BoardwalkBuy.com is a daily deals website that promises their customers to provide them with the products they truly want at prices that will be lower than anywhere else on the internet.
How Does It Work?
A daily deals website is a specific kind of discount or coupon website that partners with local retailers all over the country as well as national retailers in order to provide their customers with special discounts or promotional deals.
BoardwalkBuy.com says that the relationships they build with their national brands, retailers and boutiques have given them the ability to negotiate “incredible deals” that they can then present to their customers.
Customers who are interested in the deals they have to offer can go to their website, look through all the featured deals available on their main page, or you can look through the deals by specific categories, including Women, Men, Electronics, Jewelry, Home, Best Sellers, Collections, Clearance.
They also provide the “Shop By Price” feature for people who are truly dedicated to getting the best possible deal, you can make the choice to only look for deals priced under $50, under $20, and even under $5.
Obviously the cost of the products and services sold through BoardwalkBuy.com will vary based on a large number of factors, including the type of good or service, the percentage of the discount available, and more.
But it does not cost any money to become a BoardwalkBuy.com member and they do promise their customers the lowest possible prices for products on their website. This means that if a customer finds a lower advertised price on another website for the exact same product, that this company will actually match the competitor’s price.
However it is important to mention that these low price guarantees are strictly limited to products that are the exact same, with no variations whatsoever, so customers will need to be diligent about comparing products before the try to take advantage of this policy.
Though this website does not appear to clearly detail a published Refund Policy anywhere on their website at this time, information provided in their Frequently Asked Questions does imply that they do provide refunds for some products, because they clearly state that there is a Final Sale Policy on all clothing items, so these will not be accepted for return.
If customers wish to return other items, they should first contact their Customer Service team to get specific instructions on how to do so.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to contact Customer Service with any questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by email at [email protected] or by submitting them directly to their website through their Support link on the side of their webpage.
There are some very poor reviews of this company available on this website, and since there are hardly any reviews of this website at all, these poor reviews stick out as the only available information prospective customers have.
These reviews talk about never receiving the products they ordered, and being completely ignored when they attempted to contact Customer Service. Obviously these are reviews that should make potential new customers very cautious.
Competitors and Alternatives?
There are many other daily deals websites all over the internet, as it has become an interesting and fun way for people to experience new places or products, including websites like LivingSocial, Groupon.com, 1SaleADay.com, DealNation, DealFind.com, and many others.
If you have any experience with this company or their products, please leave your BoardwalkBuy.com reviews below.

I was sent the wrong product and notified them write away via email as directed by website. Nothing. Two more times attempted resolution. Nothing. Would NEVER let a friend shop here.
We first ordered a wifi repeater about June 1st 2017. It came about June 15 but was missing a part. I contacted them on June 16 and was told to send pictures of product which we did, twice. Since then we have contacted them approx. 12 to 14 times and they responded with approx. the same amount of times with automated responses. Most responses said that we would receive our product in 5-7 days. This is now July 17th and still have not received our order or money. This is the worse place we have ever ordered from and we have ordered from a lot of companies.I would not advise anyone to ever order anything from this company.

5 weeks and still no item I purchased, STAY AWAY!
Customer service is non existent! Tracking package is useless... always says no information or not updated or error. Save time and money and endless headach, purchase your item from someone else. They haven't a clue to what they are doing!
Just like all the other reviewers have said, they charge your credit card but never send the product. I tried to get them to cancel my order and refund my money, but they said my order was already being processed. I was told to refuse delivery and then ask for a refund. How can I refuse delivery on a package that never arrives?
DO NOT BUY FROM BOARDWALK BUY AND LOOK UP "AN & ASSOCIATES" ON THE BBB (F RATING), AND CHECK OUT THE ALTERNATIVE BUSINESS NAMES--I'D STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THEM.
Item came broke
I order a camera for my car. Paid so much, paid that price paid for shipping. I e-mailed the company, told them the item was broke and did not work. They said send it back UPS, so I did. They gave me my money back for the item, but I was out both shipping to my house, and the shipping back to the company. So I have nothing and it cost me about 20.00...
Boardwalk Buy is a SCAM, DO NOT BUY from BoardwalkBuy
Numerous people including myself have not received our orders, plus no reply to emails sent over 2 weeks, no contact telephone number.. reported my transaction to PAYPAL hopefully i'll get my money back.
Boardwalk Buy and BoardwalkBuy is a SCAM, DO NOT BUY
Don't Purchase From Boardwalkbuy.
On 12/01/2016 I ordered a Wireless Charger Charging Pad for $14,99 plus $3.49 shipping. The company confirmed my order the same day. According to the company's current website, the item is "In-Stock - Ships in 24 hours." On 12/06/2016, when I had not received a notice of ship, I contacted the company by email. Alex R. replied and said:
"Your order has been received and is currently being processed. As we are now in our holiday season, shipping can take up to 5-7 business days, as stated on our website. Once shipped you should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number included. Delivery can take up to 3-5 business days."
On 12/15/2016 when I had received neither the product nor the confirmation email with a tracking number, I sent an email saying, "Since it has now been 14 days and I have not received notification of shipping, please cancel the order..."
