About DealFind.com

DealFind.com is a daily deals website whose goal is to help you “discover the best your city has to offer at a fraction of the cost,” and is available in most major cities all across the United States.

DealFind.com is free and easy to sign up for. Simply enter your email address and choose your city of residence to start browsing their deals, which fall into one of four categories: Local Deals, Travel Deals, Product Deals, and Jewelry Deals.

Local Deals feature deals for products and services from local businesses, Travel Deals offer discounts on hotels and travel arrangements, Product Deals provide discounts on items like electric toothbrushes or bedding sets, and finally Jewelry Deals.

DealFind.com also offers something called The Ambassador Program, which allows DealFind members to earn monetary rewards by referring others to deals on the website. The program is free to sign up, and provides you with a special link.

You can share this link on social media sites or with friends and family via email. Every time someone uses your link to purchase a deal, you will earn money. And when you reach earnings of $20 or more, you will earn a payout.

If there is a problem with any deal you purchase on DealFind.com, they provide a 30 day refund policy, but you must call and discuss your complaints with customer service in order to process the refund.

Some refunds may be issued in DealFind Dollars, which are credits you can use on the website to put toward future DealFind.com purchases.

It's a scam

August17, 2015

Go with groupon instead, at least they are more legitimate and honest. I purchased some coupons from dealfinder once, it was a disaster and their customer service was garbage, at the end i resorted to contacting my credit card and filling a dispute.

Horrible customer service, if any at all?????

July1, 2013

Have tried for the last hour to reach a valid phone number. I used --855 832 6289 and when answered it is not a live person. Told to press no 1 and they say I am first in line. After holding for five, ten and more minutes someone (automatic--not live) comes on to say that line is not available. So I try again and I am no. 1 in wait line again and five to ten minutes go by and still the same lady says you are number one. Now I just got told I am no. 2 in line, so we will see what happens. Again they say a customer service person will get to me but that has not happened. Now they say I am number 2 in line and will see what happens. Same message that a customer service persons will be with me and now I am no. 1 in line.
Customer service says now I am no 1. Now they say that mail box is FULL. What a bunch of crap!!! They will never get another dime from me and I wish the company would be taken off for use.
What a bunch of unworthy people. They should be ashamed.

SCAM!!

May6, 2013

SCAM!!! Don't even bother buying anything from this site. They will take your money and go missing in action! Don't ever buy anything from Dealfind.com. I had purchased a coupon for haircut, and called the number to make an appointment, it was never answered. So I googled the name "The New Image" and it says that the business is closed. So I contacted Dealfind, com, the told me to keep calling the number and leave a clear message which I did several times with no reply whatsoever. And I contacted dealfind.com again several times about a month ago, and I still yet to hear from them. I guess since I'm not getting my money back, I feel the need to tell everyone to be careful buying anything from dealfind.com. Who sells coupon when the business is closed down! Totally SCAM!!

Scam

April4, 2013

Horrible company. My wife was pregnant and could not use a dealfind that we had purchased. We try to use the dealfind after and the company has closed shop. Dealfind would not offer a refund of any sort. And they only correspond through email and take forever to get back to you. What sort of company has no phone number? Save your money people.

Terrible

December25, 2012

Don't use Dealfind. They don't make sure that they companies they deal with are legit. They also only make returns within 30 days if you decide you don't want to use the voucher. They will not do anything if the company refuses to honor its voucher in entirety.

I've been happy enough with Groupon and LivingSocial -- BUT DEALFIND - that's another story! Don't waste your time or money! I bought 6 vouchers - thought wow - no expiration date! I have attempted thus far to redeem 3 -- and have had issues with all three. Of course now I am in a Catch-22 -- because once you "bitch" a little they refund your money---IN DEALFIND DOLLARS! Of course this can be used only to continue with the ongoing frustration of ordering from their site and not receiving goods!
