Bombfell.com is a new company that offers men the ability to get new, high quality clothing chosen for them by a personal shopper and then sent directly to their door where they can keep what they want and return what they don't.
How Does It Work?
According to the website, when you set up your account, you will tell the website your size and style preferences, as well as what budget you would like to stay within each month. Each month when it comes time to ship out your clothing choices, you can request items that you wish to be included, such as "a pair of jeans," or you can just be surprised.
Once your items have been chosen for you, you will receive an email giving you a preview of what you're going to receive. If there are items you don't like, you can request that they be changed before your package is shipped.
Once you receive your package, you have ten days to try on the clothes and return the items before your card is charged. Keep all the items you like, and return those you don't. You'll only be charged for what you choose to keep.
The prices for the clothes included in your shipment will vary, but the website cites $69 as the average price per item, with some items in your shipment being more expensive and some being less.
Since customers get a chance to try everything on and return them within ten days without being charged for them, there is no real additional Refund Policy. If you experience a problem with an item of clothing that you have purchased, you should contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who have questions, concerns, or complaints they would like to direct to their Customer Service team can contact them by email at Bombsquad@Bombfell.com, or by traditional mail at 66 W 39th Street, 3rd Floor East, New York, NY 10018.
While there are not many customer or user reviews available for these products at this time, there are many blogs and independent reviewers who speak enthusiastically about this company and their concept, especially that they allow customers to completely skip months where they don't see anything they like.
Competitors and Alternatives?
Companies that offer customers the benefits of personal shoppers in the comfort of their own home are becoming popular, including another company for men, Trunk Club, and one for women, Gwynnie Bee, as well as companies that offer custom, high quality men's clothing, including websites like Indochino and BlackLapel.com.
If you have any experience with this company or their products, please leave your Bombfell.com reviews below.

Does not live up to expectations
I liked the concept but despite the lengthy signup process meant to make you think they care about your 'style', exact sizes (they have you measure yourself as a tailor would), and other preferences --- they end up shipping you whatever the Wal-Mart or Target special was that month.
They claim that a real stylist is looking at your preferences and recommending premium products but they're literally the same products found at cost conscious retailers, only marked up 500%, with only the faintest regards for your sizing and no effort put forth to match your style.
