It also does not explain the time period in which you have to return your items, saying that you must contact their Customer Service within 10 days, but also saying that they offer a 10 day return policy, which generally means that customers must have their item physically returned within this time period.

I ordered some sleepwear on a friend recommendation. They're stuff looked beautiful in the pics but they are NOT cheap. I received the items and the fit was horrible. I immediately contacted the company to say I wanted to return and get a refund and they said no refunds allowed. We went back and forth through email trying to explain that I had just received it and it was my very first order and it did not fit. They said I could exchange. So then I went to the post office to return and would have to pay around $50 for shipping back to China. then they wanted me to pay for shipping of the new items that I had finally chosen. I finally gave up and did not return the items.
I expressed my disappointment that I have to keep something I do not like and does not fit. They don't care and I lost a good amount of money. Businesses like this should be shut down! What happened to customer first??
Awful company - they sent damaged goods and refused to do anything about it, citing delivery damage even though the inner and outer packaging was in perfect condition! Rude and awful customer service. AVOID!
Truly awful. I can pretty much guarantee 0 positive reviews are genuine. This is because it is not just the size that is wrong with their sleepwear it is the cut. It has basically been thrown together so poorly, that no human being in existence would fit the shape of the clothes i just paid $200 form the model is 100% holding her arms in tight to her body to hide how much loose fabric sticks out under the arms. One of the dearest garments i have bought and the worst quality garments at the same time. It feels extremely cheap.
Its a good job they offer 0 refund and make you pay packaging to China to get another pile of rubbish sent to u for your partners birthday.
I dont believe it is even silk. I will take it to an expert and if it is not silk i will spend my life getting them closed down.

I recently purchased a premium silk sheet set - washed as per instructions and when putting the bottom sheet on found a small tear in it. Contacted their support department and was told that I must have done it myself and besides, seeing as I had washed the sheet there is nothing they will do about a refund or return. I've washed my bed linen over 3000 times and never managed to put a hole in anything - and you can imagine how gentle I was with silk linen - so no, the hole was there when it arrived. APPALLING BACKUP SERVICE - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
