SuccessPath, found online at SuccessPathEvents.com, is a new seminar based educational program intended to teach people basic real estate strategies and principals brought to you by the stars of HGTV's "Flip or Flop."
How Does It Work?
According to their website, Tarek El Moussa and his wife Christina have become famous from their HGTV show, Flip or Flop, which was inspired by their real life, successful house flipping business.
But now, SuccessPath says that their goal is to take the successful strategies and knowledge of the real estate market to teach people how they can also start their own real estate flipping business.
Interested people need only to find when this seminar series will be in a metropolitan city near them, and then they can register for any available seats.
Unfortunately the website does not list their pricing for the introductory training workshop at this time, nor do they indicate any pricing for the full training program. Instead, they simply say that each seminar offers 50 free seats for the first registrants, so you are always encouraged to try and register early.
This website does not offer any information regarding a Refund Policy at all, and this is likely because they are promoting the free seats they provide to new seminar attendees. However, once people are discussing signing up for the full training program, you may want to discuss potential Refund Policies at that time.

It's a Scam
A year and a half ago we attended a seminar. They REALLY know how to get you right from the start. So after spending $40k on the diamond package, we were off and running. Then two trips to Vegas last year, they get you ALL pumped up but no follow up at all. They open credit cards in your name to help you "build business credit", but offer no help once that's done. They act like they did you this big favor. After following THEIR instruction, including an additional $20k for the "one on one training" that would just put us over the top, we could not get one single thing to work, not even a wholesale deal!! Sure they provide you with some good information, but, they mislead you into thinking you can do this and still keep your full time job. THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE! The instructor at the 3 day (Cap) told us, oh sure, you can do this in a few hours a week. We spent countless hours over a whole year and still nothing. They lead you to believe the market is SO good in your area right now, when in fact it isn't. They are true scam artists. To take peoples life savings like that with no hope of getting the money back is unconscionable. Sure they give you this "guarantee"...but they don't review what the guarantee is in class. Then after you spend the money, and find out it's not working, THEN you find out that if you didn't write a ridiculous number of offers, and keep all this documentation and put it in just the right order and do this 10 times simultaneously (yes I'm being sarcastic but it's about that bad) then you are screwed and won't get your money back, period. I really thought this would work too, and does it for some? Sure it does. But, for the average person that they scam it does not. We saw proof of this in Vegas. But still they keep collecting the money. It's horrible that they are allowed to do this and can hide behind all their shell companies. My credit score has gone from 800+ to less than 500 because I now have to go through a debt relief program because I cannot pay all the bills from all the credit cards that then had to pay for all their great training! So I'm screwed, not to mention losing money from my 401k. I hope no one else falls victim to these people, but you all will think it won't be like that for you, that's what I thought too...
Glad I went
I have nothing but good things to say about Success Path. The information was solid and the people were very nice. Glad I went to the event.
Total Ponzi scheme
This organization held a seminar and enticed you at a Tony Robbins event. They used Tony Robbins to get you to believe they were legitimately going to give you their program for 1000.00. Then after they cash your CC the El Mousas who own this company and which David Fryman bring you to a 3 day event and give you nothing accept a quick review of what they know without the formula. That’s when they condition you to say yes yes yes and ask you to give them 40k. Total rip off and a total disappointment to many. They used these funds to buy more properties with their money and then won’t pay you when it doesn’t work. Just look for the reviews. These are true scam artists. I have reported them to NAR and to TREC for their illegal activities. Do not use these people. They are total scammers and yes the El Mousas are involved they use their signs and their face is on the booklet.
