123plays, found online at 123plays.com, is a new company that refers to themselves as a “one stop resource” for watching movies, playing games, or listening to music, anytime or anywhere.
How Does It Work?
Most people today use some sort of streaming service, either to watch television or movies, to listen to their music, find new music, and download and purchase new music. The average person generally uses two, three, or even more services to meet these needs, some of which may be free while others are usually paid sources.
The goal of 123plays is to replace all these individual sources and instead be the one place you go to get all of the content you need or want. Customers can use this service to find and watch movies, television, and video games, as well to manage their music library, find, purchase, and download new songs, or even just use this service to stream radio.
Once you are a 123plays member, you will be able to access all this content from any internet capable device you own or have in your home. They also allow their members to get recommendations from other members who “know and love music.”
All new members have the opportunity to try their Premium Membership for free for 5 days, and if you like having completely unlimited access to their content, at the end of the trial you will be automatically enrolled into their Premium Membership for $49.95 per month until you choose to cancel. Though the trial is free, the website says that they will authorize a $1.03 charge in order to validate your card, but this charge will be returned to you in 72 hours.
If you choose a regular membership, you can choose to pay month-to-month for $34.95 per month or you can purchase a three month membership for $50.85, or $16.95 per month. They also offer their customers a "Pay As You Go" plan, which allows you to pay only for the individual content that you choose to use or download.
Their website says that their customers are welcome to cancel at any time by phone or via their online form. If you are hoping to receive a refund when you cancel, you will need to cancel your subscription within the initial 30 day period following your registration in order to receive a full refund of your subscription fees.

Unfortunately there aren’t really many customer reviews of this product at this time, and customers should be wary about this company because they operate out of Cyprus, a country that has been known in the past for shielding online companies that have failed to honor Refund Policies or that have questionable billing practices. Customers may want to wait until this company is more established and their reputation for how they work with their customers is clearer.

I thought I was purchasing a one time amount of $49.00 for a year's subscription. Not a monthly automatic payment charge to my Credit Card. Now I am out Hundred's and I can't find a way to cancel the subscription so I will have to cancel my card.
They used Netflix to get to me. I found a amount of money taken out of my account That wasn't supposed to be. I called Netflix and they said it was a scam I have changed my bank card and reported as a scam. Beware.
I have lost hundreds of dollars. I had no idea until today, I just happened to look at my phone a transaction was pending in my bank account.
I have never heard of this company and they have been taking randon amounts out of my account since October 2017. The amounts vary $66.20, $67.30, $65.15, $67.96 and so on. I am discusted and have canceled my card as of an hour ago.

I THINK ANOTHER COMPANY PIGGYBACKED ON THEM AS MY CARD WAS CHARGED $1-SOMETHING TWICE-WITH DIFFERENT NAMES- THEN THE SAME CARD WAS HIT FOR $400 FOR A CHARGED SUPPOSEDLY IN NEW YORK. THANKFULLY, MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS VIGILANT AND CALLED ME TO VERIFY ACTIVITY. THANK GOODNESS THIS "BOUGHT LESSON" DIDN'T COST VERY MUCH.
I had to cancel my card to make sure they don't charge me for it more. Cancelled through their support and no email was sent to verify the cancellation. Haven't used the service at all and don't recognise it so pretty sure I haven't even signed up for it to begin with. Do have kids so can't be 100% sure they haven tried it out at some point so no refund for me. Not a company where you want to be a customer thats for sure.
