About Clair Skin
Clair Skin, found online at SkincareForYourSkin.com, is a new anti-aging skincare product which is being advertised by an article which claims that using this product can eliminate 90% of your wrinkles within just two weeks.
How Does It Work?
Clair Skin is being promoted by an advertorial, a website which has been made to look like a popular beauty blog, but is really just an advertisement that uses an embedded video of television’s Dr. Oz discussing skincare for the purposes of promoting this product to new customers.
The Clair Skin website says that their product has the ability to provide many different important effects with regular use, including eliminating the look of dark circles, reducing the appearance of wrinkles, enhancing skin hydration, and countering the effects of stress.
This product is able to be more effective than others, because it can deliver whole collagen molecules to the skin, and since it is “peptide rich,” it has the ability to effectively rebuild and rejuvenate the skin.
Ingredients and Side Effects
Though the website that advertises this product makes some claims about the ingredients included in Clair Skin, their own personal website makes no such attempt at explaining what ingredients they include.
This is a problem because it means that there is no way for prospective customers to evaluate this product for effectiveness before they purchase it, and there is no way to determine if this product has any ingredients that you may have known allergies, sensitivities, or known negative side effects to.
New customers can order this product by simply paying the price of Shipping and Handling in order to receive it for a trial period of 14 days. The Shipping and Handling price is somewhat unclear – their sales page says it is $2.95 but their Terms and Conditions quotes it as $4.95.
Customers who choose not to cancel will be charged the full purchase price of $89.31 at the end of the trial period, and every 30 days thereafter they will be charged $94.26 when their new supply ships. Customers who do not wish to incur these recurring charges must contact their Customer Service team and cancel at least one day before the end of the trial period.
Because this company has their customers order their product on an initial trial basis, there isn’t really an opportunity for a refund. Instead, customers are instructed to contact their Customer Service team one full day before the end of the 14 day trail, which begins on the date on which you place your order. This is an important detail, because most customers believe that their trial begins the day they receive their product, which isn’t true. If it takes ten days for your product to be delivered, you only have four days in which to try before you must cancel it or pay the full purchase price.
If customers are unable to successfully cancel during this trial period, they will be charged the full price of the product and there is likely to be no way to receive a refund at that time, though you are welcome to try and speak to Customer Service about potentially getting one.

Customers should know this company shows multiple signs of being an unethical, untrustworthy company. The first is that they are using a fake news site as a method of promoting their company, which is when a company designs an advertisement that is intended to look like a factual news article, and they are illegally using a celebrity’s likeness when they claim Dr. Oz has any affiliation with their product.
Another problem is that they force their customers into participating in a “trial period,” which automatically enrolls you into an autoship program where you will be charged nearly $100 every month until you are able to successfully cancel, and cancelling these types of orders isn’t always as easy as it should be. Customers should do whatever they can to avoid these types of unethical skincare companies and instead purchase products from trusted retailers.
Competitors and Alternatives?
Thankfully there are many well documented ingredients that have been proven to help people slow down or improve the traditional signs of aging, and there are many products in your local drugstore that include these ingredients. These products won’t cost hundreds of dollars, and they are likely to be covered by a respectable and trustworthy Return Policy.

16 ‘Clair Skin’ Reviews
I do not approve of the way they do business. This is a complete goof of a business practice. The most they would do is send me 2 free bottles but would not refund the money since I called on what they said was (15 days) instead of 14 day trial. When I called on 4/28/17 right after ordering on 4/25/17, I was told to call back on 5/9/17 and I would not be charged a restocking fee. I called on 5/9/17, cancelled my shipments, received the cancellation emails and guess what? I was charged 87.47 and 89.31 respectively when I looked at my checking account. This will not happen again. I just wish I had done a bit more research before I ordered. If I had seen the comments against the company I sure would not have ordered anything.
Buyers beware!!!!!!! Bad thing is I am not available to even use the product to see if it works. Box is home unopened.
Clair is a rip off! Now NUAVIVE DERMA. And from Shark Tank!!!
These people are scam artists. They have only negative reviews with the Better Business Bureau. They were on Shark Tank, so I guess Shark Tank doesn't care who they do business with nor does ABC, which is the channel that airs Shark Tank. I used to love Shark Tank, but not if this is what they do. I was sucked in for a free trial because it was from Shark Tank, and then they wanted my credit card number, so I left the site... they had my name and address and phone number and now they won't stop calling me and harrassing me all the time. Stay away from this company. And don't trust a business just because it is on Shark Tank!
Charged for products never received
I noticed a charge for 5.99, 4.95 and 1.99 for a trial product of Clair skin and revive eye- I called to cancel the order since I did not order this and did not want was told by Customer service that I wouldn't be charged for product since it was not sent yet. Then I received a charge for 87.47 and 89.41 a week later.... when I called I was told by Mngr Josh (supposed employee number 2325) that I could file a claim with the post office because the company doesn't give refunds even if you've never received the product. I explained I cancelled the order prior to shipment and I never received the product.... was hung up on by mngr Josh after being told " we are not responsible for the post office if they don't deliver your product, we just take thier word it was delivered" ... I asked if I need to get a lawyer involved for a fraud claim and he rudely told me "I'm hanging up now if you want your lawyer then I am done talking to you" .... I explained I was trying to figure out what I could do since I'm charged for a product I never received. He stated " that's your problem, we don't give refunds ever no matter the
circumstance" worst customer service ever!!
Free Trial out right scam
This company has also charged my credit card for full dollar amount 10 days after receiving sample. No one answers the phone but the state they will call back. They did and it went to music so they did call me and put me on hold, never came back to the phone, and this happened multple times. I will try to stop payment on this but everyone please beware.
DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!!!
I COULD NOT EVEN PLACE AN ORDER BECAUSE MY CARD WOULD EXPIRE IN 3 MONTHS!!!! I called Customer Service to see if they could help me. They couldn't and I asked for a supervisor. Was told they didn't get on the phone. Explained I was a retired Methods and Procedures Manager that issued Sales Integrity and Gross Customer Abuse Referrals for a Fortune 500 Company. Told I could threaten all I wanted. ALL I WANTED WAS WHAT WAS ADVERTISED! A free sample and possibly pay for one month until I could tell if I liked the product. I purposely used this card due to their billing system. I have been looking at this product for a year. It has come to a sad place when you have to question everything you order!!!
clair skin "free" trial
This place is a rip off. I received the trial and it is a pump applicator, however, it has no tube connecting the pump, so the only way you can access ANY product is with a Qtip. AND, they charge your card the full price - $87.47 - 14 days after you PLACE THE ORDER for a FREE trial. I received the product and within 5 days, my card was charged $87.47. Even if this product works - which after 5 days who knows - this is a rip off. Product packaging is defective and there was no time to assess the effectiveness. When I called to complain, they would only give me 50% refund. I will never deal with such an unethical company/
