Decline your itinerary....asking more money after.
A bad experience. Waste of time you want to buy or book tickets thru them. They've sent an e-mail saying that my credit card has been decline. No phone calls from them, just e-mail notification. Called my DISCOVER cc to see what's going on, and they told me there's no transaction that has been declined. Called BOOKAIRFARE back and told them to confirm it. They said my CC # is wrong. When they read me back CC# it was correct. They want you to sell ticket, new ones, at higher price. No reservations!!!
Then they told me airliner doesn't accept DISCOVER cc, but BookAirFare has logo of this cc as way to pay for ticket!!!
I have called SAS airliner customer service, and they have confirmed DISCOVER cc is acceptable!!!
I believe BOOKAIRFARE hook you up by lower price then try to jack up price on your ticket giving you a reason like CC is declined, or wrong #, etc...
Your reservations does mean nothing on previous itinerary, they giving you new prices of the ticket.
Stay away from them, unless you like to play a game and afterall pay higher prices.
Using it for a second time
I have used this website twice for booking tickets. First time I faced with an issue of late email and mobile notifications. I had to dial the customer help desk twice enquiring for the same. The second time when I used the website to book my tickets to Vienna, everything was in place. I had no complains. Happy to experience the improvement.
