Russ Dalbey Reviews – Is Russ Dalbey a Scam?

Russ Dalbey runs the popular Americas Note Network home business opportunity. In the years prior to him becoming a cash note guru he earned his name as a successful real estate investor. These days most people know Russ Dalbey as the man behind the cash note training course, Winning in the Cash Flow Business.

America’s Note Network is a free site developed by Russ Dalbey as a place where members of his Winning in the cash flow Business training course can come to post or purchase promissory notes. America’s Note Network has been around for the past ten years and thanks to Russ Dalbey’s persistent infomercials it shall remain as one of the top cash note market places.

Through Russ Dalbey’s network you can participate in every part of this business opportunity. The training is provided through Winning in the Cash Flow Business and the infrastructure is available through America’s Note Network.

Russ Dalbey and his staff of motivated salesmen have made this business out to be a huge cash cow. In reality they make most of their money by selling their training products and convincing people to continually reinvest in more expensive educations services.

After purchasing Russ Dalbey’s course, his staff will begin calling you with offers of better mentoring products. In addition, past customers have reported that when they phoned customer support instead of assistance they got a sales pitch to buy more products. In my opinion this type of aggressive up-selling is unacceptable.

Also, there is a side to this business that Russ Dalbey won’t tell you about and that is the risk factor. There is a realistic chance that you could end up in financial trouble yourself while working the system.

Imagine if you paid of someone’s full settlement with loaned money and then were not able to procure a profitable deal for yourself, you would be stuck with the settlement and out cash money that you once had.

Besides the program itself being bad I can show you two other ways he is a fraud. The sales people who call the buyers AFTER they buy the package get told, “you have been selected to become part of a special millionaire’s club and also get a chance to fly out and meet Russ Dalbey in Colorado.” Yeah, what a treat. It seems that every person who buys the program gets “selected.” Then of course there is the high pressure sales tactics to buy the mentoring program. I remembering them pressuring me to buy it and I just kept saying “I’m not sure.” They must have tried for an hour to convince me and then they finally gave up. My position was “Well I bought the package so that should be good enough to make money with.” Then they practically denied the quality of the package and told me I would fail without buying the mentoring program for $5000-$10000. Yea, there are different levels of mentoring for more money. Come on, any real company wouldn’t do this. Even if the program itself were good there is no excuse for them pressuring you into mentoring programs and telling you that you have been selected to join some club. That is why I know they are frauds.

Russ Dalby is a con artist that made himself a millionaire tricking and deceiving people. It is sickening how he uses his convincing words such as “I don’t know why I am doing this” claiming he wants to help people get rich when he is finding ways to strip people out of their money. He has no conscience. How can someone sleep peacefully knowing he has robbed so many? This is madness. The cash flow business may be a profitable one, but not the program Dalby offers and is taking big advantage of people. Shame on him. He’s a thief and should be punished.

It is to complicated, the process sounds simple as they describe it on TV, CD’s, and DVD’s. After evaluating the programs first step, I realized that it will take a lot of work to find the notes. I am considering to look for notes, if I do not find any within two weeks after begining my search. I will request a refund. Good luck to all!!!

I just wanted to follow up. My BBB complaint did nothing. They only repeated their same lies, and said I could do this with some coaching, acting as if they were doing me some type of favor. From everything I’ve read from others, their “coaching” consists of nothing but repeating what’s already mentioned in the books. In any case, now I’m stuck having to foot the bill to ship this garbage back to them.

I have filed a complaint with the state’s Attorney General. Locally the ad has been running on RTN so I contacted them too to let them know what type of fraud their client is engaged in. I have not heard anything back and the ad is still running complete with all its lies. Knowing running these ads makes them almost as guilty as the scamsters that bought the airtime.

