Rip Off .. Received Damaged Jewelry
I purchased jewelry that I received damaged from JenJen House. I contacted them the same day I received the merchandise I was told that their “Quality Control” inspected all items shipped and that I needed to make a photo of the damaged items and send them the photo. I have tried on several occasions to upload the photo and due to the size restriction that they have placed on their email I am un-able to upload the photo and have explained this to them several times. I have yet to get this resolved as they continue to put me off. BUYER BEWARE!
Stay away from this company or have a disaster like we did....
I ordered custom bridesmaid dresses for 5 bides maids through jen jen house. I paid extra per dress for custom sizes the long dresses were sleeveless and the girls sizes were from about a 7 to 2xl , although the dresses did arrive on time, they cut the armholes on 4 of 5 dresses, too small ( they didn't even ask for that measurement) and now I am stuck with 4 dresses that don't fit and I am out about 700.00 from this terrible company.
I wrote to complain and they did nothing except tell me that even though i ordered custom dresses , they cut the armholes standard but I know that wasn't trued because the 2 smallest dresses had completely different armholes .
after I threatened to write reviews about my experience, they then asked for photos.
To late I have since had to pay over $400.00 more dollars to get them fixed for the wedding.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
My experience was the same as many others on here - I ordered a mother of the bridge dress - same size I normally wear (this was not a custom order) and when I received it, it was way too small - probably a 2 inch gap trying to zip up! Immediately emailed them to advise I would be returning the dress - and I've got nothing but the run around since. After 8 or 9 unresponsive emails from them - I finally told them I was contacting the credit card company and disputing the charge. And I intend to keep fighting them until they make this right! You should not have to fight like this to return an item that doesn't fit - Ridiculous!! Never again - I'll stick to the US companies that I know!

The dress didn't fit the way it was supposed to, the sequins were falling off inside the bag when it was delivered, Very cheaply made, and they are refusing us a refund, I would not buy from this company

My mistake was not reading actual reviews from this company. I read the ones sponsored by them.
I paid for expedited shipping which I did not get. So I began sending emails. Each time I would get a canned speech that I had seen been given to others.
We finally got the dress and it is really bad. The straps are uneven, the peek-a-boo panel has the lining material coming up between them. So you see unfinished material where there should be nothing. The zipper does not work correctly.
I have sent a large amount of emails just trying to return this dress and to say that I have gotten a runaround is an understatement. They will refer to "their" pictures and how the dress is perfect. They must have very low standards. The zipper I was told is a floating zipper and they are suppose to be that way. Oh and if I would take it to get it altered that would be great.
I wish I could include a picture of this dress and no one would shop at JenJenHouse. I simply wanted my money back but now I am on week two of back and forth emails just to get the paperwork to send it back.
They are cheats and they make knock off dresses. They play on your daughters desire to have a beautiful dress at a price you can afford. Then when they can't deliver they will give you the runaround until you are so exhausted you don't care anymore. It's just very upsetting.
I have also seen their response to upset customers and it is always the same canned answers. I have gone from sad, to angry, to sad. I am frustrated and my daughter still has no prom dress because I paid over 250.00 for a horrible dress.
Purchased Two dresses in February
The dresses never arrived. I worked with UPS on behalf of JenJenHouse as they refused to initiate a claim. I did all I could to give them the benefit of the doubt and help with a claim. My event came and went...still no dresses. Currently they are telling me to pick them up from UPS. UPS doesn't have them and they are using the tracking number from before. I just want my money back.
Got my money back
I wrote another review, but can't remember the site. Anyway, it was negative because we had not received the Prom dress, after 4wks, and had to go purchase another one. I was afraid that I would not get my money back, but they did refund it. So, that being said, if you have time to wait, and order way in advance I think it would be ok. I'm happy that they refunded my money.
worst experience ever!!
I saw a mother of the bride dress on line. I called JenJen House to ask about fit etc. They assured me of the their return policy. I ordered one size larger just in case. It was sooo ugly and not like the picture at all. And it was poorly made. It bunched and sagged and fit horribly. I took a picture of it and tried to send but it wouldn't go through to their computer. I contacted them. I paid $40 to ship it back with tracking and a printed picture since I didn't trust them. The policy states if it is flawed or defected they would refund complete. The best they would do was send me a 40% refund only. It has not happened in 3 weeks. Don't order from this online. You will not be happy and you will not be refunded regardless of the issue. They are totally a scam business!!
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The dress is too small and can't be returned or exchanged! Another lesson learned...buyer beware!
DONT ORDER FROM JENJEN HOUSE
I ordered a size 10 dress. I wear a size 10 in every dress of this type I've ever tried on. It arrived last night and it's VERY tight on my size 6 daughter. I am following their directions for returns and I'm running in a circle. I cant return for a size without telling them how many inches are wrong and providing a photo to prove it. What a joke!! My fault for not researching more - I really don't have $200 to throw away - but I just did. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! They shouldn't be in business!
