Tech Mystery Box ?????

Rec'd small mystery tech box that was half-full due to the fact that they stuffed my previous order of 8 lighted outlet covers in the surprise box to save on postage!! This took up more than half of his SMALL box. The remaining items were probably about $5 worth of tech. Some SURPRISE !!

Contacted to send back. I was told that I had to provide a tracking number and they did not supply a return label. It cost me $7.85 to send it back to them. After 2 weeks, I am still awaiting the REFUND.

Ordered two Chrome Books, both items were defective on arrival. E-mail [email protected] three times received zero response. Called their Customer Service Telephone Number, it has a recording that tells you to send your inquires/complaints to guess where? [email protected] it's a BS scam.

Since we pay for these items with Paypal, we submitted a "Paypal Dispute" Paypal got us a refund, however, we had to pay out of are pocket to returned items back to itechdeals. We lost $24.10 on this sale for shipping charges. We feel itechdeals.com should of send us prepaid returned shipping labels for these defective items. We're guess they don't give a chit about their customers. If there was a less than one star rating this company would be the number one winner.

Horrible! Ordered their tech mystery box and got items that you can buy at the $1.00 store. One item that was sent was preowned and doesn’t work! I asked them for a shipping label to return and was told no. Just being dissatisfied with my purchase is not reason enough to return. I was corresponding with someone named Amy, who was rude and condescending. I haven’t shopped at any place online that doesn’t have a customer satisfaction guarantee. In fact, she claimed if it was defective they would allow a return. As stated, one item was used; it was a wireless meat thermometer! I wasn’t about to use this on something I’m cooking; I don’t know where it’s been, but I did see fingerprints all over it! All I wanted to do was return their stuff with their shipping label. Would’ve probably bought from them again, not anymore after this experience!

BOGUS TECH SUPPORT

Bought 2 items that I did not like and were misrepresented in their description. Sent back both items and they made me pay for return shipping and to add insult to injury a restocking fee!!!

I think what they do is fradulent! I asked for the restocking fee language in writing and they never responded!!!!

DO NOT ORDER OR WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEIR BOGUS ITEMS!!!

If something looks too good to be true - it usually is - at least in this case: We ordered a refurbished Samsung Chromebook in October for our 5 year olds birthday in December. Last week we decided to power it up so that it would be ready to use when we gave it to him - only to find that the power cord did not fit! So we contacted them - only to be asked why we had not opened the box prior to this date. We explained to them why -

iPad 2 arrived with dent. I had to pay shipping and restocking fee!!

Ordered iPad 2 and received one with a dent in it. They told me that because it was "non-defective," I had to pay for shipping and they would deduct a $6 restocking fee from my refund.

Nothing in the description listed it as refurbished or used condition. VERY sketchy!

I had the exact same issue! They would not reimburse the shipping costs to return since the product worked and wasn't technically defective. But it was very scratched up and still wouldn't pay for return shipping costs.

I purchased an Apple TV from iTech deals. I was so exicted, received the package (over 14 days from when I placed the order), and the system kept turning off. I tried it on other televisions and had the same results. I emailed iTech deals, they replied 2 days later and 2 days after that sent me a label to return the item. I tracked the return and they didn't send the refund back for close to 30 days! I ended up working with my credit card company to receive my refund. I don't care what the deals are, I'd rather work with a company that responds quickly when there is a broken item I purchased and refunds me my item when they receive the return, not 3 weeks after they receive the return.

Never will i do business with them in the future

I am completely and utterly frustrated with these people. I ordered the surprise box of tech on 08/05/18, after several communications with customer service i eventually received my package on 08/22/18 ( i was being told my package had been shipped when obviously it had not). By this time i had communicated to customer service that i no longer wanted the package. I was told that i should either refuse or take the item back to the post office to have it returned and a refund would be processed for me, i took the package back to the post office on the day i received and asked that it be returned. It has now been eleven (11) days since i did so and I'm being told every single time by customer rep that the package has not been back in their warehouse, now quite frankly, i do not trust what these people are telling me because of the lies i have been told in the past, so i am still left without the product and without my money. I will never be able to bring myself to purchase from this website in the future.

I have to agree that this site is definitely a scam like the prior reviews. I purchased lg headphones and I contacted the company after I received these and let them know I received a used pair of headphones, they even had some gunk on the earpiece. They replied that they are refurbished and it states it all the way at the bottom in small print. I asked for a return and they are making me pay for return shipping along with a restocking fee. Will never order again from this company, buyers beware of their products are used, I wouldn’t consider them refurbished since my pair still had ear gunk on the ear piece. Stay away.

These headphones broke 3 months after purchasing. Contacted ITech Deals and they stated because it's not within 30 days of purchase, they cannot do anything. So I decided to take them to apple, because why not? It's their product as well and they should stand behind it and usually that is the case with Apple. Apple took care of me and sent the headphones to a diagnostic specialist who stated there were not authentic beats solo 3 headphones and they could not fix nor replace them. I was baffled, I spent $200.00 thinking they were real when they weren't AND ITech doesn't seem to care either. What POOR customer service and not to mention involving in fraudulent activity. I will be reporting this site and moving further with things. I just want to warn people to NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE SITE.