I’m naturally skeptical about things like this figuring nobody spends obscene amounts of money on television time unless they are making healthy profits for themselves. Being unemployed with some time on my hands though, I thought I’d take a look at the “Winning In The Cash Flow Business” program to see what it’s all about. After all they have a money back guarantee so there’s nothing to lose but maybe a few hours of my time.

Admittedly I have yet to even look for a note, so it wouldn’t be fair yet to comment on the potential to make money finding notes. However I want to comment on the materials and the deceptive claims made. The ads claim that this can be done with no investment of my own. That just isn’t true! At some point money has to be spent on marketing in order to find note holders interested in selling. The training materials recommend mailings, brochures, and a lot of other materials that could easily cost hundreds or thousands to produce and mail out. I still have time to return this package and get my $40 back, and I’m leaning in that direction because I can’t afford to pour money into marketing something that may never materialize. The bogus claims made by the ads have erased any credibility with me, leaving me with very serious doubts about the true potential involved in this kind of business.

I worked for Russ Dalbey for a little over two years…. I can tell you all this… Russ Dalbey is the biggest fraud I have ever seen. The “Up-Sell” will never stop. If you have money, they will figure out a way to get it from you. Even if you have to use seven credit cards and a check to pay for it, they will do it. Say you buy the “Boot Camp” for the “Select Few” (ANYONE CAN GET IN THIS IF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IS BIG ENOUGH) once you get there you will be pitched yet again to buy the product of the week… The sale works like this… You order the kit from the TV… You get it in the mail… then they will blow up your telephone until you answer… then the sale begins… Each and every person has the exact same “Chance” to get into each and every program they offer…. YOU ARE NOT SPECIAL… You are only as special as your bank account is big…. Believe it…. I have actually seen sales people and trainers giving high fives and saying things like “that was as easy as shooting fish out of a barrel” once they get your money.

If you want a refund do this…. Call them on the phone…. Say “I am going to contact the Attorney General as soon as I hang up the phone with you” then say I am also going to contact the BBB” watch how easily you get your refund…. The customer service department is trained to handle these calls with an extreme urgency as Dalbey is under investigation. There employees are not allowed to shred anything or even delete an email…

Dalbey Education Institute is losing money on a daily basis and they have went through three rounds of layoffs this year alone. The economy is kicking their butt and they will do and say most anything to get YOUR MONEY!

Here is another thing to know…. Russ Dalbey works both sides of the business making money on you two fold… Not only does he rip you off with the so called training…. He will then sell YOUR notes and make a profit on them…. When they tell you you are :guaranteed to have at least one not deal in the works before you leave Boot Camp” that could be a note that will put $50 in your pocket… And most likely will be brokered by Russ and one of his many other companies…

This guy is so full of himself that even his Executive staff rolls their eyes at the total BS that comes pout of his mouth… The only problem is he pays them so well that they put up with it. His entire executive staff is a bunch of under qualified puppets that will do his biding and pretend that they are actually doing something good for people to justify their wrong doings to themselves. Hell… his own wife who is the president of the company started out in the Customer Service Department , slept with the boss, got knocked up, and secured herself a position as president…. from $10 an hour customer Service Rep to President in a year…. With a degree in forestry… and no business training at all… This is who is in control at Dalbey Education…. The $10 an hour customer Service Rep

People… this is where your money is going… To russ Dalbey and his private Jets, his multi Million Dollar homes in Florida and Boulder… TO his BMW, Land Rovers and Ferrari… He has made his fortune padding his wallet with your hard earned dollars and giving you nothing in return….

Trust me people… You WILL NOT MAKE MONEY!!! maybe one in a thousand makes money… This is the truth….

The sales staff is the most corrupt group I have ever seen.. After they scam you they head out to the parking lot to smoke their weed and do their drugs…. Hell I even recall one of the employees shooting up Heroin in the bathroom and being escorted from the building… He was so stoned he forgot his needle and spoon in the bathroom…

DO NOT GET IN BED WITH RUSS DALBEY….

