Bidz.com claims to be the internet’s largest brand name and jewelry auction website. All items auctioned on Bidz are 100% authentic and almost all are brand new items.
Some of the items auctioned at Bidz.com are offered by Bidz themselves, while others are auctioned by third parties. If you win a third party auction, you have five days to arrange payment & shipment with the third party seller.
Sometimes Bidz has more than one of a specific item they are auctioning. If you participate in one of these auctions and lose, Bidz will give you a “Second Chance” at the item by placing it into your account at your highest losing bid.
If you would like the item, you may choose to pay that price for it within 2 days. If you no longer want the item, simply let it be relisted for auction.
Bidding on auctions is done in increments of $1.00, though there are certain auctions that allow you to bid in increments of your choosing, though the bids must still be in whole dollar amounts. Registration at Bidz.com is free.

Worth the wwait
I have been seeing many negative reviews regarding the waiting time, but the customer service was very helpful and today I received my jewelry which will be excellent gift for Christmas.
Happy with my purchases
Bought 2 rings and a bracelet here. Not only nice stuff but a great price. Two ladies (daughter and soon to be daughter in law) both very happy! Thank you.
Happy with the shop so far
Been bidding for almost a year now. Very good selection of items and usually I win the ones I want for a rather low price. All the items I received so far were of great quality and as described. I've not bought very expencive jewelry yet, so can't comment on the higher grade item quality, but the ones I got from the cheaper selection are great.
Still waiting on watch
Won auction and paid for the item in July. We have been waiting two months. They make up excuses every time we call and keep asking us to cancel the order. I tell them no, we want the watch we paid for!!! They Will no longer return my emails to the manager Carl.
I haven't received a parcel and I haven't received money back
In the beginnings of March I have made purchase of a watch in Bidz.com.
Upon purchase time has been specified that the parcel will be sent within 5-7 days. After 10 days it was necessary to contact shop independently because no change in the status of my order happened. As a result have sent the order in 2 weeks.
I was given a track number, I began to trace a parcel. But the track number almost didn't change on the website of a post carrier. Many times I wrote to a support service of shop. And here at last, a certain Amanda has answered. That it is necessary to fill a form for search of departure and if the parcel isn't found during the 15th business of days, then to me will make refund. ("Please allow up to 15 business days for investigation of the missing shipment to be finalized Once completed, we will contact you to let you know if you we were able to locate the package or if we will be proceeding. with a refund").
The answer has been received on May 10, 2016. After the 15th business of days, me was necessary to contact Amanda (Bidz.com) again. After a while I was answered that sldelat to me refund. But the most surprising that my money hasn't arrived on my credit card. And have got on my account in "store credit". I have no desire to shop in this shop any more. But I can't receive the money back in any way. Many letters which I write to this shop just are ignored and nothing changes.I wanted to give a gift and counted on long delivery period (1-1,5 months), but I didn't count that will be so long. And I don't want to deal with this shop any more. Having read comments of other users on them I have understood that they shouldn't be trusted. Those prices which they specify MSRP, they don't exist at all, they are strongly overestimated.
Still waiting for order
I won a bid on March 7th and as of May 5th, I am still waiting. They asked me to cancel my order, but I explained to them that I won an auction on an item and expected the item to be delivered! I have never had any problem with Bidz.com, but if what I am now reading from others is true coupled with my current situation with them, I would not recommend them at all.

if bidz.com is such a joke and ripoff,why did you keep spending money with them?stands to reason if you buy from a company and get ripped off,certainly your not gonna spend with them again.