On 12/21/2016 Larry B. replied and said, "Unfortunately your order is currently being processed and we are unable to to [sic] cancel at this point."
It is now 12/22/2016 and I still have not received the product nor the confirmation email with a tracking number. It appears that I will not have the product in time for Christmas.
Based on my experience I suggest that you not do business with Boardwalkbuy.
they sell crap
I ordered the HD Vehicle Blackbox DVR. it arrived in a timely manner but had issues. the video would skip whole travel times and show it was recording. the thing would lock up or freeze and have to be powered down by letting the battery run out. it took 7 emails to get them to send me a new one. they asked for a video of it freezing but they can't be sent a video bigger than 5mb. so i had to chop up the video for them. the second unit worked for a week then started turning off or going to green screen again i made a video and sent it off chopped up in 5mb sections. the third unit worked again for a few weeks and then locked up. it showed a moving screen but was not recording again it was locked up and would not shut down or respond to any of the buttons. another video made and chopped and sent. no word back from them yet. at this point i don't want another unit and would happily send all 3 units back to them as they are crap. i would say to every one to not order anything from this place. and would be happy to share my 3 videos of the units.
Boardwalk Buy is a SCAM!
I have ordered Waterproof Military Waist Pack and never received it. Same thing like the others, contacted the customer service and had the same responses which I think it is a robotic responses. I also found this page on Facebook: Boardwalk Buy is a SCAM!
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DECEPTIVE "COMPANY"
On September 14 I placed an order via PayPal for the Ceramic Hair Straightening Brush advertised on Boardwalkbuy's Facebook page.
Boardwalk Buy immediately charged my account $25.99 and sent me a confirmation e-mail stating that my order had been received and that I would be receiving the product within 4-5 business days.
I spent the next few days looking at their Facebook page, looking for updated reviews on this item. I started to notice that they were deleting customer concerns, complaints, and questions. I flat out asked them why they were deleting comments on this product. My questions went ignored, my comments were deleted. The third time I posted on their page asking why they were deleting comments, they blocked me from posting PERIOD. I was banned from posting because I had complaints and concerns. This is their MO. They WILL block and ban you from their Facebook page if you complain against them or call them out.
On September 20, I reached out to Boardwalk Buy to inquire about my item. They responded immediately. They claimed that: "We experienced an unusually high volume of orders, which disrupted our normal delivery schedule, and caused a slight delay. As of now, your current order delivery time is approximately 4-5 business days."
On September 26, I STILL did not receive any shipping confirmation. I logged into my PayPal account and looked up the "Seller Info" for Boardwalk Buy. They provide a phone number and an e-mail address. The phone number is currently listed as: 877-614-2103. I called the number, knowing that things would be resolved much faster through a phone call than an e-mail. Lo and behold? This number is out of service. A quick Google search told me that prior to this number being put out of service, it was registered to Florence Scovel Jewelry.
I then reached out through e-mail and I contacted them requesting to cancel my order. I did so because I found tons of things online that I did not like. You can go to websites such as this one, BBB, SiteJabber, RipoffReport, ScamAdviser, ScamAudit, and ComplaintsBoard. The complaints are consistent down the board.
Customer Service Representative Maria responded back to my request for cancellation with this message: "Unfortunately your order is currently being processed and we are unable to to cancel at this point. If you are no longer interested in this item, you may refuse the delivery and have the unopened package sent back to us. Once we can confirm this has been done via the tracking information we will be able to issue a refund."
I responded back to Maria S. asking her to provide me with the carrier and tracking number information. I wanted to know when to expect this item so I could refuse delivery.
Customer Service Representative Edward N. responded back with this message: "I have looked into your order and unfortunately this is currently on back order, which would explain why you have not received some or all of your items as of yet. We are expecting to receive thousands of this particular product by early next week so you should receive yours, at the latest, by the end of next week. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
Note: My friend ordered the exact same ceramic brush and had e-mailed the week before I did, and received this EXACT SAME CANNED COPY AND PASTE message.
I responded back to Edward N. and said, OK great, it's on back order? Cancel my order then, I am no longer interested in this product.
Maria S. responded, telling me again that my order was processing and that they were unable to cancel.
SO WHICH IS IT?! Is it being processed or is it on back order? Everyone receives these canned responses when you e-mail them. You will never be spoken to like an actual human being. They have about 3-4 canned copy and paste responses that they send back to you depending on the circumstance.
I've tried THREE TO FOUR TIMES now to review this shady ass company on TrustPilot. I've been reported twice by Boardwalk Buy. The first time they claimed I was not a customer in their data base. The second time they are claiming my review is nothing but allegations. GTFO. I might not be able to post everything I want to say on TrustPilot, but here we go. HERE IT IS.
On 9/27 I opened a dispute with PayPal. Boardwalk Buy has YET to provide them with the information they are looking for.
I also followed up by opening up a case with the Better Business Bureau. (BWB also tried to say that this was just an allegation. LOL. Stop. I have the case number.)
I advise everyone to stay away from this company. Like, FAR, FAR, away.
