throw out the word scam. Especially when I know that when I had an expert work with me, I was able to make the money I was looking for.

This website is a scam, they do not list that after paying the $49.95 that you will also have to pay for a web hosting fee. Sure they design a web page for you but there is more work to the actual project than meets the eye. Once you have paid out your $49.95 (what a deal) then it directs you to a web hosting site to pay to host your web site, then you must place ads on your website in order to make money, the real money making is not what it seems, there are only a few cents that is to be made on this scam. And would probably be more profitable to create your own web site avoiding the high cost of web hosting. Very unsatisfied customer.