Oh yea… one more thing…. Rip Off Report… It says they conducted some kind of investigation and found that Dalbey Education did nothing wrong… Look at each and every post… it is started with some statement to this fact… Russ Dalbey paid Rip off Report ONE MILLION DOLLARS to put these statements up… Rip off report saw him coming and sucked him for a cool million…. EVERYTHING YOU READ out there is REAL…. Russ Dalbey has an entire team of people in place posting comments that are good even on sites like this… I can almost guarantee that at least one of the good comments here came from one of Russ Dalbey’s Staff….

STAY AWAY PEOPLE…..

Since I do understand the notes and mortgage financing I thought it would be good, But then they tell you that they want you to be part of a special group and the entry fee is $3000. You get the website, phone mentoring, online mentoring, etc. I knew then that he makes his money off the upsale. 1000 people @ $3000 = $ 3Million per month. He doesn’t have to sell one f—ing note. Please contact the State Attorney General in your perspective state and fill out a complaint form. Let’s get this piece of crap off the air ASAP!!!

I can take this a step further. I was out of work and desperate for job. Dalbey (why is it called “Educational Institute”?) is located down the highway so when I saw ad for employment, I sent in my resume. First clue should have when that ratbag Keith Jones called me in for an interview and I sat in a room with 10 others only to be told that something had come up and he didn’t have time to finish the “interview”. The next clue should have been when he set up another interview and announced to everybody that they were hired and they had better not be wasting his time because he had “alot of qualified applicants”. What a bunch of BS – this is a revolving door and there is no doubt that they continually run help wanted ads and bring in unsuspecting people that are out of work and desperate for employment on a non-stop basis. This Jones sleazeball should really try talking to the Dalbey trainer- almost everything that he told us after we were hired was contradicted by the trainer during the first hour of training! The trainer was this little Napoleon-complex type that really thought he was special – I felt like I needed to shower within 5 minutes of meeting this grease ball. He told us that under no circumstance were we allowed to lie to customers. He warned us that all phone calls were recorded and that lying to the customers was not tolerated. He then handed us a script that we were “never to deviate from”. The first paragraph of the script had two blatant lies that we were required to tell the customer! Make up your mind, you little 5′ 4″ twerp! We were then told to memorize the script because we would be calling people, sometimes the same people 5-10 times per day, and we needed to know the script. I asked how it was that we would not sound “canned” if we called the same people that many times and recited the exact same words. Don’t worry about, I was told. They will get so tired of you that they will eventually buy something and “Remember, you are paid on commission so don’t worry about how many times you call these people. Just get them to buy something.”

Stay away, people. Dalbey is nothing more than a low-life scammer and he should be ashamed that he has cheated so many people out of their hard-earned money and wasted the time of so many desperate, out-of-work people.

This programs is full of lies and deceptions. I have had the program for over a year. I have tried in earnest to secure notes to get active. The program in not clear as to what it is you are looking for, and then once you do understand the process, it requires more money. Gas, time and effort wasted. I want to talk first hand with anyone who has had moderate success, and not a paid spokesperson, to get some insight into how they were able to make a dollar. Pure Garbage!

Received the information from the SELLER; POSTED the information to the BUYERS. After weeks no one got back to say they would purchase the NOTE. It was not easy getting the information from the seller, because of course they are taking a risk, and have a lot to loose. SO, why wouldn’t ANY BUYER of all the buyers in all 50 states, get back to me with a purchase???? This must be a SCAM. Has to be, after all the trouble, hours I spend gathering the information from the SELLER. This has been embarrassing for me as well as bad business to the seller of their home. Why Russ, why does this have to be this way. You are an American, and I am an American, born and raised. What type of ethic morals are you working with. I’m pretty sure Russ Dalbey has seen numerous negative comments about his business. Why is it that he won’t come back over the television and speak up about the insulting negative comments in reference to his business? He has the courage to come over the air to inform consumers about his business, so what is the problem Russ, that you won’t stand up for your business over the air? Is what some of the purchasers of your business telling the truth about your business and you? Have the courage to straighten this out with the consumers who have opted to purchase your business.