Selling Fake Beats by Dre Headphones AVOID THIS SELLER

We purchased a pair of Beats by Dre Powerbeats 3 Bluetooth wireless headphones for our 12 year old for Christmas on Dec 11, 2017. As of early Feb 2018 the headphones will no longer hold a charge. The red light goes on while plugged into the USB charger, but there is no response as soon as they are disconnected. Yesterday I took them to the Apple Store and was told they were counterfeit product. There were two main ways they could tell: first, the serial number on the strap (between the ear pieces) had been used, or attempted to be used, 100s of times. Further, when trying to use the "YourBeats" Updater tool, they were not recognized by the utility. These are both BRIGHT RED FLAGS for Apple!

The response I got this AM from iTechDeals is below. This is all inaccurate and a lie as Apple already confirmed that these are not genuine...

I will be reporting this to any and all online sellers that deal with this company, the BBB, and the FBI counterfeit agency. My recommendation would be to avoid purchasing anything from this company as the "discount" prices they offer are due to selling counterfeit goods.

I unfortunately also got fake beats solo 3 headphones for $200. I'm so bummed and cant' believe paypal still partners with this site. I will also be contacting the FBI and BBB. Thanks for your review.

I ordered a laptop and some charging cables on December 12, 2017. My order was shipped on December 15, 2017 by DHS. It arrived December 23, 2017 and was supposed to be scanned by my USPS, which never has been received. I was told at 9:51 pm on Sunday night to hold off while Stacey speaks to her supervisor. What? This company not only can't produce the items I ordered, but they have the worst customer service. I will never do business with this company ever again. Be Warned!!

Cheap crappy products

I have had two purchases where the items were complete junk! One was a fidget spinner that didn’t light up properly and barely spun due to cheap flimsy plastic. My other purchase was an outlet cover with a light. For the light to work the outlet cover would have had to extend from the wall. I have had numerous emails from the company dragging their feet about giving me a refund. Right now they want me to pay shopping to mail it back. In my experience this company does not do business like a normal company and it seems scam like. I have no idea why it has taken me days to get my complaint resolved, and we still aren’t through. My opinion, this is a risky company. One I’m reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

I had ordered an iPhone charger for 1 dollar with free shipping. I believe I ordered it July 26 and it "shipped" July 27th by August 6th I still haven't received it and there was not tracking number because it was coming by regular USPS mail so it should be coming in an envelope. Today's August 18th and I still haven't received what I paid for. I emailed them and they said they'd give me a refund but I purchased the charger with a non refillable gift card. So I think that I just wasted money on this site.

STAY AWAY!!

I ordered something on 4/3 then ended up not receiving my order.

Emailed multiple times - with no resolution (which appears to be their "MO").

Finally I filed with PayPal on 4/24 to get my money back. WELL....low and behold, suddenly my items were shipped and they provided a tracking number to PayPal...

I had said I wanted a REFUND -- and they totally ignored that -- sent the stuff -- which I FINALLY received on 4/28...

RIDICULOUS!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!

The company sent me someone else's order. They made me pay for shipping to fix their error and get a refund for the order I was supposed to get. You will need to use paypal to force them to respond. Their responses are the slow and after reading other review sites, they respond identically. "I would love to assist you in resolving this issue, but I see that you have opened a dispute. We will settle this issue in PayPal". Stay will the paypal dates. They will try to delay you to miss your part of the case. I should have known they were bad when there is no way to contact the company on their website. Lesson learned I guess.

I bought Powerbeats 2 Wireless­ In-Ear Headphone in ­Black/Red. This company is a waste - don't buy anything here because I bought headphones Dec 25th 2016 and still I haven't get my package. I sent emails a couple of times and I disputed in PayPal also but this company sends no response. I spend 93 dollars - I think I lost my money. I don't know if they are going to deliver or not?

I have used I tech deals for a few years and generally one gets a good value.

I am a bit of a tech nerd so I have chargers, portable chargers,mp3 players, cables,headphones, car plugs, etc.

Yes, they take a bit of time to process the orders, but it does come. For less than $20 bucks including shipping,, I think it is a good value. Years ago when one took 24 pictures with a roll of 35mm film, you were happy with a few good shots. I think the same is true with I Tech. With any duplicate items I get, I give to friends or use as a gift when I visit people in the hospital

I would give them negative star rating as 1 star is too much for them! I ordered on August 29, 2016 and immediately my credit card was charged. On September 4 I received an email my item was 'shipped'. Tracking showed no movement at all and I notified customer service by email on September 9 as they do not want phone calls. I was told to keep checking. They then sent a change in tracking that the item was 'shipped' on September 13 and would be here September 17. STILL NOTHING but tracking info now says ,'pre-shipment' status. I have contacted my credit card company to investigate and credit back as this is a poor way to conduct business and I believe everyone should avoid ordering from them!!!

Buyer beware. I plan to notify BBB, consumer affairs and report to every consumer resource I can find. Very, very, very shady practices. Don't lose your money with them as they will never 'ship' your order!