I’m not a fan of Russ Dalby. I think he does lie, simplifying the business to get you hooked, then agressively upsell to get more money out of you.

That being said, it seems to me that a lot of the reviewers have tanked can’t even put a simple sentence together. Hard to believe that they can’t understand real estate finance when they can’t even handle the English language.

In july of 2007, i spoke to several members of the Dalby sales team. I was preasued into spending $8,895 for something I could not use. My problem is that i have had a stroke and no longer have to cognativ abilitgy to use the progrm successfully. I repeaterdly raised this concern to Dalby’s team including Lewis Williams, Chris Chella, aznd Kate Abrams. All convinced me rthat it was so easy that i would have no problem. Their reaction was to place me in a special on-line course to “get me started”I know that i should have declined any offer, but the brain injury prevednts me from discriminating well. I am disabled and on a fixed income and desperately need some or all of my money back The question is how should I proceed? And do I stand a chance of succeeding? Please adise and bless you for being here.

This program has potential, but you have to work at it. I have purchased the program and i did get the sales calls, but I just told them NO. Although I said NO, the program really has potential. I am a real estate investor which I have bought real property, I understand the notes fairly well. Here in Tx there are note holders that would like to get out of there note. This program teaches you the how’s and what’s to look for in a note. I priced a note and placed it on the ANN web to sell and within 2-3 days I began to get offers……I haven’t closed on a note deal yet but I think this program has the potential if one will work at it and use the templates.

Lured by deception
Last October, after buying Dalbey’s system, I spent $11,000 on a four day seminar. The reason I did so was because the infomercial stated that the business was very easy, it took very little time to operate, and it took no out of pocket cash to operate.I have since found all these statements to be completely false. I was in a nucleus group which cost $10,000 per person to attend. There were twenty of us. Together, we made four thousand calls to note holders, with not so much as one single deal, over a two day period. When I got home, I found that I didn’t have the funds to operate the business. The seminar was useless. The note business is a viable business, but Dalbey draws people into his scheme by deception. I wonder what percentage of his clients are successful as a result of purchasing his course and I wonder if anyone would buy his course if he were honest in telling them that the business is hard, that few people are cut out for it, that it takes a lot of time to run, and that it takes a lot of out-of-pocket cash to operate. The answer is NO ONE!

I have purchased the WICFB program and I only spent the amount I needed to to get me started. I have not had any other calls from them to purchase anything else. You have the main tools furnished in what he offers on the infomercial. You also have free will to say no to any other products he may want to sell. The system is working for me and some others that I have had the pleasure to speak to. You only have to decide to do the work and look outside the box.

I ordered it and began reading the book 1, didn’t understand nothing it was saying, just going round and round and never learning about what the heck note is, and what the heck is, “note”. I returned it, didn’t even open the CD’s, when I called to tell them that I want to return this and want my money back, they’re willing to let you keep it 30 more days, I said no. I’ve returned it on time, it even says on tv that they will let u keep all that stuff but I see that when I called, they want u to return it. I’ll see if I refunded back…

RUN! I am not an idiot and consider myself a savvy consumer. I even attended an on site class in CO. Within one hour into the class, I saw right through the game. I waited until we took a short break and complained to the highest "chief" on site. Matter of fact, Russ himself was on site that day. I was told I could see him while the group got an "exclusive tour"...bull***. I was conned into staying, but refused to participate in the class. I demanded 1:1 tutoring that they advertised. They tried to tell me that they were short staffed, but would try. Well, they did find someone. I paid close to 20, 000 (4,000) of which was charged to my card w/o my permission. After 2 years, I continue to read the growing complaints. I have tried to get a refund, but blind leads. Oh, also watch out for a couple of folks (former students??) who claim to be "leading the way" to helping to get a class action lawsuit and provide links to file a claim. Only to find out that they are using their sob story (real or not I don't know)as a new ploy to try to "recycle" suckers like me trying to fight back by claiming they can TEACH you the real note business. RUN! File as many claims with attorneys that will listen and hope that a class action will result. Good Luck to everyone in the same boat as me. Anyone else reading this that has not purchased Russ' scam...don't fall for it. No matter how bad your situation may be in this down economy...Russ will make you feel even worse.

If is seems to good to be true, most times it is. After watching the infomercial and reading all of these comments, I still decided to call the company with other questions. The question were quite simple (what is the return ratio) and questions of that nature. I told the customer service agent whose name was Nicole that I would think about it and would make a decision. She was a bit pushy but in the end gave me 2 websites to check out. I DON'T THINK I WANT TO GET INVOLVED IN THIS. As for Gary Collins...HE'S GETTING PAID TO DO JUST WHAT HE DOES....ACT.

Paid start up package 39.95, took a week to arrive the next day received a call from Russ D. Company. First few minutes were very pleasant, Talked about what we do and how much money we made. Then we started asking questions about course, seemed like everything was directed towards getting help that would only cost us 2-5K more! Wow! I couldn't believe it! We put councilor on loud speaker so my wife & I could listen together. I just kept on shacking my head. My wife said we had just got money from our 22 yr. old son, because we had no food and the councilor ask us to use credit cards! I said I might get laid off next week and have no money.

They kept going and I finally said no money no help! If this program works it shouldn't cost no more. I had a bad gut feeling and when I feel pressured I know it's a scam. We will send our package back and demand our money. You can't unless your a broker or schooled investor with years of experience even come close to making this work with our economy. People are holding on to their money! Now is not the time to take a chance!!! Look around you! Our country is falling fast! Millions of people are on the streets. Don't let a good story teller take your last dime. God is our only help!

I had to hang up on the guy. You call back, and have to wait for their customer service manager to call you back. They tell you you can't send back the first package that was $350.00 because you just purchased another one. Please if anyone is reading this, DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!!!!!! They don't care if you are a single parent, disabled veteran or commotosed. If they can suck all the life out of you, they will do it. Yes I was invited out to the so call select few exclusive 3 day session for $5000.00. I knew once they got the $3200, and it wasn't even 24 hours before they were calling to get another $5000.00, something definitely stank! I immediately sent both packets back. I am waiting to see how long it will take them to refund my money.

The guy on tv has the real money maker--selling you a job. Whatever the job, believe it, he's making more money than you can. Or, wouldn't he be doing it, instead?

Yes, there are lots of ways to find the notes to list, but why the hell list with Dalby when you can list them through a REAL real estate co? And how long does it take you to find those notes?

How much money are you willing to spend on trying to get people to sell their note to you?

I was told that I could have a "mentor" for $3,000.00. And the special deal I would get was that Russ Dalby would pay HALF of that, leaving me with $1,500.00 to pay. And then, after the "mentoring" saw complete, Russ Dalby Education would then re-imburse me the $1,500.00! Why the hell charge me in the first place?

If anyone spends money on this program to support his scam they are fools. And my grandmother always said: " A fool and his money are easily parted!!! ". Should have listened to you grandma!

I purchased the starter package for $40 and before the package even arrive, I was called 6 times to be part of their vip group and when I asked if it cost anything and they told me that I would be receiving the best training and mentoring and would be guaranteed to be making 3 to 5k a month. Right then I knew this was a scam like a bait and switch. When the package arrived I immediately returned it. Its been 3 weeks and still no refund. Every time I call all I get is a sales pitch. I am glad I did not spend more than I can afford to throw away. Russ is a total scam artist and needs to be in jail for taking money from people in need and are taking every avenue in trying to make a living. Don't waste a penny or your time on this loser

I too have purchased the starter program, for $40. When I received it I was so excited! I then read all the books and watched the cd's and the got very confused! I even bought a lap top to do this program! I then spoke to my daughter, who by the way was a mortgage broker and is now a business (with one of the top 5 banks). She looked over the program and the first question she asked is how is he making his money?!! I had no answer. I do now, and I see what she was talking about! I get several e-mails a week from RDI stating "CALL US, NO COST TO YOU I WILL PAY THEM MYSELF" yea, right. You call and it's a comeon. They tell you for a $1,000 (or more) you can join the VIP group and sit in on a class and they promise you will make a deal after that! When you call they already know if you have or have not made a deal yet. It has now been 7 months and STILL NOTHING!!! How he makes his money is getting you to buy into the VIP groups which cost thousands of dollars and I say NO WAY!!! My husband is a hard working OTR Truck Driver and I am disabled so our money is important to us! I have called for help in getting started and nothing unless I want to spend more money! He wants you to spend money to get a web site from him, well my sister owns her own web design business and she will do it for free f I so chose!!! He also wants you as I said to spend lots of money to join his rapi results club or a vip club, DO NOT DO IT PEOPLE!!!! If you p0urchaed this for a $40 investment then try on your own, that is what my husband and I are going to do, JUST SAY NO TO HIS PEOPLE!!! Besides that when you do call his people once you tell them you don't have the money for whatever they become ver rude and talk down to you. If we don't see something by the 1 year mark then even thought we only spent a small amount of money then we are going to file a complaint with BBB, State Attorney, and go to the channel 7 investigates. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!!!

Always interesting to see the sour grapes that people have about a program that is legitimate. There are many people who made money with this program without making more investment. Yes, it's true, there are more ways to make money, and he seems pushy, but so do most of the multi-level marketing programs "out there." Do not give sour grapes until you have actually put your time and energy into it to see what happens for you.

I am like so many people these days who have fallen on hard times and looking for a break or some sort of relief I was hoping to have found it in the "cash flow" business. Right now i am thanking God that he has given good sense not to fall for just anything because of desperation. NO MORE INFOMERCIALS for me, hard to know what to believe anymore. I guess you have to give to the man, he found a way of making money!! Too dam bad it's by deceiving innocent people out of their hard earned money, like times aren't bad enough

I am a unemployed 40+ man who has been in sales for 20+ years,SELLING REAL PRODUCTS, and I received a call from one of their recruiters after posting my resume online, about their fabulous JOB opportunity.I went to their office in COLORADO, for a initial interview, with a early 20 something punk, and this is what I found..Nothing more than a telemarketing scam run by 18-25 yo coke heads.I could not believe the people I saw working there. One kid had a mohawk with tatoos covering his whole body, wearing a torn up tshirt and jeans.I saw many that looked like him. They have 80 kids in 2 x 2 cubicles that are doing nothing more than trying to upsell existing customers and get their money ANY WAY POSSIBLE.If you cant sell the cust. they pass it off to another guy that tries and so on.They have a flat screen TV with each kid listing their daily and weekly take.I saw on the screen several had 45k plus in sales. Please dont throw your hard earned money away on this crap....Speaking from experience this is a scam....

Once they got my credit card number after ordering the initial package, it was off to the races. I went from owing $47 one day on my credit card to owing $4800 three days later and Russ's salesman still wanted another $2800. I just did not read the internet site before I called them a second time about one of their courses. Had I done so I would not have gotten in trouble with them. The simple advice, stay far away from Russ Dalbey, he need to be put in prison to protect society.

This program is not only a rip-off it is ILLEGAL!!! Yes, that's right...Illegal in all 50 states and most of the world. Here in the USA the program falls under the laws enacted by the securities exchange act of 1977 and regulated by the federal government under the Securities Exchange Commission. These "notes" are "securities" according to the SEC even if they are privately financed. Because you would be taking payment for introducing the seller to the buyer you are "acting" as a "broker-dealer". If you participate in these activities and are not a registered broker-dealer, or an agent under a broker-dealer and are caught you may suffer 10 years in federal prison AND Millions of dollars in fines.

Russ & his team mention several times that you do not have to be a broker or retain any kind of licenses. He claims that when people ask you (should you decide to work the business) if you need a license that its an indicator that "they don't understand the business and you will need to educate them". The law is the law and this is a scam.

If you read the fine print on the 2nd or 3rd page of the books there is a legal disclaimer stating that YOU should check with local laws to see whether you need to register as a broker or obtain licensing. Which is truly funny, since, every state and locality is governed by FEDERAL law.

There is also a special disclaimer for Utah and I believe Wyoming. Do you know why? Because these states have outlawed similar scams in the past and are aggressive about keeping these types of scams out of their states penalizing companies like Russ's with huge fines.

I spoke with an attorney as well as various agencies about this program and it cost me even more money on top of what Russ duped me for but this is what they said. Many agencies weren't even aware that a program like this was going on but they were quick to point out that it is illegal and I should not continue unless I registerd as a broker-dealer ($5000), registered with a governing agency such as FIMRA ($5000) and happened to have $500,000 in a special bank account that I couldn't touch in the event a deal went south I could use as insurance.

I'd love to start a class-action suit against this guy but that will take even more money, maybe in the not so distant future. For all those few who have actually made money on this program...I hope the SEC catches you. And Russ, I can only hope someone will file suit against you, if not me, so we can all take back what is ours and send you to federal prison.

Since this company is into me for $9,000.00 with zero results and more importantly after reading all of your responses I have given it up and asked for a refund without the slightest interest from Dalbey. Since most of you have crossed State lines I wonder if we are looking at a Federal RICO act violations (Racketeering). I have been scammed before and the FBI was kind enough to arrest that one and put him in prison. My question is. How many of you would be interested in pursuing this type action? Yes, I would be interested in pursuing such an action. After purchasing Rapid Results on a July 4 "Special" and now reading these stories, I really feel like a sucker! bought initial course 5 years ago, and within days they called to sell me Protege, which seemed good, but in retrospect useless if you can't make money. didn't have any more time to pursue but a few years later bought Master Marketing - very poorly done. Like an idiot I did notnask for a refund. this time I will finally get smart. They say Russ will work with you until you get a deal -what they really mean is they will work your wallet. They are now into me total over $4000.

found some typo's so i re-typed this ..................... I saw the commercial like 2 1/2 weeks ago. He convince me about it using the 60 day money back guarantee, so I figured "nothing to lose" and order it for 29.95 plus the 9.95 fed ex shipping fee so I could get it sooner then later. Honestly, I really have not went full force with the program yet, just have not had the time, although I have read it 3 times just to remember it all.

I’ve noticed 70% of it are promises, motivational talks and scenario's. I also have received the upsell calls and invitational postcards and I just tell them straight up, I am not buying a SINGLE thing until I see money made off this 29.95 program, and if I don’t see results within the 60 days timeframe. I am sending it back to get my 29.95 back. I understand that the 9.95 fed ex shipping was a lost, damm it. It does make me wonder? and somewhat doubtful of why they are calling me and sending postcards saying that I need more to spend more money for more training to make money, when in the beginning they told me it was as easy as 1 2 3 find em1 list em2 make money3 was all that I needed.

I did realize after reading the booklets that I am going to need at least 1000 stamps to mail to 500 private holder and 500 professional leads and maybe buy some newsletters from Russ site and buy 1000 postcards. So, I hope he have not spent my 29.95 on a bill because I am going to request for it back if I do not make money. I believe there are notes out there I just don’t want to have to find the note and then have find a buyer. So far I have not spent no other money on Russ program btw I did experience a little rudeness when I said no to the upsell. Don’t get me wrong if I make a few thousand from this program I will take his other courses. But anyway I will keep you all posted July 30, 2010 12:20 am

Like many others of this ilk, if it such a great deal all the salespeople and Russ himself would be out dealing 24/7 with notes and not putting together and pushing an education program. I am an educator (a real one!) and I can guarantee you there is NO money in education unless you do THIS kind of education.

I sent the $100.00 program back once I reviewed it. I've seen 'em all, before. This looked the same. More hype about how good it is; little info. in the initial materials and sales people calling me to get me to join their latest "group". "Not all are selected" (for this honor) I was told. I was told that would cost more money, too! How surprised I was!

Hope I get my $100.00 refunded ... Can I take any bets on that?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I also fell for this scam artist and would gladly join forces with others to bring down. Its clearly selling education materials; I sold one note and made $1000; they keep you on the hook by saying 5 notes and you will get all your money back spent on education; that is a hoax; the discounts from buyers is either too steep for seller or their credit is too poor; that is why they have a note to begin with and not traditional mortgage. Let me know who can take steps to get a class action suit going???

I purchased basic package from Dalbey, and that very day signing in, I was bombarded with calls from their director and business manager, Talked me into the $10,000 charge for boot camp, tried to cancel it 2 days later because of upcoming medical problems concerning my husband, have not been successful. Also they put me in an Advanced Marketing Program, sent me program to use, never said there was a charge, but a charge appeared on my card. I returned a package, containing material they called "tools", never took it off the post office counter, refused acceptance, was issued a return mailing slip, faxed it to Dalbey, (that was $7500) I have proof I returned , but they will not refund cause they cannot find it.

I tried the "attorney General" threat as well as Better Business Bureau threat, response was "Bring it on" !! They put charge on my card for a product without my permission, never asked me if I would agree to use it, It was called "Protege" had no idea what it was, it just magically appeared on my computer, there was no mention of a charge. I have since canceled the cards so they cannot charge, have registered a dispute for these charges, credit card companies have been very helpful. I signed no contract or document, everything was done by phone. I am fighting for removal of all charges.

My Dad fell for Dalbey's pitch. He struggles day to day living on his limited social security and raising a teenage grandson. In his desperation he fell for Dalbey's sales pitch.

I got involved when he gave me information that sounded really fishy. I went into the web site to see what the cancellation policy was. It wasn't on their site. I phoned Dalbey to check out what the real prices are (my dad was unaware of some of the prices). The operator I spoke to was really indignant, and said that I was standing in my Father's way of making a fortune. I explained my Dad is a78 year old widower, and has a hard enough time holding a 2-3 day a week job down, and raising a teenage grandson.

This man could have cared less. He became very defensive to my questioning. I told him I wanted answers and it seemed as if he was hiding something. He finally admitted that it would cost my dad the grand total of 10,000.00 which would include a web site they would create for him I nearly became sick to my stomach. We tried to cancel with Dalbey. They wouldn't return our calls.

I have written letters to no avail, each time I reopen the investigation with the credit card company Dalbey disputes it and the charges go back onto my Dad's card. As of today he still owes $9,000.00. He can't pay the interest on this card so the bill continues to escalate.

My Dad never went to Colorado, never stayed in their stupid hotel or received any training. He returned all materials and yet they still have a $9,000.00 charge on his credit card. $9,000.00 is $3,000.00 beyond the cost of the days he was supposed to be charged if he had actually gone. Apparently they were charging him a portion of the web site they were supposed to create for him. (He doesn't even own a computer!!!!)

Their argument is that he should have canceled 30 days before the event, my response was you should have had the cancellation policy on your website, or been able to give me that information when I called. I am going to follow up with the Attorney General; however it sounds like that hasn't helped some of you that have already filed a complaint with the Attorney General. I am really frustrated and angry that a company can hurt people to this extent.

I can only believe in my heart that they will reap some really bad karma!
